They are fair and honest won’t try to sell you stuff you don’t need. Make an appointment and they will take care of you and fix your car. They do walk-ins too but it’s not guaranteed. It’s better to make an appointment

Went to a different shop for my back brakes and the shop tried charging me well over 1400. So I left and came here walked in the door and the guy greeted me with a smile. Told him my situation and what the said shop quoted me, I think his name is Cameron quoted me almost half of what the other shop quoted me. He was very professional, and very honest. You have gained a customer for life!

Id known I needed new tires for months. Then, shredded one on the interstate during a 45 minute commute. In order to avoid limping home on a donut, I made a last-minute appointment...on a Sunday...for a new set.No problem. Brandon and the rest of the team got me in early, were friendly and accommodating, and got me back on the road with zero hassle. I was even able to slip in a joke about plugging the shredded tire. Such great service that I scheduled an additional appointment for an alignment. Wonderful service. Highly recommend.

Lets start with BEST SERVICE IVE RECEIVED YET.I called to ask for two front tires for my vehicle, which they had. He said he could get them on that same day if I headed that way.When I get there, the front counter man is taking phone calls, but makes sure to acknowledge my presence as soon as I enter by briefly putting the customer on the phone on hold to say hello, and then return to the phone call. Thats is a plus one right away for this location.As soon as hes done on the phone, I let him know I was the one who called to get some tires put on, balanced and mounted. Right away, he had my vehicle pulled up as well as my account there and took the keys to get started.Little did I know, he was the only person at the shop, running the phones AND doing the work. Thats a plus one for service and dedication. This employee put the tires on, and made sure to offer me road hazard protection, as well as offer tips on how to make the brand I chose last longer by rotating and keeping the alignment in order.All in all, this was by far the best service Ive received and I will continue to return here as the level of dedication and how they treat their customers like family makes me feel like I will be getting sincere work (always have here) and will be treated with respect.Good job Tires Plus,You made a returning customer today.

These guys are great! I drive a honda with a little over 1 million miles, its slowly falling apart, but these guy make sure the alignment is good for me, and always come through with the tire I need, and always a bit less than the competition! Their contact free drop off and pickup is great, my car was sanitized after service. They can even change a tire without you ever leaving your vehicle. Its great to see a company taking a proactive approach against the spread of all germs, bacteria, a d viruses. Brandon was an absolute pleasure to deal with! If youre in the market for tires, definitely give these guys a visit!

Outstanding company and customer service. Because of my circumstances I couldnt get all 4 tires on the initial trip, but thanks to applying for their credit card I will be able to go back this week and get my other 3 tires. All in all, I had a great experience and would recommend Tires Plus to anyone. Theyve always done right by me!!!

Several attempts to get my truck aligned and appointments made. They always have some broken piece of equipment to not be able to do the alignment properly and don’t tell you this ahead of time. One time the one and only alignment person wasn’t there so I had to reschedule after already taking time off work. It’s a massive inconvenience to schedule someone give you a ride home and back to just find out that they have broken equipment and you have to come back again. I will never go back to this location again and I’ll be sure to leave as many negative reviews as possible as well as talk to the district manager. I honestly haven’t been this angry in years.

They said they applied my $100 coupon and emailed my receipt. They did not apply the coupon so I called. Said they would add it, but never did. I tried and tried to get them to apply it. They just kept saying they would and never did.

DO NOT bring your care here! Ever. I brought my vehicle in, Friday 12/11/2020 at 5pm, to get an oil change and have my tires aired up to the correct pressure. Thats literally all I wanted. But Tires Plus somehow managed to destroy the valve stem on a perfectly good tire that had no issues whatever (my front passenger tire). The tire wasnt even old, it had no damages at all, and it was close to new. Tires Plus told me that it was their fault that they destroyed the tire/valve stem. Tires Plus told me that if I brought it in the next day (12/12/2020) that they would fix/replace, it free of charge. Tires Plus also told me that they pressurized the tire that they ruined to 50 PSI (10 more PSI than the tire can handle) because it would likely be leaking air. Even though the tire has a warning label stating to never fill the tire more than 40 PSI. Tires Plus told me that I should be able to drive on it; so I drove my car home and went to bed.I got up the next morning (12/12/2020) and moved my car, so the snow plows could get through, only to notice that the tire they messed up was completely flat. I called Tires Plus, and told them about the situation. Tires Plus told me to figure out a way to get enough air in the tire, so I could drive my car to them, so they could fix it. So I borrowed a portable air compressor, filled the tire to 40 PSI, and drove to Tires Plus. The tire was basically flat by the time I got there, but Tires Plus started working on the damages they caused to my vehicle as soon as they could. While Tires Plus was working on my vehicle, an employee told me (AND THIS IS A DIRECT QUOTE) Sorry about last night. The guy that was working on your car is kinda new, and he didnt have the right tools he needed.I wait for a while, and then the same Tires Plus employee comes to tell me that, the tire that they ruined, is no good (even though it was perfectly fine the day before Tires Plus touched it). The Tires Plus employee also tells me that my tire pressure sensor, in the tire that they destroyed, has been mangled beyond repair (even though it was perfectly fine before Tires Plus touched it). I am then told by Tires Plus that it will be $80 for a new tire pressure sensor, and at least $100 for a new tire. When I reminded Tires Plus that they told me they would fix the damage that they caused, free of charge, they werent willing to do that. Tires Plus said the only thing they would replace, for free, is the valve stem. Even though they told me to drive home on a tire that was filled beyond max PSI and was rapidly losing air pressure.All I wanted was an oil change and my tires filled. Thats all. I could have done that myself. Now Ive lost money and time because of the errors and damages that Tires Plus has caused. If I had never gone to Tires Plus, then my vehicle would be in better shape than it is now.

I dropped off my car for a new battery and though they were busy they were able to squeeze in my car for my new battery and an oil change. The prices are reasonable.

Dropped off a tire off of my Ford Fusion yesterday to patch a hole. When I picked it up, they charged me $45 to put a plug in it. After I got it home, I noticed 3 big gouges in the aluminum. Luckily it was on the back side of the wheel. I definitely wouldnt recommend this Merle Hay location to anyone. Overpriced and poor quality.

Friendly staff. Bought some tires from tirerack.com. Choose to install there as they were the most affordable install at $89. Upon arrival they quoted me $129. That was the price of the other installers in the area but it was a surprise. Little bait and switch action, nice. Update your prices.

Brought my car there for them to fix my broken axle. Had them also repair the sensor for my tires. Picked my car up in Tuesday because my TCS light came on for a job they worked. Came back the next day for them to take a look at it for them to tell me I had to make an appointment for them to fix it (mind you its a job I already paid for that should have been detected prior to me ever picking up my fat in the first place). So I made an apt for 11am on Thursday for them to switch out faulty sensor. I call them at 230 to see if my car was done..they told me they havent even started on my car. Complete silence from them, so I decided to go there. My car was not even there and come to find out its been sitting at McDonalds parking lot because my transmission went out?? Mind you, I drove my car to the grocery store when I had it for that short period and had no issue or felt anything different from the ordinary. The delay of informing me of what happened just made it fishy. Needless to say, we are now waiting for the regional manager.... it has been a complete nightmare.

Average discount tire supplier, with little attention to quality service. They once again failed to properly clean off the beads of my chrome rims, prior to mounting four new tires. Even after I supplied the worker with a $20 tip, and specifically requested for him to ensure that they are mounted properly. Two of the tires began slowly leaking within 3 weeks, around the beads. Brought it back, and 2 weeks later, one was leaking around bead again. My rims are fairly new, no fix-a-flat, and not bent. I will not return to this particular location. Although I had less than good service here, I do believe most Tire Plus locations do provide good service.

Hit a massive pothole and destroyed my rim and tire. Had it towed here the next day, and was praying. The manager was super friendly and worked with me to find a matching rim for my set at a price that I could afford. Really saved my butt, very grateful to the hard working guys at this shop.

Left my car there at 2:30pm yesterday to get an oil change. Called at 8:10am THE NEXT DAY to see if they were finished. They didn’t even get started on it. They close at 7pm. I get better service at Walmart. Don’t go here. They don’t do anything.

These guys were great! They misdiagnosed my issue, i brought it back in and they did everything and some for zero cost! They also took my box of candy and snacks I had for a graduation party out of the hot car and took into their store so it wouldnt melt. Super friendly and fantastic customer service!!!

Visited this location for replacement of two punctured run flat tires. Both factory alloy wheels were damaged from negligence of the technician. The damage was not reported by the technician and the subsequent damage claim took over 2 months to process. The claims representative from the parent company (bfusa.com) was unprofessional and incompetent throughout the entire process. I would not recommend this location for any tire service unless it is a steel wheel.

They have a crew that goes above and beyond. I had a transfer case leak that they took care of promptly for the price I was quoted. Customer service was top notch as well.

I bought tires here and service was good at the time. Returned to have tires and wheels balanced and rotated and one tire fixed. They would only fix the tire with a plug which is a no no on load range E tires. It took from 16:15 to 18:00 to do a simple rotate and balance. I went back to shop area and found the tech working on my truck on his cell phone while working on my truck. I am a former Ford master technician and find this lack of service and job responsibility appalling. I would have been in the service managers office with a reprimand for this poor quality of service. Im going back to Discount Tire which has much better service and gives a military discount as well.

So friendly and went above and beyond! I asked them to check my tire pressure and for some reason they decided to check my fluids too and added power steering fluid which fixed the loud noise my car had been making. They did that all for free because they really want to help!

Customer service,quick same day service, low prices for quality tires

This place has good deals on tires from time to time and Ive bought a good amount of rubber from them, but I wouldnt recommend getting service work done here. They messed up my rims once when putting on tires (they fixed them, but begrudgingly) and also fought me fairly hard on getting a tread life warranty submitted. Probably worth shopping around.

Ive done business here a few times, and Ive been happy each time. Really professional crew that is always honest. The new building is nice too. Highly recommend.

They have the coupons and they are quick and convenient. I used to always give them 5 stars but recently I had conflicting information and that really concerns me. I got a new car and was told that I had to have this special oil put in it and that the oil would last for 10,000 miles before my next change. Another Tires Plus employee told me that it wasnt true and that I had to change my oil every 8,000 Miles instead of every 10,000 miles. When I went ahead and let them change my oil with the new full synthetic that my new car takes, they reneged on the original 10,000 miles and then they reneged on the 8,000 miles that they other employee had told me. I now have to change my oil at 5,000 miles with this new synthetic which goes against everything the other employees had told me. To get such conflicting information when a car is very important and very expensive makes me lose a lot of trust in Tires Plus and I have to consider if I should go elsewhere.

Bunch of honest guys that will treat you right. They always do whats best for the customer. I have gone to them for years, most recently, they helped me get a warranty on two bad tires. They not only got the two bad ones warrantied but also the two that were still ok.

These guys do quality work, their website offers lots of coupons, & they have a credit card available (if you qualify) that allows you 6 months to pay w/ no interest for larger repairs.

Came in to get a new rim put on and walked out having to replace the whole tire, the rim, and a new cv drive axle.. was not happy at first but the guy (chad was his name) who was working with me took care of everything with AMAZING customer service and in a timely manner! These are my go to guys!

This is the worst experience I have ever had in my life! With me making appointment at 6 my car didnt get pulled in until 45 minutes after and they made me wait for almost 3 hours to change 2 tires?!!!!! If I did it by hand without the machines they have it would take me 20 minutes max. On top of that they give you a price and after theyre done with your car you get surprised that the price is a lot higher then it was supposed to be. I am calling the corporate forst thing Monday I am mad and I feel I got ripped off and I think what they did is illegal. I will never ever step a foot there anymore and I dont recommend them at all the worst customer service ever. Point blank.

Dont go. Lazy workers. Bought tires from them before a road trip. While driving my car to Los Vegas it was shaking a lot.I went to Peerless Tires had them look at my tires and found out they didnt balance my tires all four tires .When I got back home took my receipt to Tires Plus to show the tires where out off balance.The worker who saided he did the job said he did balance the tires. So he called me a liar and started to come up with excuses. They dont do what you pay for.

This place SUCKS!!!!!! Took my care in to have the anti-freeze flushed and was told they could get it in to check in an hour. Over 2 hours later still nothing. Kourtney the so called Service Manager is rude and has no idea what she is doing!Too many other places to go. Try Car X down the street or Firestone. I should have never come here .

I used to get my oil changed there but not anymore! Everytime I call the manager Chad is rude. Told me I would have to go to a dealer when my truck wouldnt go all the way into park. I went to another place it was a loose screw.
