Customer service is terrible. Was told the couldnt accept loose change... that it had to be in rolls as they are too busy to count money! There wasnt even enough change to be rolled. Tried to call and resolve issue and manager says that what my husband told me was a lie. That it didnt happen like that. While I am trying to explain that he received terrible customer service from her employee.... She continues to try to over talk me and refused to listen to anything I was saying. I then explained that my husband and co workers go there on a daily basis and spend money and that I bet it wont continue. Terrible terrible customer service. I work with public and cant believe the way situation was handled.

Pretty iffy. Depends on who is working. Most of the employees are really slow and just seem to love to hold up the line by taking 50 years too scan some items. I used to work at presto and being fast and efficient was a must. so i blame poor management. Most of the employees dont even knwo what theyre doing. Ofcourse im not going to be rude to them, i sometimes help them with whatever they need help with or whatever they may be confused with. I write this review in hopes the manager will see it. SPEED UP THE EMPLOYEES AND PLEASE KEEP THE STORE CLEAN
