My USB flash drive fried so I lost all of my important files for work/personal. I was panicked so I called EC Computers and Patricio said it shouldn’t be a problem and he should be able to recover my files. I brought it in and within a few days he got all of my files back and then some for a reasonable price. He’s super friendly and knowledgeable with 29 years of experience, I felt I could completely trust him to get this done. He was an absolute life saver!!! Thanks a million Patricio! I highly recommend him to anyone needing anything in regards to computers and accessories. Definitely worth 5 stars from my experience for sure!

My hard drive failed and I was unsure what my options were. Patricio was very friendly and very thorough in explaining what I could do next and how to help with each option. He was extremely helpful in answering my questions and was not pushy or condescending at all, which you run into a lot with tech support. Really positive experience and helped me get up and running again.

I didnt have a great experience. The hours were posted, but no one was there. I called them and had to return later. I wasnt confident that they knew what they were doing.

I took my desktop in because it inexplicably powered down when I slid it across my carpet. It wiggled the power cord around to no avail. For about $60 it was back in working shape, but the same day I got back I had the same problem. I took it back in and the guy at the desk complained that he had taken the whole thing apart bit by bit and tested everything. He took it out back and brought it back working again. This time my computer worked for a few months before it shut off again. This time I took it to some friends, who noticed the processor wasnt even latched in. With the flip of a switch my problem was permenantly fixed, not by the people at EC Computers who were paid to do so, but by some friends who took about 10 minutes to fix everything. Like many repairmen who work in a field their customers arent savvy in, these people are not to be trusted.
