We are very happy with our countertops, but even happier with the customer service and work done so quickly. So thankful for Granite Castle helping us in a pinch. They have a beautiful shop and have many choices to choose from. We went to a couple places and so happy Granite Castle was easiest to work with as a fabricator and installer!! Thanks again!! :-)

We could not be more happy with Oscar, and his crew!!!! We went up on a Saturday which by the way was awesome. That they was open on a Saturday because most granite places are closed on the weekends. We walked in was greeted right away Oscar took us out showed us the slabs they had was very very helpful brought out a cupboard that was almost the same color as I was going with so I could have a better look at what each piece would look like with my color of my cabinets. we picked one of the edging that I wanted which was fantastic they came down to measure two days later put my deposit down four days later he sent me a picture saying they were working on it which I thought was great to see them working on it and that he took the time to send me a picture and let me know. Two-days after that he called me and asked me if they could go ahead and install it. Mind you we live an hour from Des Moines these guys come down installed it with an hour maybe an hour 20 minutes cleaned up after themselves took care of everything in my kitchen to make sure nothing was scratched just all-around these guys did amazing job very polite couldnt ask for anything better and I am very very pleased with the way my counters turned out amazing would highly recommend him in fact were having them come back to do our master bathroom!!!! Thank you Osceola and your crew!!!!

An allaround good experience with Granite Castle and the personnel. The crew was very professional and experienced, and kept me updated with steps during the installation, as well as letting me know when there would be additional noise or smell when connecting pieces.Would go with them again.

We called Oscar last minute needing granite countertops and he drove 2 hrs to meet with us. Brought samples and pics and even a video of huge slabs that he thought wed like. We did! He measure and we had our counters installed 4 days later! WOW! Great family business and very professional. I highly recommend Granite Castle!

We had a good experience with Granite Castle. They were professional and came to our home to measure the espace, even though two other popular places told us to measure the space ourselves!the delivery was as expected. Clean and professional. The counter top looks great. Good prices too.

This place does a terrible job when it comes to customer service. I made an appointment to meet Adrian at 530 pm on a weeknight to have my wife and I look at options for granite. We arrived at 515pm waited inside, no one came, I went in the back, got one of the workers, we called Adrian, he told me he was on an install and could not make it....We drove over 50 miles to meet him. Needless to say we were ticked. On a positive note we did go to Iowa Countertops in Grimes. They were awesome! Stay away from Granite Castle....

This is the 3rd home that Granite Castle has done for us. We could not be any happier with how it looks. Very professional, timing was just what they stated, cleaned up after installation. Would definitely recommend them. Thanks Oscar!

Good selection but very poor front end help. They need someone that will help or suggest products rather than stand around.
