The man that runs the place needs a new career, he was a jerk and talked to us like we were stupid... he didnt even try to look the model # up by the part #, which I had to go off of.... he was just very rude and disrespectful. Had no class. And deserves no business.
The capacitor in my central air went out on a Sat night. First thing Monday morning i called to see if they had one in stock. This is either the highest priced electrical parts store in the country or they simply screw customers over who they know are in a bind. $50.30 for a capicitor that retails for less than $15. Great way to build a relationship with your customers.
Bang on service...if you can get them to answer. I called 3 times it rang through and clicked over (to what i assume is a different store or department) 3 times. The phone was picked up, nothing was said, then i was hungup on.

Very helpful and had my part in stock. Sears, where I bought my dryer and its there brand, didnt have it in Stock and would take 5-7 days. They also told me that if this didnt fix it, what to listen too and what else it might be. Great service and very helpful.

Horrible customer service. I drove across town in rush hour traffic for a washing machine part. I walked in at 5:07. There were no hours on the door, no closed sign, the door was unlocked, the lights were on, and two people were at the front counter. I set my part on the counter and asked for a replacement. Free money, right? It couldnt have taken 10 minutes to handle the transaction. We actually closed at 5. The least you could do is post a sign, or lock people out at 5 if you arnent going to help them. I wish I had so much business that I could turn down easy money too.
