I am blown away with the service provided. I worked mainly with Matt over the phone and through email. I am currently deployed overseas and a newer bike was something my wife and I agreed upon for my return home. With a few months remaining on my tour I have been looking around and came across a street glide listed on their website. Every question I had asked was answered to the fullest. Yesterday my wife went in and signed the paperwork for my new bike! They had everything set up for her arrival, started the bike for her and my kids. Extremely friendly and professional staff. 100% hassle free and the most enjoyable experience. With me being deployed and no where at home to store my new bike, Matt and the staff assured me that they will deliver the bike to the storage location I chose! I am very happy happy with my experience at Monarch. I had been shopping around for a used Harley and had gone to a different dealer where I had hated the high pressure bait and switch sales tactics. I saw a couple of bikes on Monarchs website I liked so I went to check them out. Matt my salesperson was very nice and answered all my questions about the bike and purchasing. Matt was a pleasure to work with. He didn’t try to up sell me or sell me something I didn’t want like the other dealer.The finance people are great and got me a better rate than I expected. They also made signing the paperwork easy and enjoyable.I would say this was the best experience ever had buying a vehicle.I found the prices were decent and the people were great. If you are looking for a used bike I would recommend checking them out.

I searched and search for the perfect bike, stumbled across this dealership on cycle tech, called to ask about a bike I saw and was instantly hooked knew I would buy a bike from them . Michele one of there saleswoman is amazing, felt like we were family, she answered all my questions, always got back to me right away . Sent me pics and videos of the bike . I had gone to the big Harley dealership in the Manchester area and had a horrible high pressure sales experience. Went in to Monarch just on a drive through the area after hearing about the dealership from a friend. Went in, browsed without being bothered. They did check in to see if I needed any info or anything. Found a great bike. I was in a rush, so they offered to let me take the credit app ad get it back to them later. Again, awesome that there was no pressure to get it done right then. I did have a couple extra minutes so I did fill it out the app and headed home. Heard back from them the next day that I was approved, and Ernie did get me a great rate like he said he would. Gave me a good price for my trade in. Bought a 2014 Dyna Switchback. I would recommend this dealership 100%. Theyre customer service was so good, that this is literally my first internet review Ive ever posted.

After quite a few poor experiences with other motorcycle dealerships, I found an 06 Fatboy at Monarch Motorsports on Facebook. Id been searching for awhile for a low mileage, reasonably priced, black softail, and was excited to find one. I called, confirmed its availability, drove up, got to see it, and took it home the next day. It was that easy. No BS whatsoever. Paid full price for a 2010 softail custom at the end of the summer. Both turn signals were falling off by the time I got home and the keys didn’t fit in the ignition or the fork locks. Front wheel is warped and spokes were loose. Front end is falling apart after 6 months of owning it. Bike was in an accident but they didn’t tell me that when I asked about it.

I bought my motorcycle (2005 Harley Dyna Wide Glide) from Matt at Monarch Motorsports roughly a year ago. It was a very easy process and their motorcycles are well kept. Matt, my salesman, was very helpful throughout the process and answered any questions I had, never leaving me in the dark. Financing was easy and I walked out very happy and satisfied. When I’m ready to upgrade I will for sure be visiting Monarch Motorsports again!

I bought A 2004 Road king, On line, pictures and video Matt handy was my salesperson I received the bike about 5 weeks after I paid for it.. the front brakes were very mushy I had to pull off both calipers I had to work the pads back and forth reinstalled now I had full brake handle. I was getting oil leaks under the bike it didnt look like the oil have been changed when I went to change it the oil plug was loose I did the oil, the transmission and the primary none of the gaskets were new so I knew none of them had been changed I talked to Matt he hook me up with the manager and service very nice he said the bike had never been serviced it slipped through the crack they did send me oil and oil filter which was nice of them however that was not my problem the shift shaft seal was leaking and blowing down on my rear tire so a $600 job for a $6 seal it was a vibration in the bike which turned out to be the compensator and there was a bearing in the motor that need to be replaced so Ive got about $1,500 into that bike that they should have should have service I dont blame Matt but I will never buy another bike sight unseen without test driving it and putting my eyes on it so shame on me,, ! Buyer beware,,Louis Paglia

I bought a 2010 Harley Davidson V rod muscle the sales person was great very friendly. Are used the free shipping call to bring it to my house in Wisconsin. Before I purchased a motorcycle I asked if there was anything wrong with it if it ran great and everything else was told it was in great shape when I receive the motorcycle the wire going to the license plate was broken half the rear fender had dings all over it and bolts going in it that look like they were over tightened and broke the paint The headlight bracket was broken in half and they duck taped the headlight wiring was a mess I called about it sent photos of if never heard anything back I never bought a motorcycle from long-distance before don’t believe I would ever do this again definitely feel that this should have been mentioned to me before purchasing the motorcycle.

The staff was very easy to work with, walked with me throughout the floor & went over anything I asked about in their inventory. If you buy a motorcycle with 40,000 miles and it is 20 years old with a sign on it telling you it is sold as is and you decide to give them a 1 star review, that is just wrong. Out of the 100s of bikes I saw, any of them that needed work were clearly marked.

It has been great to to get to know Fred, Dominic and Sue. So last year I went to look for my first bike. Fred went above and beyond to get me into something in my price range. And that bike was great. They were great and Fred told me if I want to upgrade to come see him. I didnt have any problems with it. I loved that bike and it was a great summer....... But then I decided it was time to get off the sport bike and onto a Harley. My dad rides and I wanted to cruise with him. I went to see Fred and told him it was time. He helped answer all my questions again and gave me his suggestions. So that week I rode off on a Fatboy. I couldnt be happier. Fred helped me find the bike that was perfect for me. Dominic was able to answer all my questions when I came or called and Sue was amazingly organized and had all my paper work ready. When its time for me to upgrade or if I know anyone whos looking for a good quality bike its Monarch and nowhere else. I would confidently send anyone I know there.

I usually buy bikes that need love, to have something to do. Sadly, every purchase that I have made from here hasnt needed much. With the new shop in Derry and their ability to do inspections, they are now taking it up to a whole new level. I like what you guys are doing over there.

Great crew!! Kevin in the shop is very sharp and attentive to detail. When I drop my bikes off for service i expect some feedback. This tells me they actually looked at it. He found a few acorns in the air cleaner housing. This tells me he took it apart and replaced the filter. I complained about a squishy foot brake pedal. I thought it needed a bleed and the bike was new to me thru a private sale. He found that someone had added the wrong type of brake fluid. He drained flushed and bled with DOT 5 and the system is like new. Over the years I have gone to bigger shops. The place that sells Motorcycles in Manchester. They always were fast on turnaround and were quick to assure me everything was fine. However, I am not sure how close they looked.Thanks Freddie, Kevin and the crew. Well Done!!

Found a bike on the website, went to see it. From Kurt at the warehouse to Taylor who handled my purchase paperwork, the entire experience was smooth. Even the owner, Fred, was just a nice person. Didnt try to upsell. As a smaller woman rider Ive been talked down to at other dealers. Highly recommend

These guys have great prices and friendly staff. Battery wasnt great so when I bought the 2014 Harley fat bob, they put a new battery in for free. They have a warranty but about 3 months after it expired I started getting error codes and the bike had trouble starting. I called the dealer and they told me to bring it in so they could look at it .they had it 2 or 3 days and they fixed everything .no more codes and the bike starts and runs great. When I asked them how much the repair cost, they said nothing! They fixed it up for me for free. Thats what I call customer service. If youre looking to buy a bike, look here first. Its worth it. These guys will take care of you.
