After reading all of the negative reviews I decided to add my own. I had a wonderful experience with this florist! Not only were the flowers exactly what I ordered and absolutely beautiful but they also delivered them on time. I would highly recommend this florist to anyone.

We recently ordered a Photo and Urn Cremation Tribute Arrangement. We were astounded at the beauty of the flowers and creativity of this arrangement. We have ordered flowers at other places over the years (even more costly) and never received as many flowers in an arrangement nor an arrangement done so artistically. Highly recommended.
Was called about a delivery via message on my answering machine. I called back and was told that they would be delivered that afternoon. Never got my delivery till 1 day later. I spoke with someone there and they pretty much called me a liar. NEVER will I order from them EVER!!

Terrible customer service. I had scheduled flowers delivery for my first Valentines day in the US. Ive been dating my girlfriend for almost a year, so it was also our first Valentines day together. Because of our busy schedule, I left instructions to leave the flowers at the door, as I knew I would be arriving home mid-day. The instructions were ignored, they didnt deliver the flowers. I tried calling on Valetines day at night, but they were closed. They didnt contact me for the next 5 days, although I left a voicemail on Valentines day questioning if they would be delivered.I contacted them by email requesting a full refund and telling them that my girlfriend didnt get flowers on our first Valentines day (in other words, they ruined Valentines day for me). I received an email back stating that they attempted delivery twice and they would refund me for the flowers but not the delivery fee.They didnt apologize, they didnt want to assume that they clearly ignored / didnt read my instructions to leave the flowers at the door, they didnt even attempt to keep me as customer. Furthermore, in a situation like that they said they would refund me and not refunding the delivery fee? Honestly, it is not even about the amount, but the attitude and the principle involved. I would not recommend this to anyone I know and I of course will never use them again.I would give 0 stars, but the system does not permit so I have to go with 1.
Bought flowers here for my girlfriend. I couldn’t be happier with their quality and presentation. They must have lasted atleast two full weeks and there was some serious care put into their assembly. I highly recommend this florist for any occasion. Thanks so much!
As another person commented earlier, was not greeted when walking into the shop...there’s more antiques than flowers in the shop, also the woman at the desk was yelling at the man working next to her😳. Only a few displays of ready to buy bouquets. Needless to say we went elsewhere are created our own beautify bouquet.
Edited after reading owners response: There is nothing false or dishonest in my comments. I said I felt the price was too high. That is honest. I said the petals began falling off the next day, that is not false. Petals fell off the daffodils and tulips and the one that looks like a hydrangea totally wilted. And by the way my name is not Steve.Ordered $100 arrangement for my wifes birthday. I dont think I got my moneys worth, it is a pretty small arrangement, they said its because the price of flowers is high. That may be so but the flowers should last more than two days.. Delivered yesterday and several of the flowers are already wilted with petals are falling off. I am not at all pleased. One star because they delivered when they promised but not what they promised.
This flower shop is the best in the area. They have large assortment of fresh flowers. I have used them regularly for the past 10 years and find the owners Mary and Tom are always here and provide super service. They dont miss a beat and stand behind their work. I like that they are local, creative, give back to the community and even deliver in their own van.
I use this shop regularly and they offer a great selection of fresh flowers. I like their arrangements and their reasonable prices. Their long stem roses are really fresh and a good value at a dozen for $57.95. The city florists charge $30 more.

I gave 1star only because there isnt a way to leave anything else. I find it so amazing that every person who has complaint about Tom co owner at this shop, Tom comes back with remarks that are very unprofessional! He always says the customer is rude, or a liar even a pychobabble!!! And some how he finds fault with anyone who has a complaint. Im really looking forward to seeing you your unprofessional behavior in response to my complaint.I went to your website and was looking for something nice for my best friend for Christmas. I place an item in the cart and realized that I didnt have my credit card information with me. I closed out the page and two days later went back to Beckman Florist site, looked around and found something else that I liked better. Placed the item in the cart. There wasnt anything but the ONE ITEM in the cart, proceeded with my order. Put all my information in and where it was going. My friend called to thank me for the beautiful basket. . Then two days later she called again saying she received another basket.she said this has to be a mistake, I wouldnt be sending her two baskets. I immediately called the shop and asked to speak with a manager. The man that answered the said this Tom I can help you.I explained what happened and that I didnt put my credit card information in on the first order.. He said I will check the computer and get back to you. I called at 10:30 am I knew they closed at 2 on Christmas, surely it doesnt take 3 1)2 hours to pull my name up on computer. Needless to say I had to call him back the day after Christmas.and wouldnt you know it was Mr Tom answering my call. He insisted that I placed both orders to the same person, went off saying things like I know everyone thinks we are just Derry dummies. My mouth just fell open in disbelief.Am I really hearing this man,this Co owner talk in this manner. He also said I was trying to flogg him. You have got to be kidding me. He basically called me a liar and I said it was not going to end here. As Im saying have a good day he slammed the phone down on me. Such true professionalism Tom. It is you who sounds like a pychobabble. How anyone can buy from the shop is just so unbelievable to me. In Toms mind he is always right and the customer is a liar and rude. I must admit that I did see some positive reviews, but the have to be local returning customers. I send my friend flowers, or gift baskets for different occasions. I will definitely be going elsewhere. Thank you Tom for a true professional experience.I anxiously await your rude response to me. I intend to post this same review on YELP.
I received a half dozen of long stem red roses for Valentines day 5 days ago and my roses had rips and some of the babys breath were brown not white. Also there was rips and black spots on the petals and now theyre all droopy. I would think spending good money on flowers would mean great quality as well.

Overpriced, modest selection, caters to the classic consumer. Needs an overhaul and modernistic update. Run by old money family. Seems like a laundering front. FBI take notice.

Pulled a bait a switch on a bouquet I ordered over the phone. They refused to correct the mistake. Cursed at me when I politely told them I would post a review because of their dishonesty and unwillingness to correct the mistake. Terrible experience.

Ordered some flowers for my girlfriend to be delivered to her at work. She left early, so she went to pick up the flowers herself. The delivery fee was never reimburse to me. Hope the $8.00 was worth my future orders.
