This isnt the fancy, indoor, air controlled unit some places offer... but lets be honest, its a locker. My experience here involves storage of a vehicle for the hockey off-season, and it worked out great. What sets this Extra Space Storage apart is Rich, the manager who more than makes up for that in his service. He is accommodating, reliable, and attentive to his customers needs. So, if you are looking to store some of your stuff for whatever time or reason, I highly recommend this location as it will truly be cared for.

Convenience was excellent but units are somewhat exposed to some elements as their bay doors open like a garage door to outside, not in a larger building. Price increases went as far as double the original by the time I left.

I’ve rented storage units at 2 other locations during my adult life and I can honestly say, Rich is amazing! So friendly and helpful and he made my storage time in Derry, NH a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, the location wasn’t convenient for me anymore but I continued renting long after I should have found a more convenient location and that was entirely due to the security, cleanliness, and positive experience I had working with Rich. I struggled to open my unit door and all I had to do was give Rich a call and he’d be there waiting to help. Service above and beyond. Highly recommend!

If I could give this company and its employees 10 stars I would give them 144!!! I am EXTREMELY sensitive to energetics and I contacted MANY companies in the area before I settled on this one. I like everyone have been having a hard time during this crisis of covid hence having to move :( I was searching for the best deal cause it is storage right?? I just wanted it cheap. There were places offering free months but the people were so rude, or else they just were super fake and the energy was very discordant.When I called Right space the call service was awesome. He (if forget his name) was kind, funny and light hearted. We laughed and joked. Which I really appreciated. I was called first thing in the am from Richard at the company and honestly the choice was simple. I went where I felt the best. I chose the company in the highest integrity and THIS WAS THEM!!!They are kind, knowledgable, heart centered, honest, personable and their integrity in their business and duty to customers oozes off them energetically.When I went it to get my storage, I was NOT disappointed. I bought a lock from him (which I recommend its excellent quality) and a mattress protector along with the unit. I highly recommend going online and reserving your unit. Security looks great. We just recently had our 2nd experience with Extra Space Storage. The latest was our need to transfer our current unit there, to another size. Amber, who helped us the first time about a year ago, was there again to help us. She was excellent at explaining the process, and getting us into the new unit in just minutes! So easy! I will continue to recommend this facility.

Glad I found this storage facility, very clean, maintained and well run. Staff was so helpful, and flexible. Have to use a code to enter and leave, and no access after 10 pm and before 6 am, which makes things more secure. Price is reasonable for 10 x 20 and occasional deals on move in that are a nice surprise and can save bucks. They charge a small admin fee that is reasonable, and offer auto payments. Recommend this facility.

I just had the best experience with the Store Manager, Ron Rollins. We are having a very difficult time right now financially and cannot pay our rent all the way around. My storage rent is two months overdue and on the auction list, however Ron has such a kind heart and is willing to work with me so I dont lose all of our belongings. He ALSO TOOK HIS LOCK OFF AND LET ME GET OUR CHRISTMAS TREE TO BRING HOME FOR OUR FAMILY!!!!!! I cannot express my appreciation and gratitude enough to him. Because of his huge heart we can at least have our Christmas tree for this season. I have had many storage units in the past but have never come across such a caring facility. They are truly amazing and he is truly a people person. Thank you so much for making our familys holiday season one to remember. There are still wonderful and caring people our there in this world.

While, initially, I was very happy with Extra Space Storage, the increase in rates (twice in 13 months!) has changed my mind. The new manager, Joe, is very helpful & friendly. The facility is clean & well maintained. So, for short durations, this is a nice place for storage. For long term, however, be advised that the rate changes make a big difference in where you chose for storage. I will be moving out ASAP!
