Ive been a patient here for over a year. Ive never worn contacts before but wanted to start so got them from here. The doctor was efficient in explaining the different types of contacts I can buy. I was terrified putting them in my eyes the first time, but the Optician who helped me was the nicest and most patient man ever!! It probably took me 20 minutes to get each contact in & out at the appointment, I had no clue what I was doing, but he was encouraging and pleasant the whole time while teaching me the safe and right way to do it, while never once getting the least bit frustrated I was taking so long. I was impressed with his patience!

I have been to a few other optical places for glasses in the past. This is the best prescription I have had in a long time. Will be coming here from now on. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Really like this place, Doctor is great, optometrist is very helpful and nice. Unfortunately receptionist Rose either hates her job or just enjoys being rude to people. I have never had an enjoyable visit when she is working. Today was the last time I was going to deal with her attitude, and let her know how I felt. I am done with Shutz optical as long as she is an employee.

Very rare to find a doctor like C J !knowledgeable, friendly and affordable !Wide range of glasses, great service and prices.

I would rate this place a 0 if I could. The receptionist is extreamly rude. It takes forever to get an appointment and If youre upset about that they will just hang up on you! Never going here again and I would never reccomend this place to my friends or family. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. If you want a good laugh call the receptionist and hear how miserable she is. They need to fire her all the other one star complaint are about her too 😂 if you hate your job lady, just quit!!!! What a joke mistaken for a business.

Highly recommend this optometrist. They are super helpful and really care about their patients. Never had a problem with getting an appointment.

There not scary or mean really nice eye doctor and you will have your glasses within a few days and it will only take 20 minutes for them to find what lenses you need

Secretary/receptionist very rude on two different occasions I believe its because of the insurance I have or its the color of my skin I have had to call the office twice because of the trial contacts that were given to me I couldnt see When I asked for a corporate number she finally put the doctor on the phone and he proceeded to be rude as well and explaining why she was being rude. I will not recommend this business to anyone

I chose a pair of frames last time I bought glasses and I put them on and I really wasnt happy but I went home and I wore them for a couple of weeks and absolutely hated them. I called and they allowed me to choose another frame and Ive never been happier. Very friendly and professional.

Great staff and very good with kids. Very professional.
