My wife and I are first time users to having a hot tub. Gena was very knowledgeable about all the different types, functions, & price ranges available. We went with a refurbished tub and they got to work for us. Once completed it was delivered and set up. We even made a few mistakes as first time users that Gena & her team were there to help us out with. My wife is enjoying the tub in the snow this morning. Thank you to Gena and her team!!

Wow is all I can say. Gena is wonderful, knowledgeable etc. But she lets Diane run her business during the day and its a nightmare. She has put me on hold (rudely) without saying what shes doing 3 times now. I am trying to reach Gena and now that I hung up and called back, I am told that is what she was trying to do. I told Gena several months back that this particular employee is very rude and not knowledgeable at all, yet she continues to employee her. This will cause a reduction in business. I understand everyone needs a job, but this person should not be the first person you talk to when calling Waterworld. I didnt want to give this review, however the very last phone call she said very rudely, Im trying to reach Gena, just hold, she then threw me on an immediate hold and here I sit. At the door waiting for help. What a disaster.

At the state fair I asked very specific questions about vacuuming my pool and getting chemicals to winterize it. I made it very clear that I did not have this Brands but the employee insisted repeatedly that I come into their shop and how friendly they were and how helpful they were. I just drove 45 minutes to get here to have the employee tell me she was not willing to help me. She kept saying she could not tell me how to take down my pool and I kept repeating I never asked to take down my pool because thats not what I was doing. I simply am trying to learn what chemicals I need to buy to put into the pool over winter as well as finding out the best way to clean the dirt off the bottom. They woman told me that she helped me by handing me this piece of paper with chemical information and she could not do anything else so I finally walked out

These guys are awesome! After phone calls to several places trying to figure out a hot tub issue, Waterwold not only got me fixed up, but they continued to follow up and make sure things were working properly. Customer service done right! Dont hesitate to give them your money...you will be well taken care of!

Went to fair on Monday and tried to ask about the largest pool they had there but the lady wouldn’t even help us she just stood up by the camper and didn’t want to answer any questions and wouldn’t give us the time of day. So you lost a large sale. This kind of rudeness I would stay clear!

Not at all as easy to put together, especially the filter and the valveattachment. Not the one hour set up that was promised! Customerservice terribly lacking, as no real help was given, just a confirmationthat it is very hard to put the valve head on top of the sand filter. At thispoint, after 2 weeks, my pool is still not up and running because of this issue. Most disappointed!
