Absolutely love Hibbetts! They have the best selection and variety of clothes and shoes! My most favorite product i have purchased recently was the Nike Air Force 1’s! Great product, and super comfortable! Hibbit is one of the best places to shop for your sports fans. They also have great sneakers and backpacks for back to school shopping. The staff is very friendly and is always willing to help. They also have gear for all of you that play sports or have children that do.This is my favorite store to get my latest footwear they are always so helpful and I always seem to get a coupon to help out with price because who doesn’t love that.Great local store for anything sport related. From apparel, to shoes, to sports equipment, to bags, they have it all and always very affordable. I always find something I love when I shop, either shoes or clothes!

I would actually give 0 stars if I could.We visited the store and made a purchase last week. We had to swipe our card twice (which on the machine it said approved) but the employee behind the counter said it didnt show it had gone through on his side and there was an error reading the card so my husband paid cash. We went home and checked our bank account and the transaction had gone through. I immediately called the store and the employee said he would tell his manager and get it taken care of. Its now been over a week and the transaction still hasnt been credited. I called today and now have to drive all the way back to the store to show proof on my bank statement, which I will do but it is not convenient at all.Another experience-- We went back to the store a couple of days later to purchase a basketball sleeve. We didnt mention the transaction yet because we didnt know how long itd take to fall off our account. We decided to give it a few more days. We went in, looked around for a bit, grabbed what we needed and went to pay. We stood at the register for a couple of minutes while the employee (same one from before) was dressing a mannequin. There was a family off to the right of me several feet away trying on shoes. I patiently waited until the employee was done dressing the mannequin assuming hed help me when he was finished. He then turned to the family off to the right to see how the shoes fit. The family said they fit well and they would be purchasing them. The employee took the shoes from them and I had to step away from the counter and move out of the way so he could ring them up. I understand the family had previously asked him to get them a size of shoes but they were still in the deciding stage as to whether or not they would be purchasing the shoes when I went to the register. Because I didnt need help and knew exactly what I needed, and was patiently waiting for the cashier to finish what he was doing to come check me out, I was made to feel less important.When I had to move away from the counter, I felt foolish and unimportant so I put the product back on the shelf and purchased it elsewhere. I will not be revisiting this store anymore.

The worst customer service EVER! I took a pair of shoes back to exchange because they where too big! I got a discount for signing up for their rewards thing and they tried to one, accuse me of stealing them, two acting like the shoes where Defective and three they really fix their mouse to ask me to pay the $30 to put them back on the shelf when I just needed a smaller size absolutely worst customer service ever rich snobby derby people that’s exactly how they act and because I have a wife and child of color they treated us way different absolutely will never go there

Horrible horrible customer service! Will never be back. They double charged us for some shoes and we are having the hardest time getting our money back. They are making us deal with corporate the store isn’t able to help us. The manger is very unprofessional and rude.
