We had several rooms carpeted in 2020 and were very happy with Marty, the installers and the quality of the carpet. They did a beautiful job. We recently went back to have more flooring done and again Marty was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Looking forward to the finished job. We would recommend Carpet Gallery for the above reasons and for the excellent selection.

Im not giving my real name on here but Im quite disappointed at some things that happened during my floor being installed .They cut the doors to fit the floor and just used things in my garage to put them on top to cut them.No one just asked but the guy just didnt have saw horses?who does not carry saw horses?Then they go and take dirty rags I used to clean up a small oil spill I had not thrown out yet to whipe the saw dust off of my doors.I had to clean all my doors from top to bottem.I also had to clean all the sawdust out of my garage plus mop all my floors.This is totally unprofessional .I would suggest going somewhere else that actually has people prepared to come and use their own tools not taking your items and using them without asking.I am really dissapointed.I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I specifically chose Carpet Gallery because they sold the carpet I was looking for; Karastan. Karastan is a quality luxury carpet with a lifetime warranty. Marty, the owner took care of me as soon as I entered the store. He loaded sample boards into my car and was very helpful and friendly. I took the samples home and my husband and I took a week to decide on color and fiber. We decided on Tranquil Shades in the color London Fog. As soon as I called Marty to tell him our color choice, He sent someone within days to measure. My husband went in and paid a deposit and the carpeting order was placed. There was 2 flaws in the carpet that we noticed after installation. no Worries because Karastan is warranted. Marty reordered the carpeting and set up another day for us. Everything was smooth after that. the installers were great and we love our carpet!! Thank you Marty & Carpet Gallery!

We just had new carpet put in attic today and they did a fantastic job the carpet is beautiful!! The installers said 3 hour job but were done early. they even cut the excess in to squares for the steps no extra charge we will never use another company again. prices were reasonable too!!

Both family and friends used them a lot yrs ago and they were amazing. In the last couple yrs, myself and others initiated jobs with Marty and even tho he had been out to price the job, just got ghosted for no apparent reason. Youd think he was a millennial. Then again, contractors were the original no call, no show group. Wonder why he changed so drastically.

Had this place install carpet and flooring. The carpet guys left a mess, and the flooring guys were WORSE! They managed to turn a 1 day job into 3 DAYS!!! I guess thats what happens when you knock off at 2pm the first day. 🙄 The owner seemed nice, but was not about to upset his crew (and even said so, because he needed them to work) even after they spoke to me so completely inappropriately that I told the guy in charge (if you call it that) that I would throw him out of my house! I was told by the store to show the guys my concerns. When I did, I was met with attitude, and told they couldnt finish if I kept talking. ???? REALLY???? I WILL NEVER USE CARPET GALLERY AGAIN! Too bad for them, as we have a ton more work were doing and they just lost all the business. 😏 Hoping Marty (the owner) and his buddys (the 2 man floor crew) learned something, but Im guessing not. Complete ignorance and TERRIBLE customer service!! Id leave NO STARS if that was a choice!

Marty the owner was wonderful to my parents. And Jim and Joe the installers were professional and friendly and did an amazing job. My parents are so pleased with how their bathroom floor turned out they are thinking about getting a kitchen floor now! And choosing Carpet Gallery was a fluke. We only went there because of the reviews online. But they had floor samples that NONE of the other flooring places around here had. We needed a floor that had orange brown and grey (a tricky combination) and they had one! The inside of the store, at first glance, was a little intimidating, because it resembles more of a warehouse than a Carpet Smart type store. But the men inside directed us to where we needed to look and then we could focus just on what we needed to focus on. So for us and with these specific individuals we worked with it was five stars.

Sales associate was helpful and knowledgeable, installers were great. Had a mixup on the time for the install but they worked it all out. We love our flooring and carpet! Thank you!

Would not even give them 1 star. Had a carpet put in by them some years ago. The worker showed up drunk at 8:00 a.m. Were pretty sure we didnt get the actual carpet we paid for, meaning the quality of it. Years later we are putting new flooring in this room which is very large. We were suppose to have one of their best pads under the carpet. It looks more like a piece of film. I would strongly recommend not using them.

Id give no stars if I could. They installed the wrong carpet and they try to blame you for doing so. They dont call back. I went in that night to tell them they installed the wrong carpet, and the sales man insulted me. So now Im stuck with a carpet I didnt even pick out!
