They dont have nearly t as much stuff as they used to. They used to have a whole wall dedicated just to hardware. A whole section of seasonal products and electronics. No more.

Waited in line for 15min for the two cashiers to finish with one other customer each. There wasnt a single apology for the wait. I expect that from younger employees, however they were both middle aged.🤦🏻

Always a pleasure. Great place to shop for housewares, furniture, dry goods. When youre a member, they send money saving coupons. I swear they can sense when Im in the vicinity, my email magically produces Big lots ads! 😆

Went 2 look 4 some speaker wire an No deal plus moved the Electronics in back of store an was only 2 Isles of nothing.

We bought a chair, rented a vehicle to get it, got it in the house and it only reclines sometimes. Turned it over...huge crack in the support. Theyll only replace it, no refund, wed have to rent a vehicle to return it, not feasible. Corporate wont help. Chair manufacturer out of business. Just be careful of quality and know theyll do nothing for you. Wasted over $300 + truck

Big lots is a great place to grab a deal if you know what the price of things are elsewhere. Many of their products are the same price or even more expensive than other chain stores. I was really disappointed in their electronics section. They are selling the same stuff you would see in the dollar tree and marking it up to 5 and 6 dollars. A 5 watt phone charger for $6. Give me a break. Walmart was selling 12 watt chargers for a dollar in the clearance aisle. Big lots is going to have to drop their prices a bit more to compete or theyll be on their way out. Other than those points, the store has a nice wide selection of things in all departments. The store is clean and well kept. You wouldnt think that by walking in the front door. It looks like the front door has been smashed in a few times.

Cash was really nice and they had great deals on some kitchen items.

As a rewards card holder and regular customer of this store I Purchased a couple of nightstands. The quality of the product was not in anyway worth the price I paid (shame on me). However, looks great in appearance and will get minimal use, so decided to keep them. When purchased I was told I would earn $20 on the $399.00 I paid.When called to question why they only gave me $10 and not $20 as I was told by the associate it Turns out it was only $10 because the balance was $199.00, not $200. REALLY?I understood once explained to me the terms and conditions, but to not cover the misled era in some way for the associates part, is to me very poor and unprofessional customer service. Very disappointed. I Will be finding other places to be shopping where customers are valued like Hobby Lobby etc!!

I frequent this store to purchase a vast array of items for my home, ranging from furniture to laundry detergent. They have great sales, and often send incentive coupons via email, if youre a member. They offer great selections of holiday items and decor. The staff are very warm and always helpful.

They have improved the store. More furniture and some really cute home decor. They should update their restrooms, theyre kind of gross.

I hadnt been to Big Lots in ages and was pleasantly surprised to find so many items that I actually wanted to buy. Not just wanted to buy but could actually use. Real brand names, real good quality items. Worth giving them a second look!

Store was stocked very well. Lots to look at and see. The store looked as though it was getting a reorganization and there were many associates on hand to help me find what I was looking for. Could spend a long time looking at everything. Overall very satisfied customer.

Wide, ever changing selection of goods (including a growing furniture department) at low prices BUT - you get what you pay for. Store is old, disorganized and messy and staff is generally unfriendly. Get in, get your stuff and get out - but cheaply at least!

As Big Lots go, this one is pretty nice. Store is clean and well stocked, employees helpful.

Kevin the store manager is terrible to deal with but Tom and Nancy were a joy to deal with from a customers perspective. I’d give the store one star after interacting with Kevin but Tom and Nancy solved the problem we had with a smile and effortlessly!

It was nice. Cool couches. But they already had like 6 Isles full of Christmas. Its October 18th.

They have discount furniture worth what you pay for it, seasonal items that can be well priced when the season is over. You can find some deals on makeup, toiletries, and food if you know what to look for. All in all its a step up from a dollar store.

Much cleaner now and more well laid out.

Back half of the store had its act together it was neat organized and full (furniture/domestics/seasonal). The middle of the store needs attention to detail, planogram accuracy, numerous out of stocks, base deck cleanliness (food/hba). Pets/housewares/electronics was in need of general recovery. Main aisle walk-arounds are weakly filled and should be more evenly spaced in the aisle. Help was sparse and those that were there were more involved in tasking than interacting with the customer. They do have help wanted signs at the front entrance.

Love there special buys I find lots of things here cheaper. Then other big. Stores

The bathrooms were disgusting. There was a cockroach in there. Went to grab a red bull from their cooler and it smelled awful. Not coming back here again

Its fun to shop here because you never know what youre going to find. But sometimes it is difficult to navigate the aisles and like all stores you have to know you prices to know whether youre really getting a good deal.

Big box discount store this location always has the items that are listed in the flyer in stock. The staff here is always very helpful and if there is something that is not available they try to be as accommodating as possible.

Nicole was sitting on the front counter while talking to another employee. She saw me walking up to the counter, continue to sit before the other co-worker told her to get off of the counter. She also had a very rude attitude. Not impressed.
