Went in today for an issue with my phone, Marcus helped me out tremendously. He went above and beyond to try to resolve the issue with my phone.But apple being apple I ended up needing a new one. Recently went to this store for an issue I had with my bill. The manager there, Marcus, helped me out tremendously. After hours of being on the phone with customer service and going to another store trying to get help, I got absolutely nowhere until I came here. Got my issue resolved. I left happy, and will only be coming back to this location for now on. Definitely will be recommending this locations to people.
