Awful customer service. Today is my birthday & my dear fiance got me a bundle of fruit. I was not home during the time it was delivered and the employee left it outside in the beaming sun 75° day!! All melted. The fruit is piss warm & the chocolate is puddled up!!!! They lady told me theres nothing they can do because my fiance told them to leave it there. So they now have our $40-60 bucks and im left with nothing. I even asked if they can be kind out of curtisy to give me atleast something!!!!!! Nope, not there problem. Never use them again & its sad because i have plenty tines in the past .

I am beyond shocked at my experience at the Derby store today. I had a coupon for a free birthday fruit dipped box. I called several times beforehand, but there was no answer. I have gotten this gift in previous years so I know you do not need to call ahead and can just walk in. I went to the counter and the man was rude stating I cannot just walk in for a free gift. I told him I tried to call but got no answer he said you have to wait on hold for sometimes 30 minutes... thats insane. I said well Im here now so can I please just get my gift. He continued to tell me how ordering on a holiday weekend was not allowed... also not true. He then pulled up my account by email and told me we havent ordered anything from his store so we dont qualify. I said thats incorrect, as long as you make one purchase from edible.com per year you qualify. Plus I have an email with coupon code. He continued to tell me that he owned the franchise and this is costing him money because I didnt purchase my last order through his store.... what? I said I dont choose the store its whatever is closest to the recipient and I am the customer I dont know what your franchise agreement says, but if you are unhappy that shouldnt get taken up with me. This was so inappropriate... I told him I wanted to call customer service. He then said fine Ill do it, but you have to pick it up tomorrow (Sunday). I agreed because I didnt have time to go elsewhere. I left and called customer service they told me he was entirely incorrect and that they would follow up with his store. However, they said since the order was already placed I had to get it there. I then received an email this evening stating I already picked up my order.... and heres the kicker... they are closed Sunday!!! He literally just did this to scam me and get me out of the store. I now have no fruit box, no more birthday coupon and he would have let me drive all the way there tomorrow knowing they would be closed. This man should not own a business he is a liar and a cheat. I will follow up with customer service Monday when they reopen. This is inexcusable behavior and needs to addressed immediately.

We have always had great experience in waterbury,ct we came to this place and the strawberries were bruse my boyfriend went to change them and the guy in the counter was very rude and gave him other set of strawberries and told to not shop their anymore and gave us the strawberries bruse again. Am very upset had to do other purchase of strawberries in a different location how can they have rude employee treat customers this way.. i would love to have my refund😡😡😡 i will never shop in derby edible ever again so disappointed.

So I have used Edible Arrangements in Waterbury many times with great success. I stopped at this store the other day to pick up an arrangement. When I asked the man behind the counter if I could see one of the arrangements he became very rude When he finally came back to the counter with one I looked at it and saw mold on a strawberry so I went to turn it around. He grabbed it and told me to get out. I was shocked. I mean how can the owner let this happen

We got an order from them for Mothers Day. Ive no complaints.

I usually have good quality products from these Edible Arrangements store but this year is pretty terrible they gave me mini strawberries, price is not worth the quality and theyre not even riped. There delivery is on time with pick up curbside so giving them a 2-star rating

This store is terrible 😞 you pay so much money for these arrangements and do not get was shown in the picture you walk in the store there’s no displays the smoothie machine never works very sad disappointing this store needs new management . Your supposed to walk in and be able to get what your advertising not here I don’t even know how they are still open

I was in the parking lot at this store today my intent was to buy a fruit basket for my sister. When I was getting out of my car a woman was coming out the door from This Edible Arrangements store sobbing uncontrollably. I heard the man behind the counter screaming at her “get the ——out”. She told me that she was also buying a fruit basket but when she saw the quality of the fruit she said no thanks. Then the man behind the counter started screaming obscenities and telling her she waisted HIS timeWHO RUNS A BUSINESS THIS WAYREAD ALL THE REVIEWS BEFORE GOING HERE

Just got several beautiful arrangements from here for Mothers Day. My Mom, Gramma, and Aunts loved them! And the fruit was delicious. The service was great. I will definitely be back!

I have received arrangements recently from here, and the fruit is fresh, very tasty, great to receive. Wanted to order a small arrangement for around $40, to say thanks to a small office staff, around 5 or 6 people. Unfortunately, that is the price for a coffee mug arrangement for 1 or 2. Ended up ordering 12 chocolate covered strawberries in a box. He gave us a price of $40, then as he was ringing it up, Guy asked if we wanted a wrapper that said thank you, we started to say yes until I realized the wrapper, which was a cardboard shell which slid over the box, was $8. So we walked out with the box without a wrapper for $32. Would have liked more fruit for the $40 we originally wanted to spend, and trying to sell a $25 cent piece of cardboard for $8. Made me feel like I need to pay more attention. I think next time I go to the bakery and buy a cheesecake.

This location has very good management. Clean atmosphere, friendly customer service. HIGHLY recommend.

I went to edible arrangements derby for my anniversary, in a rush, and got chocolate covered strawberries fast and with pleasant service. I would recommend the derby store to anyone and everyone.

Never called that my order was delivered. They put the item between 2 doors and it was warm yesterday in the 60s. Why would you do that. Calling would have been more professional don’t you think.

I love this shop! They went out of their way to deliver my gift to a sick friend, and they even went out of their way to correct a mistake I had made! They have outstanding customer service. I am so impressed and so grateful!

Horrible customer service, after placing an order call the store and confirm they could delivered before 1 pm, they assure me it would be deliver by the receptionist an the actual driver, well it was not, wife had left the office didnt get her anniversary surprise arrangement and she wont come back to the office til Monday.

Costumer service was absolutely fantastic! Extremely friendly staff, I was extremely picky about how I wanted my arrangement made and they didnt blink an eye... It was made perfectly. I wouldn’t give it any stars, my husband ordered through the phone and no specific time was asked to him or explained. When he called he asked if the order he placed would be delivered before 2:30 because my company closes at 3. The so called manager raised his tone to him and began being very disrespectful and then hung up on my husband. My husband had to call again to cancel my order because of the employee not being specific about the delivery time and not getting to me. The manager should be reprimanded for having no respect, hanging up the phone on a customer, and being overall rude. Never ordering from here and I’ll make sure everyone that orders Edibles knows about this facility and will never give them business!!

I understand that Valentines Day is the busy day for this store but you should train everyone to do their deliveries and make them for the right person.

Very upset with the quality of the products. Very embarrassing for me to see two expensive gifts (my wife and my ount) on the garbage.This kind of present is suposed to draw a smile on the face of the person who receive it, but it wasnt the experience. Only one bite was enought for them to say thanks for the present, but you should ask for a refound, this taste very bad!
