Walmart is my go to place to shop. You can buy food and household items that you need all in one place. One stop shop! Just dont like how busy the check lines are when its time to check out. FYI for any one who likes the Red Lobster Bay Biscuits as much as I do. They sell the ready to bake ones at Walmart.

Love/hate with this store. Prices = good customer service = horrible and curbside pickup = a headache because something is ALWAYS wrong and there is no common sense with item replacements. I needed lettuce they were out so this particular worker at the time thought cabbage was a great replacement.

I like this particular store, more than all of them. Clean, cashiers at the registers, just a better atmosphere. I will travel just to enjoy this place.

I went to the super Walmart, trying to exchange some rubber fashion boots that my sister-in-law purchase for me, back in September! They had never been worn and I didnt have my receipt, she was with me they gave me an option, to either put it money back on your card, or give me a gift card!!!! I accepted the gift card, went back over into the shoe department and found me a pair of rubber that fitted me perfectly!!! Walmart is the way to go!!!🥰🥰🥰

Clean and well stocked shelves. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The staff even went in the back to look for an item for me and the manager came out to apologize that they didnt have the item in stock.

I quickly able to find what I needed (pumpkins yo carve) at a reasonable price.

This Walmart location is really disappointing and I will go out of my way to avoid it! The shelves are always bare, no matter which department you are shopping in--and this was the case long before Covid. Notably, they never open any registers and even the self-checkout lines stretch into the aisles! I always walk out very irritated.

I like shopping here but for gods sake install some more self checkouts. Ive had to leave my items and walk out numerous times because the line is 15+ people deep. Today they had 6 self checkout registers open and 2 human cashiers.

Ordered a trampoline on April 11, 2021 I had to drive and pick up my trampoline at FedEx due to the fact it was shipped so horribly that the box was falling apart I don’t know if there is any missing pieces or anything yet the box looks like it was cut open with a box cutter or ripped open and just re-taped to ship. The box was falling apart so bad it looks like it was a 10 year old box. Not giving me the Option to upload photos so people can see how bad it was. Had to Argue with customer service for a partial refund they told me to return the trampoline and try ordering a new one after making me wait 20 days

It was one of my favorite til the cashier decided after 20 minutes to no longer cash out n was formerly asked before so, then proceed to laugh and insult me even called me names, came around the register to call me out to fight. I stated she was not professional at all .That young person was a da for not wanting to do her job.nice shes able to laugh it off. Only at Walmart !

If you go there, you already know how it is. If you dont, be prepared for anything. Some employees are very rude, especially in the deli department. I dont get it, is there something about cutting up meat and putting it into a bag that makes people miserable? Lol. Watch the fruit and veggies sometimes they go bad fast.

I usually do pick up. Anytime I have an order to pick up its quick. All the associates have been great. My tip, if you havent used pick up, there are no bags because of the ban on plastic. I use boxes, it quick for them to load and easy for us to unload.

Tried to get in and out quickly but only 2 registers open.. was faster in self checkout unfortunately. I know they are probably short on people but saw some employees literally standing and doing nothing...

Very nice people plus i got a job there recently and the associates are very respectful to me and the other associates as well as the customers!

Horrible store. 30 people in line and 3 registers open. No cash for the self checkout but they dont tell you that until after you go to cash out. Go somewhere else. Not worth the bother.

Ive been to this Walmart twice and I really truly loved it here and has more stuff than my own Walmart in New York I will be coming back again soon

Excellent customer service! A man in the electronics department has product knowledge. He knew exactly what I needed. Michael was his name. He told me the store did not carry the item I was looking for. (USB C). I found it on Amazon and he confirmed it was correct. SO helpful. Praise you sir! Also Dawn in checkout was amazing! A slight aggression to her bagging methods but she had a long line and we appreciated her efforts. Great store!

The cleanliness just isnt there anymore, and the long self check outs are ridiculous !

Its Walmart... lots of stuff reasonably priced.... bought jeans that smelled of mothballs for about 2 months... but they were cheaper than other places... bought sneakers for yard work..... $9.99.... cant beat that... even if they only last a year.... and they are comfortable..

This place is very difficult to shop due to the mess and disorganization. A lot of the problems are probably attributable to staffing issues as of late, but even before that this place didn’t offer a pleasant shopping experience like you would get at Target. It seems like the shelves and racks are often empty and things are often sold out, or remains in a constant state of being restocked and messy. Cashing out is always a chore. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. They need more staff to zone and stock the store and keep it looking nice and like a place you would want to even step foot in… Right now it’s neither of those things.

Its irritating that there is barely and price tags on the shelves. Its unorganized and I feel a lot of the employees dont know anything about the store.

I can only say that I love walmart so much that I go there at least once everyday, it’s an all in one place kinda place, from kitchen ingredients to kitchen gadgets,kids toys, arts and craft supplies, sewing supplies, a big variety of candles, and home-office decor and furniture, makeup and hair and skincare supplies and fishing supplies, and bicycles for adults and kids…. And so much more and on top of that this one that I go to has a pharmacy in it which is great, customer service is always good, and the prices are the best,,,,

Never... do they have the registers open to serve to volume of customers.Self check is nice. But, 1) its not quick, 2)they are limiting your cart to 20 items . 3) Im paying to have the service of a checker...Why shoul i do that job for them ?

Much better kept than other walmarts in the area but buying goods that need someone to unlock it for you remains difficult. These items have buttons near them to call a store associate but one has never come.

It only recieved 4 out of 5 stars because the tech department, I feel, isnt tech educated enough to properly help their customers. I was highly disappointed in their lack of tech knowledge.

Ordered online. Was told it would be ready by 8pm same day ( thats 4hrs from. When I ordered it). I went to the store to pick up and it still wasnt ready. I canceled my order and got it off the shelf myself. Poor customer service. Noone was at the customer service desk.

Doing pick up in store are no fun, I stand there for a good 10-20mins, all employees ignore my presence, I learned not to pick up in store !

Generally they have the stuff you need. Fairly clean store. Lots of self checkouts, but few manned registers are usually open which causes long lines.

You now have to check your self out as there are no more cashiers to check you out. As a senior citizen that needs a scooter to shop, this is not acceptable for me. I no longer shop here.

Might just be the worst wallmart in the area. Very very nasty worker i saw today. Instead of actualy watching the door or doing another job this person was openly talking badly about his hugher ups specificaly somone called mike. The person said big mike is in back pretendimg to workIm sorry but thats not how you act around shoppers. Aslo talking about how mad at his boss they were because they are being sent to amherst. Not very helpful customer service. Actually very uninterested in helping me. Had an item on the website that said it was in stock at a local store. Asked her for help on finding the item and all she kept saying was they have nothing to do with the website and NOTHING is pickup same day. I had to almost force her to type the item number in the computer. The impression i got from her was that there is a total disconnect between website and store, almost like two separate companies and she made that clear.

Absolute worst ....Ordered a big grocery order in the morning to be delivered at 2-3 and never showed up. Called and they do not answer. Called the 800 number and said they will not be delivering anything as they are closed now. Ridiculous, Careless, Apathetic, Pathetic and lazy. Worst service I have seen in decades. Never ordering from them again!

I was able to find everything I needed and a young Staff member named Zak who was in parking lot bringing in shopping carts he had gathered.. Happen to see me trying to get my groceries ect. In my vehicles and asked if I needed help and came to my rescue and I Thank God he did. He was courteous, kind told me not to worry. He would get the rider back in the store. I AM HANDICAPPED AND NEED ASISTANCE.

Transit Rd Depew isnt the best location for ease of transportation. This location has the available products normally. Check out lines are lengthy. There was only one self-checkout accepting cash payment which is unappealing.

Always fast in and out nice selection of meats and they are working hard to keep it both safe and clean

, you know the old saying youre just going to stop in for one thing and next thing you know youve got 20 things in your, cartwell thats what I did yesterdayalways more than what Im supposed to be doing and then wonder why I got it although the store is a good store I still love the one in Batavia so much friendlier and easy to maneuver around

Poor customer service... Standing on line for over 25 mins,... Only 2 people on open registers with lines through the isles.. I will be going to a further WalMart, to not deal with the extremely long lines... And no masks, more the 75% of people, no way to know whos vaccinated or not, to risky for me...just 1 persons review..

Over all never had bad situations at Walmart. Lines are usually short and have things I need.I recommend not getting something that is locked up. Walmart has always been a go to for whatever I need. They usually pull through. However Ive noticed quite a few things are out of stock pretty frequently.

My wallet and ecig was stolen out of my car. Walmart in general I dont care for. They type of people they cater to are those who would steal items out of cars. Not the kind of people I care to stand next to in line. Dont like the idea that my hand needs to be on my wallet at all times in a store

This place has lied to 99% of everyone that has came in asking about games systems for Christmas... All so the employees could buy up all stock every single day as they lied about it! After the employees all got their fill the store refused to sell the stock they even had in store that they were supposed to sell... So I am never going to this place again!!!

This location really needs to get it together. You can never walk in here and get out in 10 minutes, unless its after 8pm. Its always busy, which is great for business but there needs to be more than 5 registers open. The lines are down the isles, mazing through clothing and home goods. The self check out lines are down passed the frozen food freezers on one side and the childrens toys in the other. For a weekend, especially a holiday weekend, this store needs to do better with customer flow. The isles have become a pow wow of customers complaining about the lines and how there arent enough registers open. You spend more time waiting in line than you do shopping! - Sincerely everyone who shops at the Transit Rd Depew Store.

Not very clean and very hard to find someone who works there to help with anything!! Never have clothes that fit juniors or sneakers that would fit boys with size 5 foot!!

I love Walmart, bottom line have everything that one needs. You can go food shopping and then buy camping equipment at the same place. Also the only reason I gave the store for stars is because every time I get a paper bag from there it rips every single time.

We like this walmart, it usually always has what we are looking for. The deli is hit or miss if they have food up there or not, but they may have changed things because of covid. Store is open 7am-11pm. The grocery side doors are open all day, but they close the other homeware side doors at 8pm. Busier in the afternoon so you might have to wait in line, but it hasnt been too bad, we always use self checkout and it goes pretty quickly in our experience.

Store layout is different than I’m used too. But great atmosphere!

I have yet to receive a delivery order from this store without having to get in contact with customer service, corporate and local, several times. It always arrives hours if not days late. This walmart location should not offer delivery service because they are clearly not set up to do it. A walmart+ subscription is a total waste of money. Stick with instacart or target to avoid total frustration.

Impossible to find time slots for grocery pick up. Rarely stocked on needed necessity. Ive only found ONE person that had been very courteous. Her name is Cindy and she helped me with everything. Shes a sweet little older woman with a heart of gold. She should be employee of the month. So, other than that, the customer service is a bit poor. Can use some more training in that area.And we need more registers opened.

Lot of unhappy people working there. Can never get any help finding something. And ask a question....attitude central. Hasnt changed.

The self checkout registers are all now card only. You have to go to a regular register line to use cash. This location only had 2 regular registers open. Each line had 5+ people. Avoid this location if you are in a hurry and need to use cash.
