Rude!!! Several weeks ago to my fiancé and now today to me. Hey brown guy with the hairy face....use your words and do it without an attitude. There’s plenty more liquor stores in Derby that are much nicer to their repeat customers !!!!

Not one employee wearing a mask. They HAD my business once a week. No more. Hello...its a county mandate!! You need to do better!! C-ya!

Nice store. I purchase my drinks from this place from time-to-time and, have over the years. People are always friendly & accommodating. Prices usually fair market value. I dont recall ever having had a problem here so, that rates a Five Star. Hope you give them a try for yourself. I recommend Rock Liquor for your drinking requirements.

The staff was not welcoming and was rude when asked any questions. It was not close to closing time and I was the only one in the store, so I know they werent trying to get me out of there faster. The store is clean, however.

Always able to find my wine. Today picked up a small bottle of bourbon for a new recipe. One trip and I got my lottery tickets tooAlways clean, shelves stocked with new displays and new products.

Good liquor selection. The attached smoke shop is very nice. Huge selection of cigars and other smoking items. Roll your own.

Great selection of drinks - have a lot of choices in the cooler too. Very nice staff that help you carry things out to your car if you want/need it.

Prices can be a little high sometimes but they have a good selection and always friendly!

There was a notice on the cooler that what I was looking for was in the walk in cooler area. I went in, looked around, didnt see it, so walked through the door into the area behind the glass door coolers not noticing the 2 x 6 employees only sign amongst the rest of the pricing and advertising signs on that door. An employee admonished me repedibely using broken record discipline and reminding me that Id violated the employees only sign. Possibly it would have been better customer service to lead me to what I was looking for and in the process inform me that this cooler area is not intended for customers, and point out the sign. Really pretty darn poor customer service, could have been handled much better. Ill tend to use another store in the future, maybe even the grocery store as strong beer will be available there as of April 1 2019!Two stars as opposed to one as Ive had only good experienced at Rock Liquor up to this one interaction.

Bought some black heart spiced rum here. I usually stay away from the rum, but if you buy some you will probably like it.

It was just a quick stop for some various october fest beers and ales, the female staff seemed nice, I just got off a 10 hour shift after we were joking about how we have no clue what time it is.

Staff was super friendly and willing to order in any beer I might like that they did not carry.
