The food is wonderful, but unfortunately, the owner is so incredibly rude that I’ve given up. I have been a customer since 2005 but his rudeness is simply too awful with all of the other breakfast options around.The lack of professionalism is astounding.

Muffins are to die for. So moist, I had a pistachio one and my boyfriend had ham, eggs and home fries. I also had the strawberry shortcake coffee with almond milk.

I didnt know that if pbj on a bagel @ $1.75 was different than a pbj on white bread @ almost $4 & I dined in. You pay afterwards not knowing ahead what your going to be charged until afterwards. 😡

Went today for the first time and was disappointed. Bagels were hard, Danish was grocery store quality, coffee was fine. Employee got up from the tables and continued eating behind the counter. Never washed her hands before getting back to work. Place looks disheveled and unorganized, definitely not a welcoming atmosphere.

I really like this place. Very quiet and unassuming at 730 am. coffee is self serve, eggs are made fresh, and its less $ then a dunkin combo.

I enjoy picking up food and eating inside. It’s always fresh. I see some people saying the workers aren’t inviting or whatever but I go there to eat good fresh food. As long as the employees take my order and give me my food I could care less how much they want to talk to me. Lol Employees have never given me any attitude and I like them all!

The sausage, egg & cheese on an Asiago bagel was wicked good. Only thing they could improve on is the iced coffee, tasted burnt or old. Overall very clean, friendly, and fast service!

Ive been coming here for about a month now several times a week. Today was the most disappointing day of all. On top of the younger people with no personality, Everybody looks like they hate working there. Its not a very enjoyable place to be in but the foods good. I just ordered sausage eggs Sunny side up breakfast with no home fries and I get no toast and a home fries. I really do like the food but Ill no longer go there due to the employees that work there. Oh and by the way dont throw The condiments and and all the stuff they touch with their hands on top of the actual food its kind of gross.

As soon as we walked in, one of the employees yelled to ask us if we were ready to order. I said we needed a minute to look at the menu (because we had never been there before and they had a lot of options). He got very mad and shouted back “yes or no?” so I said no and then he immediately moved on to the next person. There was so much aggression for no reason and the vibes were honestly terrible so we left because we don’t particularly like being yelled at when trying to get breakfast. We weren’t in the way of anybody and we weren’t even in the line yet, so it wasn’t like we were holding anybody up.

Fresh food, clean restaurant, and great prices. Definitely recommend

Not only one of the best bagel places I have ever been too, they make a phenomenal blueberry crumble cake that is a must try for everyone!

Its good but over priced and the service seems like they really dont want you there. Also a small lackluster minute maid OJ at a breakfast place shouldnt be $3. They should also have better OJ selections or freshly squeezed at that price.

Got two bacon egg and cheese on onion bagels. I must say, this is the best breakfast sandwich Ive had in recent memory.. The bacon is so good. The eggs cooked fresh on the grill. I love that the onion on the bagel wasnt all hard. The whole bagel was lightly toasted and soft.Will be back (I wanna go back right now!)

Absolutely impressed! We catered a party with pastry platters/bagels and they were a huge hit. Very moist, flavorful and delicious! They stayed fresh well into the night.The phone call order was very easy, and the staff was pleasantly helpful. She offered different choices to accommodate our budget and guests.In person, the staff were extra helpful, even bringing my order to our car!We are completely satisfied with this service/food and are excited for our next catering order that we already set up!

A great place to get breakfast. A local favorite I do believe. They serve really good bagels and have a lot of options on how you want them prepared. They have a really neat collections of M&Ms memorabilia in their restaurant which I enjoy looking at. I got Bagels and Lox which was pretty decent.

Service is excellent and lots of food choices, plus gave huge size to my blueberry coffee cake! Very impressed! Will return for Morning Glory not surprised they sold out. Decoration of MMs candy collection is so fun to see-love this place!!!

They like M&M collectibles but the food was really good but a little confusing when your a first time customer. Walked in and there people standing and sitting so I didnt know what to do until I stood back and watched other people to see what to do. Bathrooms needed work. Messy first this morning. Definitely go back though. Friendly people.

Good place for bagel. Especially if you get a breakfast sandwich. They cook the bagels right on the fryer unlike dunkin donuts which use a microwave.

We always choose the bagel house for fresh options for breakfast and lunch. Homemade, sandwiches, wraps, bagels, baked goods, and a selection of brewed New England coffee flavors. Just as quick as takeout at a chain restaurant or fast food but so much better for you and tastier too. Always happy to support a small local hotspot. A happy customer for years!

Love this place. Food is always great. Small place that is only open for breakfast/lunch but you do get pretty good food for a good price and a decent portion.

Been a regular customer for roughly 14 years. Great for getting breakfast or lunches. Meals can range around $7-10/person. Breakfast on weekends may be a bit crowded at times. Coffee is quite decent, and if you plan on stopping by occasionally, you can get a pre-purchase option to buy the next couple coffees ahead of time and you get one free.

The Best and Freshest bagels I have ever eaten. I have not eaten an egg bacon and cheese sandwich anywhere since...It melts in your mouth and they are not chewy...

Tried to call to find out if they would do a donation to our non-profit event or if they would take a large order and the owner was so incredibly rude. Horrible customer service, and hung up because I didnt want to be talked to so miserably when I was just asking questions and being polite. I dont recommend dealing with them.

Love this place. Its a hidden Derry gem. Wait 30 minutes for breakfast at maryanns or get great food at Brooklyn bagel. They dont have full pancake waffle crepe menu but they have everything else. Their omelettes are better and their home fries are awesome. I also love their pumpkin chili.

Cant say enough good things about Brooklyn Bagel. The food is great and the restaurant is perfect for grabbing a quick bite with a relaxed atmosphere.

Being able to get real breakfast (unlike Dunks or Aroma Joes) to go is a great thing! Portions are a bit small, but the food typically always tastes good. Most of the staff are great as well.

They do not wear gloves while handling food.

I agree with the review of the guy from Brooklyn. Although his review is a bit of hyperbole, as an ex-New Yorker myself, I find these bagels to be insulting to the name. Ive had worse, but to describe or allude to these as New York bagels is a travesty. The everything is so doughy that it tastes like a cheap dinner roll with a hole drilled in it. The toppings are flavorless except for the massive amount of salt that makes you want to drink a gallon of water after eating. While the egg, cheese and bacon were OK, it just wasnt worth eating. Also, my wifes french toast bagel had the cream cheese covered with toppings from my (and maybe others) bagel... Clearly they cant be bothered to clean the cutting board between bagels.

I had a garden salad with grilled tiny, tiny morsels of grilled chicken, which I had to pay extra for! The entire plate veggies were limp and some of the lettuce was brown, Yuck! I paid around $8.00. I threw it all away. It wasnt a fresh salad at all, more like a 2 or 3 day salad mess!!!! I will never go back!

Had the A-OK breakfast burrito and coffee, best breakfast burrito Ive had in a long time.
