Was rear ended and took my car here since Ive used the mechanics next door. Wanted to try them out. They took extremely good care of me, ensuring everything was done correctly, professional, and as quickly as possible. They take pride in their work. Nothing but great customer service as soon as you enter their office. I used my insurance and my insurance wanted them to use after market parts. They fought for me and got the insurance to okey the use of factory parts from Dodge. Theyre a family owned shop and treat you like family. Recommend them 10/10!

I damaged the door and front fender on my 1962 Galaxie. I didnt want to claim it on my insurance, so I did most of the body work myself. However, Im not a painter, so I had the good folk at NAVA finish it up and repaint the damaged area.Their body guy did a great job finishing what I started, and their painter did an amazing job color matching, and blending in to the existing paint.The price was very fair, and the work was quick and absolutely perfect.Most body shops these days dont want to work on older cars, and only want to do insurance jobs for a quick easy profit. These guys are a small, old school shop. Theyre true craftsmen.It was a great experience from beginning to end. I cant thank them enough, and Ill be recommending them to all my street rod friends.

Pure serendipity that I unintentionally pulled into this place after hearing the wheel well falling apart and going nuts on my tire. Apparently Id had a poor body job done 2 weeks ago? Anyway, thankfully theyre open until 1 on Saturday, because I rolled up at 11:41 on a state of crisis. Ricky, the straight up angel working at the desk came out and checked it out. Then, he went inside and grabbed a jack and some zipties. He rigged it right there. I mean, what a guy, right? He also explained and pointed out flaws in the repair job I had a weeks ago that my untrained eye didnt recognize. If I could go back in time I wouldve taken my car to this place, based on ethics, pictures, reviews and knowledge. Someone get Ricky a cape. That man is a hero.

Bad customer service. If anything is wrong with there work, they will not take responsibility. The owner has a bad attitude if you say there work is not correct.
