Ive been to other liquor stores where the staff is more helpful. During one visit here months ago I asked for information about a wine I was considering buying. One young woman said she didnt know as she only drinks sweet wine, and a middle-aged man informed me that he doesnt drink wine. That was the extent of their assistance

Terrible experience. Woman was very rude.Must be new manager. Other owner or manager was so nice and helpful...NOT THIS LADY! WONT BE BACK.

This place just has what they have! If you dont see anymore on the shelf dont ask because they dont care to even look in the back. If they dont have that brand dont ask... They wont/cant offer to order it in. Just a cheap liquor store.

The prices are marginally higher than other liquor stores in the area, but its the closest so Ive been going here on occasion since its opened. The problem is that they dont keep the store climate controlled when its warm out, and often have the door open on a nice day. Never have I gone in and felt the A/C was running. This became evident last night when I purchased some wine and it was nearly complete on its transition to vinegar. I attempted to return it for a refund today, and because it was opened, they wouldnt. I understand NYS doesnt legally allow that, but store credit nor an apology was offered.If youre into liquor and Buffalo Liquor is close by, its a convenient choice. If you want wine or anything thats sensitive to temperature, go elsewhere, as youve got no recourse once you get lemons.
