John and his daughter went out of their way to make sure we were happy with our refrigerator we got from them! Fantastic service, and the fridge works great! If we could give 10 stars we would!

We have purchased all our new kitchen appliances there. Everything we bought had very few dents or scratches with no issues. The 90 days warranty is nice little piece of mind. The service is very hospitable too.

Great place for affordable applicances. However, delivery has one option - to the front of your driveway. We had to carry our dryer up our apartment stairs and install ourselves. My recommendation to them would be to offer in-home delivery and installation. Otherwise, great service and prices!

We went looking for a refrigerator without a lot of ideas of we wanted. The young lady there was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. She took quality time showing us the differences in the units and ensuring all our questions were met. Prices were reasonable. A wonderful experience!

I bought a dishwasher in early March and have been very happy with it. It had a bad dent in the door but they had another that did not work with a good door. They put the good door on the one that worked and it was still about half or less what the dishwasher would have cost anywhere else. The people are EXTREMELY nice and they went out of their way to be helpful and make the purchase work. One of the best experiences I have had buying an appliance. I will ALWAYS come here first!

Scracth and Dent Appliances is an awesome company. I went in with my wife looking for a medium sized fridge, and came out with a bigger fridge for cheaper than expected! I would suggest them for their great prices, and their customer service is EVEN BETTER!!

The service was exceptional! The guys are very friendly, nice, down to earth and fun to conversate with. Highly recommend these guys and will be buying again from them in the near future. Variety of products to choose from and most of them you can hardly tell have scratches or dents on them. Check them out if you havent!!!

The people here were incredible! And talk about the low prices for brand new appliances! We saved hundreds of dollars coming here. We got two appliances that were in pristine condition. Absolutely coming back in the future! I strongly recommend this place.

Today was the day.. After 28 long years finally bought my first brand new washer dryer set.. Along with a matching stove :) even after trouble with the credit application John( BEST GUY ALIVE) was so helpful and willing to negotiate with me. I got the best deal ever....Cheap new appliances= scratch and dent appliance store in Des moines!!!!
