What excellent customer service! I bought a flag from their website as a gift for my sister and found out pretty quickly that my mom had purchased the same one for her already. I emailed Ace Flag right away and they were able to stop shipment and refund me within 24 hours. Not to mention they were happy to help. I will definitely get ALL future flags from Ace Flag!

These folks are amazing. I walked in, was greeted right away. I bought 2 flags, she had me a new pole, mounts, flags, clips in about 2 minutes.Im no expert, but it feels like better quality stuff than a box store would have.Very professional, and Ill never buy a flag anywhere else. Wow.

Recently I placed an order on-line order that I planned to pick up however, the system froze & I placed the order to ship so I wouldn’t lose the items. (I had ordered the last two in stock.) The store was closed so I e-mailed the store & asked them not to ship the items. I received a prompt reply notifying me the shipping charges had been deducted & my order was ready to be picked up. I was very pleased with their quick response & attention to my e-mail as well as their ability to deduct the shipping charges. It was very easy to resolve the problem & the customer service at Ace Flag was definitely 5 star! Anytime I have been in the store, all associates are helpful & courteous! As a Buffalonian not living in Buffalo, I wanted a flag to display for Bills games. I ordered the City of Buffalo flag, which came quickly considering it was shipped halfway across the country!

I purchased an awesome 20 ft single pole with the help of Betty when we moved here 2 years ago and the flag came as a courtesy. The installation was prompt and efficient and the staff in the store has always been friendly and courteous .A great large selection of Bills merchandise! Always get my American flags here. They take old ones to respectfully retire them, and have a huge selection of American- made flags and flag poles. Also have large selection of garden flags, banners, lapel pins, stickers....good pricing, great customer service. Buy local!

Nice place, but everything is well over priced. We bought a new flag and pole thought 77 dollars was a lot. Checked online and we could have bought the same thing for 29.95.. Otherwise it a nice place

Even after I told them I could not medically tolerate a facemask they mandated that I wear one as their store policy. So if they choose to boycott customers with medical issues that wont wear masks or get vaccines I will now boycott them.

Stopped in to get a Halloween flag. > this close to Halloween they had a great selection. I also found out that I need a flag with grommets for our in ground flag pole. What a save. I got the one I wanted with grommets and saved myself a return trip.

Really awful customer service. The lady I spoke to about returning an item that broke from the wind was hesitant to let me swap it out because she wouldnt get credit for it. Not the first time I had a problem with this store. It definitely will be the last though. This store has lost a customer for good. Save yourself the trouble and look somewhere else to purchase outside decorations and flags... better prices on the internet!

I desperately needed a kite string for my grandson for Christmas. I wasnt having any luck finding it this time of year. I decided to call Ace Flag, what did I have to lose. A very friendly voice answered the phone. Her name is Meghan. She informed me that they did carry kite string and she just happened to have the type I wanted with the handles too. Meghan was kind enough to set it to the side until I could pick it up. She did this because it was the very last one they had. When I arrived, she remembered speaking with me and informed me of other products they had. Next time I purchased anything that flaps in the wind, I will be visiting Meghan at Ace Flag Co Inc.

Great customer service. I ordered a flag that was mistakenly shipped to the wrong address. To ensure I received my package before I left for the holidays, one of the employees personally delivered it to my house.
