1st time here. Very good ice cream & friendly staff, ordered a coolnado just what the Dr ordered strawberry, brownie pieces, sugar cone pieces & whipped cream. Only bad thing to say, is I was charged additional for each topping they had listed for that on their menu. Other than that, great place!

Loved this place. My grandmother took me when I was visiting and the staff were great to me. There are so many things it may take a moment for you to figure out what you want to order, but Id recommend the pb and banana milkshake, because that was so good I had 3 of them while I was there.

This ice cream shop is Depews best kept secret. The staff is super friendly, they have an amazing assortment of Perrys ice cream, plus their own original ice cream treats. It was my first visit, definitely not my last.

What a great place and the friendliest staff you could ask for! I had the campfire smore sundae, the toasted marshmallow sauce is a must try. My wife had pineapple Dole whip, and was so happy to find it! Joe and his establishment are top notch!

I remember being disappointed when the secondhand store that used to occupy this building closed. Little did I know that something much sweeter was about to take its place - we absolutely love PJs! Although we typically stick to single serves of hard ice cream, PJs offers a wide variety of other goodies (sundaes, shakes, etc.) that are often tempting. We usually come home with doggie dishes too, which never disappoint our crew! The owners are particularly friendly and pride themselves on exceptional service, we highly recommend PJs!!We ordered a PJs ice cream cakes for the first time a few weeks back and they gladly accommodated my request for a giant Hostess cupcake design; plus, the cake received great reviews at the party!Edited to include a reminder that PJs is cash only.

Always love going to PJ Cools! Its one of the few ice cream shops in the area that carries my favorite flavors that isnt sold in stores. The staff is always extremely friendly, and I love that they will let me buy ice cream by the quart!

Ice cream, milkshakes, serving sizes, service, and selections!! I HIGHLY recommend this place to everyone I talk to because it is the best ice cream shop in the area!! The employees are very friendly and kind, really make you feel very comfortable, do what they can to make the customer happy and put the customer first! How can you give PJ Cools less than five stars??? I’ve been to a lot of ice cream stands and this is by far my favorite. The best way to judge an ice cream stand is with a basic chocolate milkshake. These guys do the classic black-and-white—no funny business with chocolate ice cream—and the perfect ratio of milk/ice cream/chocolate syrup. Two thumbs up for that. They also have a vast selection of ice cream flavors and specialty sundaes. They have probably every conceivable topping and dip.The owners are there almost all the time, greeting customers and entertaining the kids. Very family-friendly place. It’s a small building, so it can get cramped and loud, but there are picnic tables outside you can escape to. And you never wait in line too long.Yes, it is cash only. Be prepared for that. But the staff is always willing to go above and beyond to make your experience the best. If you’re not happy, just tell them (instead of posting a bad review like some people) and they will make it right.

This was the first time I ordered a cake from here. Not only was the cake delicious, they did an amazing job on decorating it. I will go back next year for another cake. One happy and pleased customer.

We absolutely love it here. My kiddos have a dairy and soy allergy and the owners have been nothing but accommodating. They have even let me personally read labels to be sure each and every ingredient is safe for my kiddos. The owners are very sweet and always make my kiddos smile. They really make you feel like family here! We’re so glad to have found PJ Cools. We’ve made some great family memories here!

PJ Cools is the best. Our whole family loves going there. The entire staff knows us by name and goes out of their way to make our visits great. Plus they always have some cool, fun and interesting going on.

This place is amazing. Id give more stars if I could! The ice cream is always great! But what really impressed me is the staff. I have never met such a lovely and friendly staff.(and they put toppings at bottom of dish as well as on top when making sundaes which in my opinion is the only way to make a sundae!! Lol)

While I like the little shop I was greatly disappointed with the portions of ice cream. There are so many wonderful ice cream shops here in WNY, that the offerings here are a complete rip off.Sometimes owners need to consider the customer and retention MORE than profit. Because in the end a good selection and great portions will attract more customers.This wasnt my first time going but it was the very first time I have gone and felt like I had been taken advantage of. I purchased 3 cones and when they were handed to me ( after being told it would be a scoop and a half) it was more like a table spoon ice cream. The ice cream barely covered the base of the cone and was never packed down at all. Just lightly placed on top.As I stated there are to many shops with comparable pricing but offering or known for healthier cones for your money.

So over priced, $8, for a milkshake???

My son and I need dairy free options so we come for the delicious pineapple and strawberry Dole Whip, but I would come regardless just to hang out and play the cute games they have on the tables. Would love to see even more dairy free options, maybe like Perrys hard ice cream or a vanilla option. Great place!!

This place had more ice cream than we could have imagined. Soft and hard, worth the wait and drive. Reasonable price for what you are looking for. Friendly service and was not busy at all when we went. A bit of on the small size but dont let that fool you. Came from Canada 🍁. Eh!

What a great find! Visiting from out of town. The ice cream and prices are great. The staff is so helpful and friendly. My daughter has a peanut allergy, and they were so great about it. No problem. We wash everything in between. Some ice cream places are like, Too bad, she can only have soft serve. They played Disney music, had fun little table games, and gave out temporary tatooes. Wish we lived closer!

Great family friendly place to get some ice cream. The owners are super nice and make you feel welcome. They have a large variety of ice cream and cones and they also have some ice cream cakes and treats to go. You can also order your ice cream cake ahead of time and customize the flavor/size. Its cash only however they have an atm, so its super convenient. They also have free WiFi and games on each table and coloring pages for the kiddos which they display around the store. This is my favorite ice cream shop and I highly recommend this place.
