Got a MX4500 early Oct2020. Salesman (Aaron) from Derby came to my home to assess what my land & needs would be. The whole process was seamless, pleasant, and easy. Have a 1/2 mile private road & SUPER Long driveway to maintain- snow removal & non winter season maintenance. Due to my own financial constraints got this big open cab rig. Its ok (weather wise🌨) cuz Ill just dress up as if going skiing or snowmobiling, & have a structure to park tractor in/under. Couldnt swing$for a cab model or the snow thrower- opted for 3rd function snow blade❄ instead. This thing is sure to plow & bale snow like a beast. So overall Very pleased with Champlain Valley and the machine & attachments/extras Id gotten from them. 👍👍

Good selection of tools.

The derby location is very independent, unless you have a large dairy they won’t even bother trying to sell you something. We were looking at upgrading our new holland round baler and asked about demoing a new one and didn’t even get a call back. You’d think with low milk prices they’d try to sell to anyone they can but they don’t. But if anyone from Gray or Nelson farms walks in they’ll kiss their a$$. However the parts guys are good and helpful.
