Just looked up your hours for Christmas and noticed that you stay open for Christmas Day. I hope your employees volunteer to work and are not forced to work or risk losing their job. You should reconsider your Holiday hours. Other than that.... Toys R Us is always okay ..... I did save some money there this year. Store was clean enough. I have to return today to get a security tag removed from a coat I bought there a week ago. Thats annoying, but those things happen. I feel bad for retail workers. Merry Christmas

Penny, the store director, and her crew are the best. There has never been a time that I have not been given outstanding service at this Toys R Us. The store is clean, the shelves stocked nicely, and always a staff member in the aisles or departments ready to assist with your needs. This store is by far better than that of Clive, IA. Take the time to travel to the Southside store, you will see what I mean.

If I could give no stars I would. My husband ordered a controller online for our daughter, it was available for pick up in 1 hour and we were charged for the item and had our order number and everything. He went to pick it up and they claimed they couldn’t find the order that it never existed. If it didn’t exist why were we charged?!? Then a “manager” gets on the phone and he can’t even find it either then I ask for the 1800 number so I can cancel the order and get my money back and he said ok then it got silent for 2 mins and I asked if I could have the number and he says “oh yeah it’s 1800 toys r us” I’m sorry but what kind of drugs are these people taking that they can’t figure something so simple out.

Terrible location. The management is bad. Yes, the store might look clean but the managers there are disgusting. Old management used to have employees follow customers around, current management encourage altercations between employees and customers. Ive tried leaving a complaint to the customer service number and didnt hear anything back. I know I definitely will not spend another penny at this location, but Im considering not shopping at toys r us anymore period. You guys need to completely restaff the management there and then maybe things will improve.

Another store closing forever. Everything is 50-70% off now. Might find a good deal. Give it a search.

Never seem to keen on answering a question that isnt right in front of their nose. Got yelled at after standing at the return counter for 5 minutes or more. Needed to find help. That said, the store is organized and clean.

They force you to walk through the crappy toy isle just to enter the store. Checkout has only 1 person most of the time and it can take an unusual amount of time to get done purchasing items.
