We were staying in the area and found this wonderful relaxing lounge to enjoy! I usually smoke Sweet Jane or Fat Bottom Betty, he suggested Macanudo, which is excellent. Thanks John!

Cigars and nice lounge for a membership fee, but doesnt seem that expensive for the quality of lounge they have available...which is more than I can personally say about their availablity of what I am looking for. Otherwise they have a good selection of cigars and cigar accessories, then pair it with a great lounge which could be accessed 24/7 if need be and I think its a great choice in the area. Stop and see, i would of given 4.5 for my personal issues but is more of a 5 than 4, great staff.

Good products, nice prices. Workers are not interactive and seem like more cashiers then cigar pros.I gone back here couple more times. Staff much more involved, great guys to strike up a conversation and suggestions. I was even the last customer of 2019. My first review I think person might have had a bad day.

Nice ash is the best cigar shop I have been to in upstate NY. They carry their own line of cigars hand rolled on premises. the selection is incredible and if they dont have it they will order it. I was able to order a very limited edition cigar and was they envy of many of the clubs I belong to. The staff is super friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what they do, You would have to be to roll your own cigar brand. Additionally they have all kinds of smoking accessories, humidors, travel humidors,etc. A membership to a lounge which is amazing! and a good amount of events. and a service to have Greg the roller come to your event. Prices are very good and they offer preferred customer perks as well.

Amazing customer service and very personal. Ive been there twice and Greg is very helpful and extremely friendly. Makes it feel like weve been friends for years. Havent tried the smoking lounge yet but its definitely on my to do list

Great atmosphere, great owner, and employees are extremely helpful and friendly. Prices are reasonable and they have a big selection to choose from. They have a very nice and comfortable smoking lounge with multiple tvs and a great bunch of guys in the lounge who are members. Entry to the lounge can be purchased for a small fee thats well worth it. They also have many free events that are open to the public. Also there is plenty of parking.

Really friendly place. I wandered into this place not knowing anyone, but just about every guy in the place made a point of introducing himself. There is a fee to use the lounge but its worth it. Plenty of comfortable seating, good ventilation, big screen TV. Very reasonable prices for cigars.

Hands down best selection (and prices) in Buffalo!

Gregorio rolled cigars at our wedding two weeks ago and he was amazing! The guests absolutely loved it and we really enjoyed having him add a special touch to our wedding reception. Punctual, easy to work with and everyone loved the cigars!

I ordered a box (25) of Gurkha White Rascal. The woman I spoke to was very nice in taking the order. What she didnt tell me is that the box I ordered wasnt a complete original box. Something I would think you dont have to ask when ordering a box of cigars.It was put together from what was in stock. I found out a couple days later. Needless to say 5 out out 25 cigars smoked and tasted horrible and I still have 5 left. Since this was my first time ordering from them I cant say if this a common practice for them or not. If you plan on ordering a box from them make sure you ask is the entire box original.

The staff are kind and knowledgeable. They care, about what type of cigar would suit your pallet. When I came there last year, I had no idea how many cigars I missed, cause I was uninformed. They get to know you, and make a few recommendations always In your price range. If you are looking for something, let them know, and theyll try their best to get it.The smoking lounge is a huge reason why I make the trek from Canada to this place. Their are huge leather chairs to relax, and smoke in, they have a big screen with satellite, and the people Ive met are very nice. its well ventilated so your significant other who doesnt smoke can stay there.

Nice Ash has the best, knowledgeable staff around. They also have a house roller. A great selection of cigars with a comfortable private lounge (day pass and membership available) to smoke it in. The new patio is a plus.

Nice Ash closes early and one has to be a member to smoke in the lounge. Its ok if you spend money on cigars and then smoke in the lounge with permission. Very limited selection of boutiques.
