Stopped by Walmart to get a battery changed out after getting a jump start to get there. Everything going well working with a young man to determine battery needed and checking in. Then Bryan the service manager shows up and intervenes by saying we’re at a 4 hour wait currently. The young guy said they’d just finished a job and I’d be 3rd on the list. Bryan then said Well it’s 2 hours wait. It was quite obvious he didn’t want the job as it was close to 4pm and he was making sure they were not going to be working late. I explained it was a 10 minute job and went and bought a wrench and did the job myself. They had 2 guys looking at a car in one of the bays, the only car there and they were not rushing to get it done by any means.In summary ran by lazy people not interested in customer service or working on repairs.Would not try to use this place again!

The actual Walmart website said they opened at 7am for the auto center. I got there at 7:45 and wasn’t able to get in till 8am. After they opened it took another 15 minutes for them to get to a point where I could get checked in. They had only one employee in the shop. I waited 90 minutes to get my tire patched. The patch has held up so the work was good.

Dont bother. If you feel the need to use walmart for your auto needs find another location. I bought new tires, had then put on. 1 leaked air. I took it back they charged me again to remount. There is still a issue, I will take it to a different tire store to have it fixed. Nevermind the unbelievable wait time. Mine was the only car there. It still took over a hour to have 1 tire mounted. Techs stood around and talked instead of working.

Took car in for a tire patch. I expected to wait maybe...maybe 45 mins to an hour at most. There were very few cars being serviced at the time and the guy at the counter said maybe an hour. I walked around the store for two hours and decided I couldn’t wait any longer. I went to the desk to ask about the status. It had been done for who knows how long and I was never told. So finally, I’m able to check out and leave. I noticed the donut still on the car. I had told them to patch the tire that was in the trunk and put the donut back in the trunk. So I checked my trunk and the tire was there still with the nail and everything still in the tire. I have no idea what they even did, maybe filled the tires with air? Very very frustrating. I would love to have my two hours back. I’m wondering what patch exactly I was paying for. At least I got my money back. No apologies or explanation though. Never again will I take a car back to a Walmart for service.

This place is convenient, if slow. I go because its cheap and fast. When I buy a new vehicle Ill probably have it serviced somewhere nicer, but for my early oughts mini-van this place is fine.I usually wait upwards of 3 hours for service here, it is very busy.

Very helpful! I needed a repair to my tire, but unfortunately the hole was too big. They service tech came out and looked at the tire and was apologetic when he said they couldnt help. He advised me to try a couple other places to see if they could fix it. When they couldnt, I came back to Walmart to buy my tires due to this techs customer service skills.

I checked in at 4:15 for a standard oil change. Its almost 7pm now and they have finished but have not brought back my keys so that I can pay and go home. There have only been 4 vehicles, all with minor maintenance this whole time. I know that for sure because weve all been sitting here talking about it. One woman has been waiting legitimately all day. The only redeeming element of this experience was the kind woman working the desk, she is a delight. Her manager has been rude to her this entire time.

Told the tires for my BMW were not in stock. Didn’t offer to look at other stores. Man on phone in automotive center said they can order tires, but can take up to a week. Guess they don’t keep much back stock on 16 or 17 inch tires. Prices were the lowest, but was told they aren’t even sure if they can install the tires once they arrive, from their own website. Wow. Plus no appointments so could be from 3-8 hours for a 45 min job. Spend $40-75 more at an actual tire place and you’ll appreciate your saved time and being able to speak with someone who is trained.Update 08/01/21:Pulled up near open garage doors. Man came out and greeted us around 3:30pm. Asked if we wanted flat tire I was bringing in either plugged or buy a new one for rim..could of done both, but he said, they were closing early 2 hours (5pm) due to people calling in that morning. Tire had road hazard warranty so obviously just want flat plugged and to use tire until the tread is bald. Got a quote for new tire/s. Prices on tires same as 4 years ago..but extra costs with install had went up. Told they could give us prorated amount on tread life left on tire, not given a copy of the paper quote we were shown. No receipt for road hazard due to them saying it was too close to the side to plug the hole...waited almost 2.5 hours to be told this, they had 3 technicans in the bay and 2 workers at counter..they kept my tire valve stem cap with vehicle custom logo on it....could of went better & quicker. Same manager isnt over it anymore.

Was told 2 hours max time and i was there 2 hours and they pulled in a car that was an employees car who had came back and saod she needed all 4 tires. 2 hours i was there i canceled and left because they put their employee first.

Found everything I needed. The guy that works the automotive is awesome. I think his name was Dave.

They were very helpful and friendly. Joked around with me which gave my anxiety some relief. They gave me recommendations on where to go since my rims were bent. The only thing I didnt like was they were concerned I had brought the wrong tires in. Yes, Im a female and not vehicle savvy, but I do, do my research before buying and such. I dont think anything would have been said had I been a male. 🤷 I will definitely be back for future maintenance though.

I waited an hour and a half to get my oil changed and there was really not many cars there in the first place, so I was a little perplexed as to how it took an hour and a half. And then they had to fumble around to figure out where they put my car key. But thats Walmart for you. 😐

Went in for an oil change and was told itd be an hour and a half to 2 hours before they could get it in even though there was one car in the garage and one parked nearby. Didnt get the call that it was done until 3 and a half almost 4 hours later making me late to a meeting. You may be busy but it shouldnt take an hour and a half to do an oil change

Bought 2 tires online..very pleased with purchase.. Had tires mounted with no problems..was treated by staff who was very friendly... Will purchase again..,

I matter what time you get here they tell you 2.5 hrs wait for a oil change.. And there is Noone in the oil change lane.. This place is a joke dont waste your time

My Sis & I got to the Walmart tire, lube garage after it had started storming Saturday afternoon. We needed an oil change & new windshield wipers, & intended on doing a little shopping while waiting. Upon arriving, the employee ( whom my Sis said had been rude in the past), came out to see what we wanted, we told him, & he said he cant do oil changes & work while it was storming, the storms were going to be around the rest of day, so he wouldnt be able to do it-we could come back Sunday between 8-10am.Seriously?? In all my years, Ive never heard of such a thing--I use to do my own oil changes, so, Im not an ignorant female.We left Walmart, went to Jiffy Lube-they got us right in ( they work while storming), got the job done quickly, & gave my Sis discounts even though we didnt have coupons!Guess who lost our business?? BYE BYE Walmart👋👋

I went in to get my tire patched the guy said there was only two holes so we wait for about 8 min and he comes back out saying he found four more whole and said I need to get a new tire I said well Im not buying from here Ill go somewhere else so he goes and put a it on I go to my local coop where I live they find one hole in my tire and fix it so disappointed in them I feel like he wanted me just to buy a new tire
