From the stress of picking out my dress to picking out what the boys should wear and making sure it all fit, everything worked so well and perfectly! This was the only store I went to to try on dresses and fell in love with the options! I had my alterations done in-house as well and the team made sure I looked beautiful in it! I went to a few other wedding dress shops and the dresses were really nice, but not what I was looking for. From the first minute I walked into Bridal Boutique, the amount of dresses and quality to choose from was perfect! I had a few from other shops that I was considering, but the dress I found here was the obvious choice as soon as I put it on. It was a perfect combination of all the items I liked in the other dresses but couldnt find put together. Emily Weber helped me throughout the process and was fantastic. She quickly picked up on what I liked and was a great source as feedback as I came alone. I bought the dress (and veil!) onsite and actually called two other bridal shops on the drive home to cancel my appointments with them that were supposed to be 2 hours and one day later. I highly recommend Bridal Boutique!

In every sense of the word, bridal boutique is fabulous. The service, selection of dresses, and quality was amazing. I didn’t feel like they were trying to sell me every dress I tried on, and they really just wanted to see me happy. Greatly enjoyed my experience working with Michelle to select my wedding dress. Michelles attitude made the appointment so fun and I felt comfortable working with her. Because my family lives out of town I had scheduled three appointments for the day in an effort to find the dress in one day. My appointment at Bridal Boutique was my first one. In all honesty this was not the store I thought I would find my dress at based on browsing the various wedding line photos online...and I ended up loving two different dresses here! My family thought it was still worth going to the other appointments just to make sure. No dresses at other stores compared and I kept thinking back to the one dress Michelle and my family helped me narrow it down to. Best of all both dresses I loved were very very reasonably priced and seemed like some of the most cost effective dresses I tried on that day.Michelle and her co-workers stayed late on a Saturday night for me to come back and try on the dress one last time so I could Say yes to the dress in the dress and helped accessorize it. I came into Bridal Boutique this past Saturday not expecting to find the dress, as I was a bit discouraged from the appointment I had the previous day at a different shop. I thought I had changed my mind about what kind of dress I was leaning towards after my first dress shopping experience. However, Michelle was so knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process, and she helped me find out what worked for me and my body type.There’s such a wide variety of options, and everyone working there is so incredibly kind and helpful. To my surprise I ended up getting the perfect dress! ❤️ I would definitely recommend!

I honestly had zero expectations of finding a dress on my first day of appointments, but Bridal Boutique DM was absolutely amazing! It was the first dress shop that really made me feel like a bride. Michelle V was an incredible consultant who made literally any dress work to try on, regardless of the sticker size. She helped me feel confident in any dress I tried on and I was so excited when we finally found the one! My experience with Bridal Boutique has been wonderful. Initially, they were just going to clean my dress because I bought it from another vendor who doesnt offer cleaning. But that quickly evolved into me finding the perfect veil at Bridal Boutique, and then them having to store my dress for 1.5 years while I postponed again and again due to covid. Then after a long wait, when I tried on my original dress with them and it didnt fit anymore at ALL, they quickly found me a last-minute NEW dress within their inventory, and hooked me up with a seamstress who could do fast alterations. Ive felt very taken care of with Bridal Boutique

If youre looking for a great bridal experience, dont go here. I was uncomfortable and my family explained that they were too after our visit here. (We wish we wouldve had a different consultant. I explained what I was looking for, then chose six dresses to start with, then based on what I liked/disliked about them after trying them on, the attendant was able to find other dresses in my style (she was actually the one to pull out the dress I ended up choosing) and explain how they could be altered to fit my needs. Very professional; very courteous; very high-quality experience!

Bridal Boutique at the East Village was such an awesome experience. I scheduled a bridal appointment with them at the DSM Bridal Show and it was my first time trying on wedding dresses. I had the most amazing consultant. She was so helpful & listened to exactly of what style dress I was interested in and I said yes to my dress(the dress she pulled for me)! I would highly recommend any future bride go to the Bridal Boutique!

Jessie did such an amazing job helping me find my dream dress! Especially since we decided to elope just a few months away she was able to help us figure out how to get a dress in such short notice!! I wouldn’t even give this place one star. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They lied to the bride and told her that her bridesmaid dresses would be darker when they came in. They were not. They were such thin material that it was completely transparent. The staff at bridal boutique did not provide any sort of guidance. The bride was in tears and all they offered to do to help is ask for more money out of the bridesmaids to order a slip to go under the dress. We spent over $180 on each dress and they did not offer any sort of refund. I ordered my dress via phone. I haven’t even signed a receipt or picked up my dress from the store and they will not let me return it or offer any sort of reimbursement. We are now having to order new bridesmaid dresses from another company as a result. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

If you’re looking for a wedding dress in DSM, GO TO BRIDAL BOUTIQUE!! Jessie was an absolute dream to work with, and I couldn’t be happier with how the whole appointment went! Great selection, such a cute little waiting area, and she explained everything so well!! Bridal Boutique’s staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and made me feel immediately comfortable. Jessie, my consultant, listened to my likes/dislikes and helped me find the perfect dress to fit my vision. The boutique was clean and well organized, and the sample dresses were in really good shape - some of the other wedding shops I went to had dresses that were ripped, stained, etc. Finding your wedding dress should be an exciting and memorable experience, and Bridal Boutique helped create that for me!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!! I made my appointment a bit last minute but they were very helpful with finding a way to squeeze us in since my mom was in town that weekend. I had two other appointments that day but cancelled them after I ended up buying my second dress!Jess was all I could ask for in a consultant. She didnt push me higher than my budget, she could read my reactions and quickly picked up on what I did and didnt like, and she didnt rush us so we had plenty of time to mull over each one I tried on.The store is beautiful, they take great care of their sample dresses, and they have a great relationship with their favorite seamstress so they were able to give us ideas on how the dress could be altered to fit exactly. PLUS they said if the alterations we want cant be done, we can return the dress and try again or go somewhere else.They just got a bunch of new styles in so hurry!! Oh and they offer discounts for bridesmaid, flower girl, mother of the bride/groom, and mens wear :)

I cannot recommend Bridal Boutique enough! I came here really hoping to find my dress from a boutique as opposed to one of the bigger, less personal chains; but I needed to find something off-the-rack since my wedding is 2 months away. Jazmine was absolutely incredible! She pulled multiple dresses that were perfect fits based on my Pinterest board, I ended up trying on about 7-9 dresses, and I walked away with the perfect one. Jazmine also pulled some strings to make it off-the-rack. Im happy to say that Bridal Boutique was my only appointment, and it couldnt have been any more efficient or a better experience!

Due to family tragedy, I was unable to attend my daughters wedding. I literally bought the dress 1 day before the ceremony. Did not have it altered and it still had tags attached. Never took it out of the bag. They would not refund. This was not a special order! They simply refused to work with me. Go somewhere else! I would give them less than 1 star.

Wonderful experience! I am not your typical bride- I did not want to spend hours on hours looking for a wedding dress, hopping from shop to shop. I do not have time for that. Monica was knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful. I had an appointment and it was just myself, Monica, and a receptionist in the boutique. Very intimate setting, did not have the hassle of other people in the boutique, especially during the pandemic.Most importantly, Monica stuck with my budget and did not show me any dresses that were outside of that.

Because of CoVID was I unsure if I would be able to schedule an appointment that included my closest family - but the boutique accommodated us and made my appointment the only one for that time frame to allow for social distancing. I’m from out of town and rarely see my family who is local to the area and the boutique understood how important it is to have them there.Our assistant was phenomenally helpful and patient and after trying on a few of my own selections she knew just what I would want - and found me the perfect dress. We SAID YES!Great experience, beautiful shop, great people.

This was the first place I went to find a wedding dress. My consultant immediately greeted me and talked with me to get an understanding of what I was looking for. She pulled absolutely gorgeous dresses and she made me feel so comfortable the entire time. She kept the conversation going and asked all the right questions. This was the BEST experience!! There were two other brides in there when we got there and it was so nice that we all could compliment each other when we all were in front of the full length mirrors. It was enriching.The space was small and little crowded for family that was looking on at their bride to be but it was like having one big cheering section as the other families made sure to chime in and make sweet comments as well. - When I found my dress, I had that Ah-ha! crying moment and the unrelated gal next to my mom said If you start crying Im going to cry!. Haha It was sweet. My consultant said If youre making strangers cry, does this mean this is the one?! It was!Sarah was my consultant and she was perfect - She heard me when I said what I was looking for and when I noted my budget. She didnt hover as I glanced through the sections but she was available when I had questions about styles and materials. She asked me questions about my wedding, fiancé, how we met, etc. It was such a nice and personal experience. She was kind and encouraging when I asked to try on a style that I was really unsure of for my body type but wanted to give it a go anyways. I wish I could do this day over and over again because it was perfect. :)

I had a wonderful experience at Bridal Boutique and finding my wedding dress! It was about 6 months before the wedding and was the first place I had gone to try on dresses! The consultant, Jess, was very friendly, kind, knowledgable, and overall a great person to work with! They had a great selection of styles and at affordable prices! We found my dress with no problem (even with how undeceive I can be). Not to mention the space is elegant, cozy, and a fun space to try on dresses and for your guests to hang out! I am very happy for the experience I had at Bridal Boutique and would 10/10 recommend going to this boutique for any bride looking for dresses!

This place is amazing. Their variety of dresses surpasses the other bridal shops in town. I tried on a bunch of very different, slimming, and artistic dresses that werent even close to what the other places had to offer. The bridal consultant Jazmine actually picked out my dress after she saw the types of dresses i was attracted to. After our last bridal appointment of the day i texted her personally and set up an appointment to come say yes to the dress on the next open business day. No question the best shop in town. Dont be fooled by their small size of store. They have a lot to offer.

I had been shopping with family at a few larger places in my home state, and was feeling slightly overwhelmed. I came to Bridal Boutique on my own, from the recommendation of a co-worker who had found her dress there years ago. It was just the atmosphere I was looking for!!! My consultant made me feel comfortable and heard. She helped me find a dress that was truly my style and in my price range. The service thus far has been exceptional.

My best friend (the bride) and I recently visited Bridal Boutique for an appointment and unfortunately, we both were extremely disappointed. Sadly, this was the brides first experience for trying on wedding dresses and we were all very excited, as this place had great reviews and a beautiful selection, but did not live up to its name.Before we all even walked into the store, we were greeted quite abruptly by the wedding dress consultant even though we were on time. She proceeded to be very terse with each question she asked before we all even sat down for the appointment.As I said, this was the first time trying on dresses for the bride, so she didnt have an exact dress in mind that she knew she wanted. She just wanted to try on some different styles to get a feel for what she liked - something the consultant seemed extremely annoyed with.She demanded to be given a price, even though we expressed there wasnt a budget for the dress. She rudely hurried through the entire appointment and pushed through each dress as if she just wanted to get rid of us and move on to the next bride in the store. I understand they have time constraints and they want to make the sale, but we werent even there for an more than an hour...She didnt introduce herself so there was poor communication throughout the whole appointment. Not only did she not listen when the bride expressed what she didnt like about a certain dress, but she then told her walk around the whole store in a dress that she hated in order to pick out one that she may like.. it was clearly uncomfortable and just another example of how the consultant just didnt seem to care about the opinion of any of us, especially the bride.Before we could all leave the store, she was already helping the other bride that had walked in the store halfway through our appointment. Im not sure if she was just having a bad day or what, but clearly her attention was elsewhere and she was done with us before we even started.I am happy to say we were able to go to Perry Boutique in Urbandale later that day where she found her dream dress.

Bridal boutique is amazing! We went there for my first of 3 appointments, and Jess was the best! In each dress I tried on, she explained what the fabrics were, how the silhouettes were a little different on each dress, and pointed out the small details i probably would have missed. She was great at narrowing in on my style and brought in more for me to try. I had a favorite, which she wrote down for me, but I wanted to go to my other appointments *just to be sure*. By the end of the day, and being able to compare the other two places to Bridal Boutique, my experience was by far the best at BB! The shop itself was nicer than the others, and even though it is a small shop, the prices of the dresses were extremely reasonable! We were shocked at the prices because we thought they would have cost more than they did!! We ended up going back and getting my dress from Jess. Thank you so much for everything and I can’t wait to keep working with you!

This was the first and last stop in my search for the perfect dress. My attendant was kind and pleasant to work with. She listened to my thoughts and ideas, and pointed me in the right direction. Even though she probably knew I wasnt going to like a dress, she would pull it and show enthusiasm when i would try them on, something that I am sure bothers other sales people.She was knowledgeable and gave great tips when trying on each different dress.The prices of the shop were reasonable. If you are looking for an inexpensive dress, this is not your place. It is important to know your budget, do not go to a high end bridal boutique in East Village and expect to purchase a high end dress for less than ~$1,500.All in all, my experience was great. I was a little worried, as i brought my mom, two sisters, grandmother, future sister-in-law and future mother-in-law, but since we were the only ones in the boutique (5:30 PM appointment) we were all comfortable and treated exceptionally.5 stars and my recommendation all around.

The staff at Bridal Boutique provided a great experience for me as I was looking for my dress and they were able to accommodate my group well! Sara quickly picked up on my style and gave me all of the information I needed to make my decision about my dress at the shop. Everyone was very friendly and the shop was well maintained and clean. I highly recommend Bridal Boutique to anyone who is searching for a dress for their big day!

I really enjoyed my experience at Bridal Boutique, where I had found my wedding dress. The consultant did a great job bringing in very beautiful, interesting and original pieces! I have visited about 6 other salons, from small boutiques to very well known ones, and here is where I could find that unique dress that I said yes to.

I️ had such a great experience at Bridal Boutique. For it being a smaller boutique they had lots of options! Being a borderline plus size bride I️did worry about their selection of dresses. I’m so glad that worry was taken away instantly after talking to Jessie our consultant! She was absolutely great and so so helpful! You can tell she loves her job, and wants the best for the bride to be! She as well as the other consultants were so welcoming the second we walked in the door. The shop was so clean and organized which is always good. The dresses are a little pricey- but you get what you pay for! Will recommend the Bridal Boutique to everyone! I got my wedding gown at bridal boutique. I went into my first appointment not knowing what I wanted to look like on my wedding day at all. Not only were we able to narrow it down quickly, I found my dress in that first appointment! Sara helped me, and would bring up things to think about that would never have crossed my mind. I was really appreciative of her help. We just had the wedding and I got so many compliments on the dress. I went to B.B. because my sister-in-law got her dress there and highly recommended. After going myself, I also highly recommend!

Jessie was such an amazing help when picking out my dream dress. She was invested like a friend, and knew exactly what I was looking for. She gave advice and opinions when needed but always listened to me first and didnt push hers on me. Went to a few bridal shops in town and didnt find a dress that I fell in love with. I am so glad I made an appointment with Bridal Boutique. I love the store by itself, it has the nice boutique feeling. They have great selections. unique styles, and great quality dresses that I didnt see in other places. All the people working there seem very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I actually had three appointments before I made my decision. My consultant was super nice and was able to answer all the questions I had. She was very patient with me and never pushy. After I made my purchase, I called them a few times with some questions. They have always been very nice to help me with the answers. I was also concerned about what color to order for my Bridesmaids dresses. They ordered a swatch for me and it arrived in just a few days without a charge! I cant say enough good things about them. I had a really great experience with Bridal Boutique and I would recommend them to anyone!

I loved Sara, she was so friendly and sweet and made me feel so comfortable when doing my dress fitting. She was not pushy about making me try on certain dresses, I liked that I got to pick what I wanted to try on. In comparison to other bridal shops, this one was missing the overall welcoming feeling by the entire staff. Sara was great and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone!

Monica is simply incredible. Heres our story; we (a friend and I) got measured for suits at another shop, and took our measurements to Bridal Boutique to order the tuxedos. Monica was great help finding the suit, and working through issues with the minimal information we could provide her. Later, while reviewing our order, Monica (and her professional eye) quickly noticed that the measurements we had gotten from the other shop could not be correct, and asked us to come to be remeasured (free of charge). Monica proceeded to be a wonderful person to work with moving on through the rest of our business.

I have been to Bridal Boutique on multiple occasions, and have always had a great experience. This past weekend I went to get my wedding dress. Sara was a pleasure to work with - she wasnt pushy at all, but knew when to let us admire the dress and when to move on to the next one so that we could see as many as possible in our appointment. I ended up finding my perfect dress there, partly because I knew I could trust Bridal Boutique to order the correct size and color and connect me to a great seamstress. I will definitely go back to get bridesmaid and mother of the bride dresses, and would highly recommend this shop for anyone wanting a personalized and professional experience.

I recently purchased my dress from Bridal Boutique and have nothing but good things to say about them. Everyone who works there was super helpful and kind. Monica was the main employee who worked with me and did a great job at picking out dresses based on what I did/did not like and made sure to stay within my price range. Although their selection is not as large as other places, the dresses they do have are some of the most beautiful ones I tried on after visiting about four other bridal stores. You can tell that they focus on quality over quantity and want to provide their customers with high quality dresses. In addition, after I bought my dress, I received 20% off bridesmaid dresses, which they also have a great selection of. Jess was another great employee who did an amazing job helping my bridesmaids with their dresses and offered us a lot of great advice during the process. I could not be more happy with my experience here!

Monica was super helpful and did everything she could to help me find my perfect dress. The dress I ended up buying was one that I didnt pick out, she did. She asked what I liked about certain dresses and what I didnt like, so she could narrow down what I was looking for. Bridal Boutique was my first appointment out of 3 I was scheduled for that day and after finding my dress in about 45 mins I didnt have to spend the rest of the day stressing about finding a dress. Dont get me wrong, my dress was BEAUTIFUL, even though it was pricey I think it was worth it for how unique and gorgeous the gown was. But my sales consultant was kind of rude and very very pushy. If you want a dress that is more special and unique and you dont mind it being a bit pricey I would recommend bridal boutique for its dresses and cleanliness of the store. But NOT for its sales consultant, at least not mine. Her name might have been Michelle?
