I have been trying to contact the Chicago office but someone from New Jersey always answers. Their people have very limited English and do not understand what i am saying. When I made a contract with them 2 years ago 3 years contract they told me they will cancel my contract without any penalty if my husband is in military. Now we are moving to a city that has no Coway branch. I am trying to figure out what i have to do with the filter machine since I am leasing. I can not just leave the filter machine in the house we were renting.Addition to the original post:Finally, I talked to someone who speaks english. I ended up paying the penalty for the rest of the lease term even I told them that I spoke to their agent about penalty when I started the contract.I am never gonna do anything with this company again. I will warn people stay away from this company, their sales people are just like car dealers. Never trust sales people.There are tons of water filter companies offer better quality water filters for cheaper price. At least they speak english.

At wits end with this company. Under a three year contract and our machine is being serviced for the fourth time. Rather than just supply us with a new machine, they are going to strip the parts out of the one that continues to break and rebuild it. This is in no way solving the problem. There is lmited contact with them as they do not offer email in the contact us section of the web page. Very dissapointed with this service.

Helen is a terrible person to work with. She’s horrible at customer service and actually yells at customers. I will not do business with this company ever again. By the way she is NOT the manager
