I purchased a Royal Enfield Meteor today and I was extremely happy with the whole experience from start to finish. They staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and they made me feel comfortable as a new rider. They are clearly excited about bikes and helping people find the right fit. I highly recommend them for any purchases or services!

Cant really say I have experience with their service because they didnt want my business. I stopped in twice to try to get my car wrapped and they either thought I was a joke or didnt want my money. I never got a call back to discuss what I wanted done so I went somewhere else. I will be spreading the word to never try these guys. Go somewhere else that actually wants your business.

First rate service across the board. I purchased a 2020 RE Continental GT from Kustom Workz. Don was fantastic to work with. He took care of everything for me ahead of time. With a 5 hour drive just to get there, it was nice having all parts of the sale attended to quickly. They had my new bike loaded and heading home in no time at all. I couldnt ask for a better dealership to do business with. Ive found my new home for everything RE.

I am biased, I have had so many bad experiences at dealerships that I just quit buying from them. That being said I took interest in the Royal Enfield motorcycle and had not many options finding a used one so I could stay out of the dealership. So I went to Kustom Workz in Depew, NY to see one. Right off the bat I had a very different experience in the showroom. The staff made me feel welcome and no attitudes. I test drove 2 bikes and bought one. They were very fast and efficient and had my paperwork done before I got to the dealership. It was literally the definition of sign and drive. I also had some custom exhaust installed which was no hassle at a great price. Their leather and helmet area was clean and organized. Great experience, great people and great value. Highly recommended dealership for a great value and top tier service.

Its been a month they have had my harley now, everytime I call they are putting it together(was told this 3 times atleast). Until the last time I spoke with the company I was told by the owner I believe... He personally was going to pick up my part and Ill get a call back tomorrow... or so I was told. Before this Ive asked them if theyre having problems and they told me nothing keeping it short saying Ill get all the details when I come pick the motorcycle up. I understand shops get busy, parts are on back order, and not everything is an Ez fix. Too my knowledge it was the regulator and or stator that needed to be replaced as the battery was not charging during run time. The strings of frustration come from being told 3 separate weeks the motorcycle is being finished and they will call me tomorrow now with 1/6 actual call backs it didnt happen. After calling again then being told they are go to get the part had me question the honesty of the people ones told me it was just about finished 3 times over. I was also told the mechanic had it together at one point and to take it back apart because of a gasket (things happen thank you for letting me know whats going on) yet a week later I asked what was going on with the bike I was put on hold for them to eventually tell me they have no answers. No exaggeration I dropped it off on the 20th of July and still have no answers the 20th of August for a less then 4 hour job at max. I had and appointment at harley 15 days ago (aug 5) had i skipped going to KW and waited I would have payed money instead of my time and frustration. Hopefully the experience is not this way for everyone and I just happened to get the worst, or theres some misunderstanding. None the less being absent from my bike for 30+ days gave me more time then needed to write my review as I generally never bother, best of luck to all.Sincerely, One Unhappy Customer

I bought a 2020 Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 from them. They ran a promotion to get rid of last years models and I jumped on it. After my old bike gave me trouble and bit the dust, I wanted to go to a dealer and get an affordable yet reliable bike. I wasnt familiar with Royal Enfield so before going in, I used all of my skills from procrastinating in college to research the company and motorcycles in and out before going in. They confirmed all I found, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable with my choices. These guys are great! Theyre easy to talk to, fun, informative, and not aggressive when it comes to sales. Working in sales, I appreciated the whole process. Anyways, long story short, they have a bike for you, and theyll make the process enjoyable and easy.

During so they found it had no low beams and that the harness was melted behind the bulb. Come to find out I had some serious elcteical issues. Someone had installed aftermarket lights and spliced into the harness using just electrical tape and no insulation.....wich ended up melting multiple spots in the circuit and the relay! They had me back on the road in no time and work is top notch! These guys can do it all super pleased with how everything turned out!!

I am not exaggerating when I say this place doesn’t even deserve one star. The experience I had today was unbelievable. I went in with cash in hand to look at a bike I’d seen on their website. The site recommended calling to schedule a test drive, but when I did, the person on the phone seemed confused about why I was calling ahead and said to just come on in. I drove an hour to get here, to walk into the showroom and not even get so much as a greeting upon walking in. There was a younger girl working, and we asked who to talk to if we want more information on a bike outside. The girl told us there isn’t any information available?? We were confused and she literally said that “they were bought at an auction, there’s no information on them.” What? She very clearly couldn’t care less about customer service, and there was no one else working in the showroom. In her words, “it’s literally only me,” which she clearly was unhappy about. We asked to test drive the bike, and she gave us the keys, put a plate on it and walked away. I’m not joking! It was dumbfounding. While my boyfriend drove the bike, I went back inside and asked the girl if the owner of the shop would be around anytime soon and she sighed, telling me that he won’t be around this week or next week either. When I asked about financing, she told me some strange information about how the third party the shop uses “has horrible rates” so she suggests getting a loan from our bank. My boyfriend came back from the test drive and she asked zero questions about his experience. We put the keys on the counter and left. Extremely disappointed because we planned on driving the bike home today and would’ve if it weren’t for this horrendous experience. To be clear, there weren’t any other customers in the show room or on the phone while we were there. Just an absolute disregard for customer service. I highly recommend you go somewhere other than this terribly run place—don’t waste your time!

Drove my dad over 4 hours to check out a Royal Enfield with intentions of purchasing one. Girl in showroom greeted us. We were checking out the various models sitting on them and looking them over. No one asked if we had questions or needed help. The bike we narrowed in on had a center stand as a cool feature and I wanted to see how hard it was to get the bike up on it. The girl behind the counter didn’t like this and rudely asked me to stop. I’ve been riding for over 15 years and know how to handle a bike. I told her if I dropped it I would buy it on the spot. After a nasty look we decided to leave. She acted totally complacent that she lost in a sale and treated a customer like this. What a joke. I was wearing a political hat and wonder if this had something to do with my poor experience. What a shame as I really liked the bike.Don’t waste your time. Go to a Honda or Kawasaki dealer that will treat you right.Shame on you.

Great if you want to buy a motorcycle, not so great if you are trying to get your motorcycle serviced at a reasonable cost.Brought my brand new motorcycle that I had purchased a week prior back for its first service interval of 300 miles. $510 after tax. They charged me 4 hours labor at $95/hr, oil filter $12.50, and $75 for the oil. All the bike needed was to change the oil and check the valve clearance. The only reason I went and had them do it was because I wanted a service record in case a future warranty claim had to be made. I could have done it all in my driveway by myself in about 2 hours. Best part was when the guy at the counter said that I was the second of this model bike to have this service done, so thats why it took so long. I shouldnt have to pay for the mechanic to learn on my bike. I should be billed for how long the service is supposed to take, not how long it actually takes. Any decent mechanic shop charges for how long the job is supposed to take, not just a number they pull out their behind. I did some searching and the service I had done to my bike should have been in the 300-350 range max, not 510.I also thought it was unprofessional to not give me a quote for how much the service was supposed to take before it was done, and they should be more upfront with their customers about how much they will have to pay before being hit with a surprise bill at the end.Thank You Kustom Workz for price gouging me.2 stars because the sales guys were very polite and helpful with all of my concerns and the bike was returned in good condition.

I was hoping to get some preferential treatment for being a good customer, nope. I purchased 2 new bikes within 2 years from them. I was cruising in the area and was hoping to get an inspection. I was told I had to make an appointment, mechanics cant stop for it. I did mention the bikes to the woman at the counter, still, appointment. Asked for Mike (the owner) hes not in. Maybe Im old fashion thinking that I spent 30k there and was hoping to get squeezed in.I hit up MotoZ on the way back, the owner Jeff was working on a Aprilia shop was packed, he stopped to inspect my bike not to mention gave me a missing nut for my bike I wouldve had to special order (no charge for the nut) thats customer service!I never review but it just left me salty. Mike at Kustom always seemed fair too bad his policies and employees dont share it.

Brought my bike in for some simple upgrades. The good news is that they came in on time and on budget. But the bad news, is that they broke the fender, spilt brake fluid all over the new air scoop discoloring it, and left the rear brake pedal detached. When you pick it up and point out to the guy hey, you broke this... they reply well, thats the way you brought it in. Right, because the week-old air scoop clearly would have already been damaged? I am trying to get in touch with the owner to see if hell make it right by paying to replace the parts his guys broke, since they clearly dont care.Edit: It has been nearly a month since Ive reached out to get in touch with the owner. I was originally told by his sales team that he was on vacation, and hell get back to me soon. They asked me to send pictures of the damage, which I did. I havent heard anything back yet... I feel like theyre ignoring me because they do not like this candid review; oh well.

I had a terrible experience with this place. I called 2 weeks ago to have a smart start that I already had installed in my new vehicle. I reviewed my vehicle and the module with them on the phone and they told me it could be done. I made an appointment and put a $25 deposit down because of the time of the year that I was told would go toward the work on the car. I went to the appointment and they took my module and car and I left. 15 min later I got a call from them staying the module I had was old so I would need to spend $100 more to get an upgrade. I declined due to not having the money then. I came and picked my car up right away. I was told my credit card would not be charged the deposit and I was never given a receipt for anything as no work had been done. 1 week later my card was charged the deposit and when I called today, I spoke with John the manager who refused to issue me a refund saying the recipe cites this. He has no explanation for why I did not get a receipt that day. He stated that they did do work on the car before they looked at the module and realized it was too old. If a company was more concerned about customer service and less about money I imagine they would have looked at the module BEFORE working on a car. In addition to this, the original price quoted to me was $50 mote than what my mother paid to have a smart start module installed in the same exact car 3 months earlier. I will never be going back to this place, customer service is not a priority to them. They clearly only care about making money.

Its been about a year and a half since Ive had any services performed on my vehicle from this establishment, that being said I am unsure of how this place is currently in 2020.First I called multiple times to get a quote for a bigger project I wouldve liked done to my car and after a week of phone calls back and forth and waiting on emails I never recieved I went into the location and after talking to nearly every office/showroom employee there over the phone none of them seemed to know what I was talking about when I went into the location. However in person I got a quote for the job which I felt was relatively fair but too expensive for me at the time...Fast forward a few months I purchased led switchback lights I was going to install on my vehicle, I tried to do it myself but could not find the right wire to my turnsignal, so I figured Id call up kustom workz and it would be a quick and easy cheap job for a professional to do.... or so I thoughtI brought my vehicle in and was charged $115 to connect a few wires to the right places which took maybe 40 minutes of work on their end! Which I find quite expensive as I had already done half the work at home! However I did know the price before hand and I just wanted my lights wired up correctly so I went ahead with the services anywayFast forward a few hours Im driving flip on my head lights and get an error message chk rght hdlmp displayed across my odometer... neither my high beam nor low beams worked on that side. So I took my vehicle back the next day and a gentleman I would assume to be the head of service possibly even the owner? He pulled my car in and fixed the problem no questions asked and I was out of there to continue on with my day!I would possibly try going back to this place for custom work on my vehicle as the quality of the wiring done to my vehicle appears to be holding up very well and for the pure fact I can back with an issue that they fixed free of charge no questions asked! However I should not have had to go back for any issues within a day everything shouldve been made sure it was done properly before they handed the keys back to me!Again... its been a while since Ive called or gone into this establishment but I do find the prices extremely high for tasks/projects that are fairly simple for trained professionals such as themselves, and customer service over the phone completely sucks but they do make up for it with the customer service in person.

Had my son bring my bike in for an inspection while I was out of town and they passed the bike with two bad front calipers and a 12-inch-long dry route on the side wall. Also had them “rebuild” my carbonators. They charged me for the work and never rebuilt the carbonators, all they did was spray carb cleaning inside of the carbs and add chemicals to the gas. When the bike was brought back to them a to correct the carbonators issues I was told it was not the carbonators, but the top end of the motor was bad. So, I then took it to another shop for a second option and top end was not bad and the carbonators where never even taken apart. I have reported them to NY State DMV for the false inspection and for the charging of work that was not done. I am also scheduling a meeting with the reginal Triumph rep, Chris. I have also filed a lawsuit against them for the damages that where don’t and the loss of the use of the bike for the summer. I know more people have had the same issues with this shop and the employees, if you are one of them and would like help in filling the complaint with NY State I am more them willing to help you throw the process. BAD SHOP BAD EMPLOYEES they don’t care about the safety of the riders.

It seemed to go well the speakers are good, the price I was quoted stayed the same and the amount of time I was quoted also stayed the same. So I thought I would give them some more work to do on my bike.I told them I wanted my speed sensor tested and fixed,My rear air shocks tested and fixed, three light switches replaced, and blue tooth installed.they wrote everything down on there computer to make sure everything was understood. I was told it would take about 3 hrs. to do the switches and blue tooth, and they would check everything else out for me and give me an estimate.I told them I would wait the three hrs cause I had no ride home. It ended up taking over 5 hrs. They scratched my chrome up putting in the switches cause they unscrewed them from the front so now each switch has round scratches around them, on my way home I noticed my mirrors shaking around a lot they left them real loose and didnt even put the rubber boots back over them also the font of the fairing above the headlight was left loose. Its been six days now and I still did not hear from them about my speed sensor, or my rear air shocks not that I would ever let them touch my bike again. one unsatisfied customer that was willing to pay
