If I could give them no stars. These people trick you. They are really nice and considerate when you first move in but give it a few months or even a year then you’ll see their true faces. Renters can’t get any problems fixed unless you literally have a hole through your floor. I mean inside the home because if it’s in your deck or porch they don’t care. They tell just don’t use it. They tell you oldie but goodie. Ha, so not true. These places are not worth renting. If your buying don’t. I know numerous people that own and they all regret it. I know a few that are going to sell and one that is selling. Don’t go here.

Ive looked at a few of them and they are well kept and plenty big. Although they have become a bit pricey like most rentals today. Im trying to find a 2 bedroom so my daughter can come back from Puerto Rico

I grew up with alot of the kids who used to live in the park, some still do. Youd be surprised what the inside looks like compared to the outside. They were always spacious and clean.Ive been trying to rent here for a few years but can never figure out how to get an application or any price ranges on rentals.Ive been by a few times and the office door was locked? Maybe after hours.Could anyone help?Looking to move preferably soon.** Not looking to buy. Just rent for now**

Terrible place to live. They don’t maintain anything. Give you a haste when something needs to be fixed. Even their emergency on call maintenance gives you a hard time and attitude. Refused to fix anything. Terrible place.

Went there earlier to ask about rentals and possibly buying a double wide but was told to come back and was given a attitude

My Fiance and I Initially visited Whispering Pines to View the great inventory of new Manufactured Homes. Making the decision to purchase a Manufactured Home versus a traditional home was Initially a struggle. After speaking to the very knowledgeable staff about construction, materials and what the community had to offer. The decision was made to purchase manufactured. They even helped with getting in touch with a great lender.With our decision made, we have decided to rent a manufactured home within Whispering Pines to allow us to acclimate to manufactured home living, as well as getting to know the community prior to our purchase. The staff has been great with being able to meet our needs and were very understanding with our desire to acclimate to manufactured home living, before making our purchase.We were shown a nice rental home within the community and have been very impressed so far. We are now just awaiting a decision on our rental application versus our mortgage and look forward to our move soon!

The owner was very impatient with me.I was looking into renting before buying.Once he heard we were 3 with a baby he didnt want to talk to me anymore.Not very nice.You lost a sale.

It seems theyre replacing homes, finally. However, when I looked at homes here 6yrs ago, the park was extremely dilapidated. -considering that, even with the new homes going in now, it seems they just allow things to kind of go south here.The homes were close together and the park is not conveniently located. Sure, theres a convenience store practically on the property (which seems a little strange), but..everything else is a bit away. (the highway, super markets, etc.)

Very clean. they have a long term plan that will bring this place back to life. Some of the mobile homes have seen better days. But they have been pulling out some of the old ones and putting in brand new homes. They are adding Doublewides for a great price. Nabors are great, friendly, Everyone watches out for everyone. Close to 93, 101, Manchester Airport, shopping, 25 min to the beach. They have a laundry mat, Hair Dresser, Conveient store .. We have been here for a few months. we have a nice size yard.. they have a shed for all your tools, lawn mower, weed trimmer, Storage, private parking for 2 cars One thing i like the most is it is very quiet atnite we enjoy having coffee out side in our private yard. I wish we would have moved here sooner.
