So far so good nice clean waiting area with coffee or water a TV social distancing in place all employees were masked up got my back window fixed in about 1 hour n 10 min I was updated throughout the entire process n payment waw taken right over my phone super easy window looks great so far Im very happy

I was driving to work and a rock hit my windshield, leaving a small crack. Had it fixed by Safelite the next morning, good as new.

I scheduled my appointment, took the day off from work, put my clean cars out in the rain so they could have full use of the garage and the technician never showed. There was tons of communication right up to the time they were supposed to show up.....then, crickets. They dont care or maybe they overbook like the airlines and just screw over whoever they cant fit in. I wish I could give them zero stars! Dont waste your time like I did, there are many other better options!!!

I am very displeased by the service I received at Safelite. I took my brand new 2022 Genesis GV701. I was never told my car was finished. Itwas getting close to closing time so Idecided to go back to the shop and wastold my vehicle was finished 2 hours ago.2. Upon getting to Safelite, they parked myvehicle where grass was being cut. I hadgrass all over my vehicle.3. My vehicle was not cleaned after the workwas done.4. I have cream interior in my vehicle, therewere finger prints, dirt and scratches oninterior.5. When I turned on the defroster a piece ofglass and water came out of defroster.I will never take my vehicle back to Safelite

You need the back story to fully appreciate this review...I had not used Safelite for a prior windshield replacement and ended up with the worse possible replacement, reveal moldings damaged, window curtain torn and vibration from the windshield. I found out after the fact that this guy hacked the websites of multiple Glass companies in the area.On Saturday, my new Lexus fell victim to a star shaped, quarter size chip . I was beyond livid based on my prior experience and not trusting of anyones Glass website now, I drove straight to Safelite. It was after 5p (close at 5) and they still took me in and assessed the damage and said they could fix it first thing on Monday.Edward arrived on time and repaired the damage in less than 30mins. WOW, is all I can say. I could not see where the damage originally was, Edward had to point it out to me. I bet my son $20 that he couldnt tell me where the crack was repaired, I won that bet! We both said it looks like a faint, small bug splat, so much so I cant even get a photo for this post!! Great work Edward and Safelite!

First I had a hard time finding the place. So I called a number that I had it was in Pennsylvania and the girl Googled it and led me directly to it I was very happy. Didnt take more than 20 minutes I was gone

Edward was my technician and let me say he was so friendly, clearly explained everything to me and if there was any issuse how to go about getting it corrected! He was in and out and at the end walked me through everything again! Need more people like him!

The technicians elaborated on the process; it was almost too much. However, I understand why looking at the other reviews. They explained that the process could damage the glass and lead to a full replacement. Its glass... Glass is a generally fragile substance. Anyway, they worked very hard to keep me informed about all the possibilities. Including finding another small chip that I was unaware existed. They went on to explain that if I was not satisfied with the look, they were more than willing to do a full replacement. They were speedy and the work turned out beautifully. Business how it should be done. Bravo.

Scheduled a windshield replacement (after a rock flew up and cracked mine) via the online website. That was quick, and easy. The option to have them come to me wasnt available for a couple of days, but they had same day, if I went to them.Upon arrival the receptionist was very nice. The waiting room is comfy. There is TV to watch, free Wi-Fi and snacks. It took just over an hour. The tec I talked to was very pleasant. Also he transferred over inspection, and registration stickers.Overall a very pleasant experience.(No cost, fully covered by ALLSTATE)

Wasnt too happy to find out you can only schedule an appointment online and the only option you have is to schedule replacement glass appointment. I needed a appointment for warranty work to epoxy a window strut bracket that became separated from the glass. They gave me the run-around about fixing it because I told them it was part of replacing the window glass which I did in the past so they finally agreed to do the repair for free.

Very professional and job well done

First off I should have just had them to my house to do my repair, walk in to the appointment I had, the lady at the desk was rude towards me, they told me it was going to be an hour to and half an hour wait, I waited at lease two hours or even longer for my car. Literally went for a walk because I was sick of waiting and my car was just sitting in the garage, what looked to be all done well the guy was just sitting next to it. Seriously if my insurance didn’t choose this place to have to repaired at I would’ve went somewhere else. FRUSTRATED!

My vehicle has a bunch of sensors in the windshield to detect traffic and things so I had to bring it in to the shop for the replacement and reprogramming. I left it after hours last night expecting it to be done around 5 today. I received a call from Aaron this morning at 9:15 letting me know the entire replacement and reprogramming was complete and my car was ready because he came in early and got to work. That kind of customer service seems to be hard to find and I was incredibly impressed with the work and turnaround. I would not hesitate to do business with safelite, they are professional, timely and easy to communicate with. I hope to not have future glass damage but in the event I do, I will be calling safelite again.

Not only do they come to your work/home to fix/repair your windshield bc someone is too lazy to clean the ice from their car before driving on thruway. They turned a stressful experience into a reassuring one by making it easy to file a claim and take care of the vehicle with little interaction. While the waiting room was stone cold I did get a free cup of warm coffee.

Two mobile visits to my workplace were not enough to get the glass replaced. There was a lot of confusion about how to get the windshield out and put the new one in. I respect that the technician didnt get in over his head but it seems like he should have been able to escalate to someone with more experience. At the very least someone should have let him know he was putting in a BMW Z4 windshield well ahead of time so he could research / ask for basic advice before he was standing there looking at it with me at my appointment.At any rate, I eventually dropped the car off at their facility and the windshield was replaced satisfactorily.Lesson: If you have an uncommon car, just schedule a drop off and save yourself grief. Chevy Cobalt? Sure, have them visit you. BMW? Good luck, just drop it off. At no point will someone indicate that they *cant* come out and do the work, theyll just *try* over and over until you offer to drop it off. To me, it sounds like a corporate policy against telling customers to drop off cars. Corporate seems to want to further the illusion that they can replace any windshield at your home or workplace and thats just not true at all. Maybe no one in the industry can, to be fair.

I did not have glass coverage on my insurance, but I went to safelite thinking it would be the top quality materials and service, but from my experience, this was not the case. I had to wait 3 hours in the lobby as the work was done to replace my windshield and quarter panel, since the price for the mobile shop was too much and I didnt think it would take anywhere near that long to complete, and the total was $775 for parts and labor. When it was finished, the molding was not in straight for the windshield, and tape was left on that I was told to take off myself. Before returning my keys, the young guy, looking in his 20s, seemed very concerned about having me submit a positive review to the company, handing me a form to fill out and return. Less than a month later, there was a large crack in the new windshield spanning half the glass horizontally, but when I scheduled a replacement claiming material defect, I was told the work couldnt be done because there was an impact point, and I was out of luck. The mobile shop guy that came to look at it for the return claim did comment on the poor molding work that was done at the shop. I went back to the shop to have someone else look at it, but since the mobile shop said it couldnt be returned, there was nothing they could do.I then scheduled an appointment with Windshield Centers in Clarence, who did not charge anything extra for coming to me and doing the work off site, and they replaced my windshield in about 20 minutes for only $236, parts and labor. The guy was extremely nice and seemed like hes been doing this work for decades. I have not had any problems since. He thought the price that Safelite charged me was ridiculous, especially since they wouldnt return it less than a month later. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend you consider other auto glass companies for your service.

Got an appointment the next day and I could not have asked for better communication from the technicians. They were even able to rearrange the appointment my insurance company had originally setup. Highly recommend this location!

Brought my vehicle here for a cracked windshield, upon picking up my vehicle I was notified they broke my rear view mirror during replacement and it would be a week before they could replace it. The next day it was raining out and also in my vehicle. Turns out they broke the seal on my windshield when the pushed the wires from rear view mirror into the glue. A week later they were able to fix my windshield but still no rear view mirror. A couple days later I finally got my rear view mirror replaced. Due to the leaking of water into my vehicle, there was a very strong mildew smell, they promised me a gift card to get the vehicle detailed. They did give me that gift card but it was a month later. All around bad experience. Will definitely go somewhere else in the future if the need presents itself.

I needed my cars windshield replaced, so I set up an appointment to bring my car to this location the same day. The waiting room was pleasant. Tony had me in and out in about 50 minutes - fast, excellent work (thanks again!!). If I ever need glass work done again, I would choose to do business with this location.

I had my windshield replaced as it had a crack about two feet long in it. I scheduled my appointment online which was simple to do. I chose to have my service done at the shop. I think I paid a great price for the service and it was completely quickly. I was told it would be an hour and half or so and it actually took just under an hour to complete. I will definitely go back if I have any future glass needs and will recommend to anyone that needs service.

Friendly and fast service, chip repair is more visible now than before repair

So I was distracted by the cracks/chip I got on my windshield for the last few months. I look these guys up, scheduled an appointment at 11am, they decided to swing by 2pm the same day. Maddox was an excellent point of contact, hes the one I communicated with on the phone, and he was the one that came over to fix the cracks. He inspected both cracks, and he fixed them all within the hour. When I went to see the results, it looked brand new! Thanks guys!

Went to get my windshield repaired on a small crack less than the size of a dime. They did a horrible job and didnt do a thing to make it smaller. Would have done a better job myself at home. Just go on youtube. Only reason why I went there was because of insurance. The tech told me oh just replace the whole thing, you might need to pay a deductible. I shouldnt have let him touch the car at all

The arm that they attach to you drivers side window can damage the the window track . They wont take accountability. They are rude especially the manager Christa and lie to customers, buyers beware. I am suing these people I suggest if you had the same problem with the drivers side window that u do the same . Their quality of work doesnt seem up to par either. I will add photos before taking it to another glass place to fix

I made an appointment in February to have this plastic piece replaced on the outside of my windshield and after sitting in their waiting room for a lengthy amount of time they came to inform me that they didn’t have the piece in stock and would order it. Months later I haven’t received a phone call about the piece coming in and I’ve tried calling with no one available to take the call. Also emailed twice with no reply.

Got the windshield fixed but they busted the piece on my car that runs by the windshield and then said it wasn’t there fault. Like I don’t know my own car. Wouldn’t even pay for it.

I had my windshield replaced here. I had a large crack in it and I was able to make an appointment and get a quote very quickly through their website. The customer service was wonderful. The waiting room was stocked with coffee and had a cooler with drinks (including kid friendly ones), but I did just drop my car off. My only complaint is that their location is not clearly marked. Even GoogleMaps took me in the wrong direction. I had to drive around a parking lot and find someone to help me find their offices. Other than that they were amazing!

Went to have a chip filled after a salt truck pelted my car unmercifully while going the opposite direction on a 2 lane road. My appointment was at 10am and I was in an out in under an hour. Good customer service. They warn you that your windshield can crack while they perform the fill because they use a probe to inject the resin and warn that youll still see the chip, but itll be protected from causing further damage. Mine went from highly noticeable to barely noticeable. I forget its there unless Im looking for it. No complaints here!

They are nice and professional. They answer all my questions with curtacy and never made me feel that I was bothering them. Just one thing is that when they called to make sure I was coming to the appointment I wish they would have told me that it would take an hour to an hour and a half.

They forgot to hookup washer fluid line but fixed without question. Overall ive hes 2 windshields fixed both times did amazing job.

Service is not quick nor reliable at this location! I dropped off my vehicle for service and asked for a price quote for an additional service. You would think that someone would call you back to make additional money right? Nope, instead my window was replaced and credit card charged without a phone to call to let me know that it was done. I called Safelite daily only to get apologies and someone to tell me they will call me back. It took three business days to obtain a price quote with labor and tax included and additional two days before the repair was completed. My car stayed at the shop for five days!

They did a great job with replacing my windshield glass. I came in early for my appointment and they were considerate enough to have it replaced and ready in under 75 mins. The technician was warm and courteous and explained the entire procedure in detail in addition to patiently answering all my questions. Theres a nice waiting area with a t.v, coffee and some snacks.P.S :- Be sure to check about your vehicle registration and NYS inspection stickers when replacing the windshield.

They scheduled me the 1st time & then called 2 hours before the appointment saying there was an error in scheduleing and they couldn’t fix it & rescheduled me.Then a day before my next appointment they want to cancel again because of the possible snow in the forecast.I said I’ll keep my appointment & if it snows & they can’t come I’ll reschedule. Apparently she completely ignored my request because minutes later I got a text that they canceled me.They rescheduled on their own, to the wrong address.Here it is the day it was supposed to snow.No snowNo repaired windshieldNo more appointments made with Safelite.
