I remember after father had his 1st stroke he hit the bottle big time. Mother woild drink a fifth of gin daily as well back then. Theyd buy their liquid dinner from you people at your tiny liquor shack daily.Our neighbor Mr. Green after he lost his job at the mill would drink 24 cans of Miller before six at night then chase his son Bill around the back yard with power tools all night.

Highly recommend this place! They have a comprehensive selection of wines for the person who really wants to pair their meals and they have great stand alone wines as well. Also- it would be great for gifts.The organization of the store is clear so everything you want is easy to find. The location is easy to find too.

Unbelieveable wine selection and curation in a converted gas station. Well stocked liquor division as well. Definitely worth the few blocks drive off the beaten path to see.

Liquor prices were decent but cigarettes are way over priced. Even with a mask on the place smelled like B.O and bad breath so I can only imagine without one. Staff didnt say anything until we got to the register which was disappointing.

Apparently this has become another neighborhood dumpster booze shop that is surviving off of bottom shelf liquor... Used to be a decent place, that is, used to be. So many has been businesses along ingersoll. A noticeably, very poorly managed business. A declining business failure that too shall soon be forgotten. Too many alternative places to purchase quality spirits to even bother...

I googled ocean organic vodka to see if it was sold in Iowa. No of course. i stopped by Ingersoll wine and spirits to see if they could order it for me. Of course they could. i then receive a call to tell me they actually have some in stock. Better price than on line. They really do a great job for their customers!!

My main purpose for going here is for the spirits, and I was impressed with their selection. There is a nice variety of whiskeys, which included some of my favorites. There are a few brands (Koval, F.E.W.) out of the Chicago area that I love that Ingersoll Wine & Spirits doesnt carry, but when I inquired about them, the men working asked me to write the information down and they would see if they could get them in. On top of that nice gesture, they were incredibly helpful and wonderful throughout my time there. I anticipate I will be back very soon for all of my wine and spirit needs.

This is a great little store. They have a large variety and they keep the shelves stocked. The employees are very helpful and friendly. If youre having trouble finding something at a different store this is the place to go.
