The individual at the front desk ignored my 3 emails I send her to have her send me the estimate as she promised me, she keep it ignoring me I went to Key Stone Carvings there were so good in working with me on the price and quality they did there best to fit my budget Atlas have great reputation they doing great job but they need to have agood coustemer service.

I live in Newburyport and work Monday through Friday I needed to find a countertop company that was open on Saturday. After calling and driving to several locations that were not opened we ended up at Atlas. Atlas installed granite countertops in my kitchen and three bathrooms. The counters look beautiful. Owner Hung and son Sean spent close to 2 hours helping me select colors and patterns and explaining the types of stone to choose from as well as cost, and they worked very hard to give me the highest quality possible within my budget. The installation crew was polite, extremely competent and cleaned the rooms of all debris and residue after installation. Excellent job!

We did project little over a year ago. Quartz top L-shape. All this year+ I felt guilty for not rating their work.They have done great. Every other place we came to...we heard...your cabinets must be perfectly lined. You must have professional installation... These guys said - do your best. We will see and help you out. And they did. Top sits as if it was born on the cabinets.Great service, communication. And no books of conditions or disclaimers from big stores

From the minute I met Sean I knew we were in good hands! We asked if the project could be completed before Christmas and they delivered ahead of time! Hung came and did the template and off we went to fabricate the layout. A lot of thought and concern on all of our parts but the finished coutertops came out awesome. The Farm sink installation by the carpenter Cory looks amazing! All are very personal and their work is amazing! What a Christmas present! I called a number of granite places across southern NH and parts of Massachusetts and went with Atlas. I thought their customer service was excellent as Sean was great to work with and easy to talk through different prices on different options. This is a family owned operation and they really treat your home and the quality of the installation as if you are part of their family. We couldnt be more happy with the countertops and the quality of the installation. The owner went above and beyond during installation to make sure the job was done correctly, which was all on his dime. I have already recommended Atlas to others.

They did our countertops and fireplace in Waltham, MA. Very polite and trustworthy people, reasonable prices, and more importantly perfect job in a short time. Hungs suggestions helped us having the best possible choice and we love the end results. This is just an example: they delivered the countertops and installed them, we saw that the lines on a small piece which was on a separate part were not following the overall direction but it wasnt really important for us. After a while we saw them removing that part without us telling anything. After an hour a person came from NH bringing us another piece which its pattern was matched with the rest. This is perfection. Thanks Hung and the rest of the crew.
