I emailed with a particular model and configuration already priced out. They didnt have the exact model, but they had one that was very very similar, and most importantly the similar model kept to the price point that I was looking to spend. There was no pressure across a couple of emails to come in to discuss options. During the buying process John (M) kept in touch and I was able to test drive the model I bought the day it hit the lot, at that point we had already determined the price and trade value. At that point it was just a matter of getting the accessories I wanted and installed and finishing the buying process.I would highly recommend this dealership.

Physically, I visited the dealership just twice. John Mazzy and I exchanged emails over a short period of time. John made shopping from home simple. He was polite and professional. John answered all my questions in a very timely manner and before I knew it, I was the owner of a 2021 Chevy Equinox.
A+ I tend to dislike car salesmen, Ive been purchasing my cars from vroom.... but they had a great price on a great truck ... I gave it a shot and I am happy to say so. This dealership really isnt like most .. the salesman wasnt pushy. He was very personable (normal) and they truly want their customers happy . They want happy customers they care ... even after my purchase was complete I called the salesman back and he was just a helpful (knowing hes not making any money helping me any longer) he set me up an appointment through service (he could have told me I need to do it). AND because the vehicle was just purchased they didnt charge me for the issue...they all went above and beyond and I think he was great . I will be returning for my next vehicle!! Used the parts department. Would not recommend them. Spoke to Scott the manager, more than once never gives a a exact price. Always says around and when get there the price is much higher. Does not no when he is getting more of something they are out of but, hes the manager.

1 star only because I can’t give 0. We were looking to trade in our car with less than 12k miles for a new SUV and we found the car we wanted and were quoted “between 23-24k” for the trade in by two different sales people. They wanted us to come in so they could look it over so my wife and I took the day off and drove 6 hours round trip to do so. Then they low balled us and said they would only offer us 20k because they said they didn’t realize it was a manual transmission, even though they had the VIN number and were told over the phone prior to us going in. Then they refused to budge anywhere to get us even close to what they initially quoted us for a monthly payment on a new vehicle. They tried to leverage the fact we spent an entire day visiting the dealership into screwing us over.I suppose we should actually thank them, because we then went to Key Chevy in W. Lebanon and got a better SUV for less money—and they ended up giving us 24k for the trade in!

Service writer Brain was very pleasant and knowledgeable regarding recalls and very informative. He explained that it would take 3 to 4 hrs as it did and would call me as soon as it was ready and he did. Very pleased with the service writer and who ever the tech was.
Steve was amazing. He answered all my questions, gave me all the facts and seemed very honest. He didnt put any pressure on me to buy and he didnt give me any sales-y fluff that other places tend to do. His authenticity and no-pressure attitude is what will keep me buying cars from him for as long as I continue with GM products. If more salespeople were like Steve, I think consumers wouldnt hate dealerships so much.

My Silverado had a starting issue on 3/11/21. I called Paul at the service desk and explained to him the situation.I was hoping to get a loaner car while it was in the shop so I could make it to my oncologist office today 3/12.He explained to me that he wasn’t able to accommodate me because the loaners were spoken for. No problem really, I had time to make alternative arrangements.He helped me connect with Chevrolet roadside assistance which was very helpful.A tow truck arrived at my home around 1:00pm to transport my truck to Betley.It was explained to me that he would do everything he could to squeeze me in to assess the problem with my vehicle.Around 4:30pm, the same day, I received a call from Paul explaining to me that my truck was ready to be picked up!I was shocked to hear they not only squeezed me in but FIXED the problem in a very short period of time.To say I’m happy with my experience is an understatement!They just earned my business for life.Thank you to Paul and Betley Chevrolet for your fast and friendly service!

My parents have bought several Chevy cars from John Mazzi. In 2017 they recommended I go see him for a new car. When I went to the lot I saw a used Subaru outback with low mileage and bought that. After a few years i’m driving my fathers Chevy equinox for a week, I decided that I would give John a call and see if I could get some thing that would suit my needs at a price that I could afford. When I called John he took my information and called me back within an hour with three unbelievable choices that gave me everything I wanted! I went the next day and looked at one of the choices A Chevy equinox premier it was beautiful and had everything and so much more!!! I put a deposit down and asked John what time he’d be working until that day and he said two. When I said I’d be interested in bringing my car in later in the afternoon he offered to stay late. I came back several hours later and John never rushed me while we did all of the paperwork and got everything in order. He was terrific. I will always recommend Bentley because of John’s commitment to great service.
I just moved to New Hampshire and back home I had a auto body shop I went to that I loved. Since I’m too far I tried betley and was so impressed by the quick and easy service. Come to find my car perfect when I got it back I was even more impressed!
Betley repaired the damage to my Toyota as a preferred dealer through my insurance. They kept me informed daily to the status of my repairs. The repair was completed quickly. They even cleaned the inside. Its like my car is brand new again. Very professional!
The service was great. This isnt a hit against the dealership. Its a hit against GM. I brought in my 2019 Corvette ZR1 for an oil change and a state inspection. When I purchased the car I was given two free oil changes. When I cashed out I was charged for the oil change and told that my free oil change had expired the previous month. GM, when a customer spends well in excess of $120K on a vehicle, dont put an expiration date on their oil change. That is Bush League! I want to reiterate that the customer service was outstanding. But GM has let me down for the last time. I was going to pull the trigger on a new C8 Corvette. But based on principle alone, Ive decided to purchase a new Porsche 911 Turbo S instead. I have to wonder who is making these corporate decisions at GM. With so much quality competition, its easy for customers to walk away. In closing, the dealership did a fantastic job.

I usually use my local Cadillac dealer for all my service needs, but because I work close to Betley I chose to go there out of convenience. The service workers are good. However the policy for pricing/service leaves something to be desired, their coupons are for 8 quarts and not 9. So most of the coupons are specifically designed so you cant use them. 69 dollar coupon with tire rotation couldnt be used with my truck as its 9 quarts. Ill be taking my business back to my local service guy.

When I scheduled, it put me down for oil change. I needed to have shifter replaced, not oil change. Repair was done in a timely fashion. My complaint is with Chevy for designing a microswitch that seems to fail regularly and requires a major job to replace!
I was taken care of right away. No waiting. Everyting I asked was answered quickly & correctly. This is the second time I have had Paul. He was efficient and friendly.

Took vehicle in for minor damage covered by insurance and also at the same time had minor scratches painted.Work was done on time and at cost quoted.Unfortunately, the paint applied did not match. When I questioned the quality of the work, was told that it is a difficult color to match and that it was close.So, overall I would recommend Bentley for painting requirements as long as color is not important.

Quick and easy professional staff
Brought the car in for routine oil change and warranty service, have extended warranty to cover this problem. Service Tech found problem with front passenger strut also indicated tires were wrong size. The problem is this was the third time the vehicle has been serviced and tires rotated and no problems or wrong tire were brought to my attention. Only when they found a oil leak in the strut did the find this. So was the other Tech incompetent or is it that you want to blame this on the tire. By the way has no indication it was rubbing and the tire show no sign that it was rubbing. The strut in that area has no signs of rubbing. Also for a large GM dealer why is it taking so long to get a replacement strut, oh COVID19After this rather small problem I will never purchase extended warranty again. As far as trusting anyone it will be verified, not trust because you have lost that. Also I will be checking the box that the dealership can publish my response but you wont.

I ordered the only 2020 Corvette sold by Betley and thought that this would present a problem. The end result was that it did not cause any undue problem and I was able to receive my car in a reasonable time. The dealer had done all of the necessary training and was prepared to receive my car.
They found me the Blazer I had been looking for when other dealers wouldnt. I bought it about 2 years ago and since then have been in for service several times. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. I now bring my truck there for whatever i need.
Have had very good past experience at Betley for my Impala but recently had a small fender bender with my 2015 Nissan Pathfinder. When my insurance company told me I could use Betley I jumped at the chance and it was the right choice. The quality of the work is outstanding and the folks there are great to deal with. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

The Betley service team did a great job on my 2020 Silverado. I was having trouble with a parasitic draw depleting my battery overnight. The problem was the intermittent nature of the defect. 99% of the time they were no issues, but 4-5 times over the past 9 months I’d awaken to a complete dead truck. Understanding the principle of ‘you can’t fix what’s not broken’, I was hoping they’d go deep into the testing world and sure enough after 3 days they’d found some GM bulletins outlining the problem and the fix.The dealership that I bought the truck from had the first attempt at the repair this past Spring but handed me the keys back saying that it seemed to fix itself. Haha. Betley truly did go above and beyond, in my opinion, because looking for an intermittent problem can be an exercise in futility. Well done.

Our entire experience from start to finish with Betley Collision Center to fix our cars front end following some significant damage was nothing more than outstanding!! My wife and I cant say enough of how pleased we both are with the service, the fantastic communication throughout the process, their complete handling of everything with our insurance company, the perfection in their work and results, and the timeliness. Just a fantastic experience, will be recommending them highly any chance we get (our long time mechanic was the one who first recommended them to us from a list we received from our insurance company!).
Well to be HONEST, Id really love to write a review but the service guy was kinda rude and snippy on the phone. Ive more or less been dealing with Patients all my life and its just not cool to be rude! So we called a different Chevy dealer. Might want to check your guys that answer the phone and if they cant help not being rude make sure they dont answer the phone.

Not impressed and although I purchased my vehicle there, I will not go back. Staff has proven over multiple visits that they concerned with their own agendas rather than listening and providing acceptable customer service. Time for a new dealer.
