The chicken is very good here! So why 1 star? I decided to bring some back to the office so I ordered 6 pieces (normally I get 2 or 3 for myself). The boy picking the chicken for the basket kept pushing around the pieces with the tongs - he put the 6 smallest pieces in the basket. Pointed to one of the plumper pieces and asked for that one and he said No Maam, you cant pick and choose. Of course HE was picking and choosing... So while the chicken is good, the service is horrid.

Second time ordering food with disappointing results so they made my list of no more!Ordered chicken wings, crispy and a Cesar Salad. The chicken wasn’t even cooked through. I had to complete cooking them for 35 min. Large in size but tough to chew, yes it was chicken wings, go figure. The grease and wing sauce was dripping out of the bag on the floor, when the driver delivered it. The salad, Cesar Salad, was Arugula with white onions, banana peppers, tomatoes and feta cheese! Well at least the feta was somewhat of Cesar! What a joke and paid good money for way less than sub par eats.Can’t blame this one on a bad day like last time. They need to regroup and get back to basics like they were in the past. Until then, I’ll go elsewhere.

No1 knows what they are doing the 2 guys working at 840 sunday night were wicked rude to me while i was waiting to pick up a order would never come back after this its to bad cuz the foods not bad

East Derry Store is an excellent place to grab lunch! My colleagues and I get lunch there every Thursday and the food is not your typical convenient store food. Their breakfast sandwiches, pizza (specifically, buffalo chicken pizza), fried chicken, biscuits, fried corn on the cob, and subs are hands-down among the best, if not the best weve ever had! They have a huge variety of coffees, snacks, and treats, and if youre into local beers, they have a huge variety of those too. Sam and his crew are great folks--respectful and respectable! I (and my business partners/colleagues) highly recommend East Derry Store to everyone!

The food was decent, but I waited for 1 hour and 15 minutes for my food, and they also forgot the ranch dressing I had asked for. The only things we had ordered was chicken and biscuits as well as a chicken sandwich... it was absolutely outrageous to wait that long for food that came only slightly warm.

The owners are very friendly, hard working. Reasonable prices. Store hours are convenient. I would suggest doing something with the front door entrance and inside flooring. Otherwise a GREAT STORE to shop at. Pizza is awesome!

This place is very convenient for me, however their customer service is severely lacking, no one smiles or greets you, sometimes you stand waiting at the register for someone to show up to ring you up. I started going to another convenience store a litttle further away, where the customer service is much better. I hate feeling like I’m doing an establishment a favor by buying something from them.

Im a doordasher and the owner and employees there are so rude and unprofessional and unpleasant people. The owner screamed at me for her employee being rude, ridiculed me infront of customers and staff, as well as another doordasher. The other doordasher had to defend me against the hostel awful owner! She was horrible and should never work in any job that deals with customer service. If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would!

Great beer and wine selection. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable. In addition, they have almost everything you could need for everyday grocery shopping. The takeout counter is excellent as well

We use to love this place but we have been disappointed lately. Ordered takeout, food was cold and appetizers were under cooked.

Take out food is great, we love the fried chicken and pizza! They will deliver groceries or cigarettes with your food and the staff is awesome. The owner works hard to keep his customers happy and to have a great selection of craft beers.

They sell Coronavirus masks and gloves but none of the employees wear any.

I just moved to this great town a few weeks ago and heard such raving reviews of this business that I had to stop in .... And I am SO glad I did !!! Customer service and friendly, welcoming staff were only the tip of the iceberg ... Their chicken is THE BEST !!! Super moist, tender and just little kick of seasoning --- much better quality and priced far better than the Popeyes and KFC fast food chains ... The selection of beers is incredible ... The pizza was a bit pricey but very tasty and fresh ... Im hooked and will definitely be a customer for life 😁
