Empire did an excellent job with our small 7x7 ft bathroom. They gutted everything and did a whole remodel. When it was finished it looked huge! They vaulted the ceiling and included a little alcove above the door. We couldnt be any happier with the work they did.What was most appreciated was the patience they had with me while going through the design process. I initially worked with Aaron for the layout of the bathroom. Then Kelly joined the team and took over. Kelly has a wonderful sense of design and is very creative. She helped me with all the details such as picking out things like the tile, the mirror and the pendant lights as well as the faucets and window. She got my style and brought energy and excitement to the project which made it fun.We also appreciated Valdi as he got back to us immediately when we had questions and was quick to fix anything that wasnt quite right. He truly wanted us to be completely satisfied and happy with everything.All the workers that made up the Empire team were professional and worked hard to make certain everything looked perfect. It was an expensive project but worth every penny. From start to finish it took a while to complete but again worth the wait. We highly recommend Empire.

I researched and shopped around, a lot. I was very impressed and super pleased w Empire marble & granite from the beginning. I kept going back to their selection of stone, their customer service, and their turn around time was the best in WNY. I love the quartzite countertops and full height we chose for our kitchen. I loved the convenience from start to finish. They have a large show room, you don’t need an appointment, with having my kitchen layout and design on hand they could provide an estimate right away. I liked that I didn’t have to wait days or a week for a quote. Shortly after, they measured the kitchen perfectly, I went in for the layout appointment to see how the stone would be cut for each piece. I love that they offer that step, not every place does. Shortly after, the install was perfect! Everyone I worked with was knowledgeable, friendly and professional! I’d definitely recommend them!

Empire was by far the most professional and knowledgeable.We met with Joanna and she did a great job educating us on granite as we are new to this type of counter top. we found a slab we loved and she gave us an estimate that seemed very fair. Tom came out and measured and did an absolute perfect job down to the millimetre. Then Jeff and Carl did the install and you could tell they really care about doing a good job, they were fun to talk with as they were doing the job as well. I would love to have Empire do our next project, just good people to work with!!!! We also looked at 3 other granite shops and we felt most comfortable with Empire, Best decision of our entire kitchen.

My husband and I are beyond ecstatic and pleased with the work of Empire Granite and Marble. From the moment we walked into the showroom on Walden Ave. we felt the professionalism of the company. We were greeted by Viera who was extremely helpful in every way. She was able to help us and answered ALL of the questions that we had as well as give us beneficial information that we needed to learn. They worked with us and helped us achieve the goal to stay within our price range. They had Tom come out and measure who is extremely thorough. He took his time and made sure to get every precise measurement. They were able to use 1 slab of granite to make my large island without any seams (which was very important to my husband). Lastly, the install.. WOW!!! We truly can not express how happy we were with the amazing job done by Joe and Kyle. They did an INCREDIBLE JOB from start to finish! They both took their time and did the job right. Everything turned our incredible. The seams, caulk, and the cut outs they did on the spot had 0 flaws. Our granite counter tops are everything we ever imagined and more and in our opinion was only possible because of Empire Granite and Marble!! Super helpful very hands-on was on the phone with them also was able to send pictures through text message had a very rare fix for a sagging granite-top sink. Plus was willing to sell it out of their inventory. Will definitely use them if I need help in the future!

We recently had our ten month evaluation and repairs on our Marrano new build house. One of the seams from our countertop was raised. Karl and Nate came out last Thursday to fix it. They called ahead in the morning to let us know when they were coming that day. They worked efficiently and neatly cleaned up all their materials. They suggested we open the door as there may be an odor from the adhesive which was very helpful. They also gave us great tips regarding continued cleaning of the countertop. Lastly, they were extremely professional and nice! With this kind of service, the quality and selection of countertops available, we would highly recommend Empire!

We couldnt be happier with our brand new kitchen! Empire took care of everything from design to building our beautiful custom cabinetry, installing the quartzite counter tops installing the tile backsplash, installing new flooring- you name it they did it. The crew was meticulous very professional and very clean-no complaints. She was tremendous; Super friendly and extremely knowledgeable! She answered all of our questions and concerns. She was not pushy and took her time with us. Some salespersons are pushy and rude and are in a hurry to get to there next customer. Not at Empire! I came in with my measurements and received an estimate the very same day on different styles and stones. The pricing was extremely reasonable in comparison to others. We settled on a sink style and the countertops that same day.They worked with our schedule and gave us options in scheduling the measurement day and then the install day. The measuring guys showed up on time, in the window they designated, with an advance call, before showing up. They were extremely courteous and were in and out within an hour. The measuring was precision because the install guys were out of there within a few hours as well. They too, were extremely courteous and professional. The install looks amazing!! I just completed a whole kitchen renovation with Empire. They did a wonderful job from start to finish! I initially met with Aaron who helped with the layout/design and pricing. From there I met Valdi and the rest of the team. Everyone is very nice, knowledgeable and professional. Several choices for counter tops, cabinets and anything else you may need. They can do it all! They did a great job, I highly recommend them!

Stopped there to inquire about purchasing a soapstone countertop. One associate was with a customer while the other sat on a computer. After waiting 10 minutes a young lady asked how she can help, when we told her what we are looking for she laughed and said good luck. We asked what was similar and she showed us then left and never came back. While I see many good reviews for this company our experience was terrible. They were under staffed and rude, we would recommend finding another vendor for your product.

Rob in sales was able to walk us through all their options and gave us a price that beat all other competitors! In less than a week, Gary was at our home and impressed us with how accurately they measure for a perfect fit. Six days later, Nate and Joe dropped in a 10 foot seamless L shaped Quartz counter-top that fit like a glove. My wife and I couldn’t be happier that we chose Empire! I just hand granite counter tops installed by Empire. I am very pleased with the results. Their customers service was great. They took my measurements and gave me an estimate on the spot. The other granite companies took my information and it took 3-4 days to get back to me with an estimate. They have a huge selection and were happy to pull slabs out for me to view. I was unable to find anything anywhere else even comparable to the granite I chose.Once I made the decision to have them do the job, they scheduled the measurement, & the following day for me to review how the granite would be cut. They also scheduled my installation date at the same time & the job wasdone very quickly.Everyone I dealt with was very courteous and helpful. I highly recommend them!

Really happy with this company. Our past countertop supplier was too far away to make sense so we tried Empire on a recommendation from a friend. Great attention, responsiveness, and quality. We were nervous on our first visit because the showroom was sleek and stylish so we assumed we were going to get inflated luxury pricing but they were competitive and had the best customer service out of the 5 places we compared. 10/10 would recommend.

Great customers service. Very friendly people. They walked me through everything and if I had any questions they answered them very well. Overall great company and well priced.

The initial process was lovely. Rob helped us decide on a counter that fit our budget and complemented our kitchen. He took the time to help us customize our counters to accurately fit our sink, induction stove, and soap and air switch fittings. Anytime we had an issue or concern, Rob was the person that came through. We really appreciate his attentiveness. I especially liked how we did not feel pressured to buy anything and that he took his time to explain all of the details in a comfortable and relaxed manner. We went to other kitchen counter stores and they seemed to try to upsell us or breeze through those points we were concerned about at every turn.They helped us greatly in making sure the cabinets were level. We had installed our own and were finding great difficulty to level them correctly. They tried to do everything they could to help us.I only gave four stars because we had a few issues along the way. (I changed this to five stars!). I would like to mention that all of the problems were already resolved. One was that the hole for the kitchen sink was not cut correctly and the lip of the sink was getting in the way of the holder that tightens the faucet to the counter. Rob had to send workers to install a washer in order to work around that issue. They also took a long time to give us one of the cutting boards that was cut out from the leftover counter. I had to keep calling to remind them about delivering it. Finally, they did not finish one of the sides of the counter. It was still rough and had my aunt not mentioned it to us; we probably would not have caught it, being that it was on the side of the breakfast bar.Overall, I was completely satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them. Their customer service goes above and beyond anyone else I spoke with. They also offer financing for their products. I enjoyed that they customize the counters according to your specifications. They will cut as many holes in the counters as you need. Take into account that other stores will charge extra for this service and the counters will wind up costing more because of this. If it wasnt for the small issues I mentioned above (that were already taken care of); they easily would have earned five stars. We researched many stores and one should not hesitate to trust Empire. Thanks you guys and keep up the good work!

Empire just helped me select and install countertops for my kitchen renovation. I am beyond pleased with the entire experience. Rachel was my salesperson. She was very knowledgeable and accommodating. She even met me at the shop for another look when she was not even working. The layout experience was amazing. My husband and I selected exactly where we wanted each piece of the slab to go. This was not easy, and they were very flexible. The installers did a fantastic job. They had to come twice to complete the process. One crew was just as nice as the one before. And the worksmanship was outstanding. We went with the Shadow Storm leathered marble. Despite every review warning of the delicate nature of the stone, we love it. We are hoping the leathered finish helps it to hold up better, but it looks so beautiful, we are going to embrace the patina. This project has brightened up not just the kitchen, but our whole downstairs. I could not have asked for a better experience with Empire. I highly recommend them.

Purchased a few remnants to do my bathrooms and a kitchen table and was surprised at how affordable it was. Only intended on getting a kitchen table. They did all the tearing out of my old stuff and installation of all plumbing for a little bit more. I highly recommend this for all of your stone work.

In June 2019 we had A Quartz countertop and sink installed. When we started looking we were not sure what we wanted to do, friends of ours told us to go to Empire and she was sure they could help us, and they did they were wonderful to work with from start to finish. Empire Granite has really knowledgeable workers. From helping you choose the right stone for your design to installing it at your house. Installers actually saved our house from flooding completely. But that’s a whole different story. At the store you have many options of stones to choose from. You can go back as many times you want to and you will never feel negative hostility. Rob made sure we were completely happy with everything before finalizing our order. Before your stone gets cut out you got a check up call to make sure everything was written down correctly. So make sure you write the name of the stone and which finish you have decided on. We sure did not, so we just hoped for the best. And it sure was. When we received bad news about burst pipe at the house installers were quick to act and helped us with moving stuff around. Weve had a couple chips in our countertop since its been installed and empire has out and repaired it quickly and for free. Dave came to our house both times and is very knowledgeable, friendly and personable. I would absolutely recommend this company!!

Just completed a major remodel of our kitchen, the highlight of which was the installation of new quartz counter tops from Empire. We can,t say enough about the Empire team and our experience with them. From our first meeting with Rob through the tear-out, the measurement, the installation and the plumbing re-connect, everyone we met was professional, competent and courteous. The schedule was met exactly and the clean-up was thorough and complete. Most importantly, the counter tops are beautiful. We couldnt be happier.

Could not be more pleased with our Empire Granite experience. Jillian was a pleasure to work with; even worked late so I may visit the shop. They had an outstanding variety of stone and were more than happy to bring in more. Installers did a beautiful job; the seam is not even visible.

My Empire experience started with a visit to their fantastic showroom on Walden to pick out new kitchen countertops. I had older particle board with laminate installed and it was the right time to upgrade. Rachel helped me immediately pick out a slab of marble that caught my eye and she gave me ALL the pros and cons of marble & granite - I knew exactly what to expect from each material but ultimately I chose marble.I then worked with Rob on the drawings, the quote and the financials. He made it quick, easy and also reviewed the care and maintenance of my new marble tops coming!My experience ended with the install crew of Gary & Travis. Again, total professionalism and outstanding workmanship. You could clearly see both guys had done NUMEROUS installs prior and they had me all set in 2 hours!If you are looking for an overall outstanding experience all the way from the initial showroom visit, to the installation, I would say look no further than Empire!

This was, hands down, one of the easiest remodeling jobs I’ve ever done (i’ve never redone a kitchen by the way) and it’s entirely because of Empire. They were incredibly accommodating, very friendly, and professional. The pricing was very reasonable, but even more important than that, they know what they’re doing, they stock granite slabs and fabricate (cut and prep) right on site and have a great install team. You can definitely tell when an organization takes pride in what they do and is passionate about taking care of the customer. Thanks Empire!

I initially went to Home Depot for granite countertops but after discovering all the hidden pricing I went else where. I then went to Empire, from the moment you walk into the showroom, you know your going to be in good hands. I couldnt be any happier with my new granite countertops!

I wish I could rank this company higher! After calling multiple companies (Buffalo Granite & Marble, Countertop Services, Kitchen World and Kitchen Advantage) and getting terrible service along with ridiculously high quotes for a 18 X 36 quartz vanity top we finally found Empire Granite & Marble and couldnt be happier with our experience. Not only was the staff attentive and pleasant to work with, the prices were so reasonable that we ended up replacing another one of our larger vanity tops at the same time. They have an excellent selection and the process was extremely easy. They came out in no time to template the vanity tops and the installation was a breeze. Well be going with them again in the future when we replace another even larger vanity top and when were ready to completely redo our entire kitchen! Awesome company!!

Empire sent someone to look at a scratch in my counter top (manufactured stone ) yesterday and he tried cleaner which stripped the finish!!!! They wont even come back out to see what it looks like now. I live less than 5 miles from their office. I asked for the owners name and he hung up on me. Be very careful if you have any problems. Hard for me to believe an owner would treat a client like this. Next step small claims court!

Starting with Jillian, everyone we encountered that worked for Empire Granite was dedicated to exceptional customer service. We used their plumbing and tear out services in addition to the installation of a beautiful quartz countertop. Everyone was on time for their appointments and the work performed was excellent. We shopped many places in Western New York... Empires price was very competitive and the end product is perfect. Dog Owners: Each time anyone from Empire needed to prop our side door open, they checked with us to make sure our dog was secure -- this was greatly appreciated. We highly recommend Empire Granite. Their indoor showroom is outstanding!
