My experience with this company is always very pleasant. I purchased my vehicle from sales a year ago and the service shop keeps it well maintained. I live in the city but I make sure to come here to get service work done to my Mercedes. Ive been coming here for 4-5 years and I dont trust any other body shop. They do great work and they keep it real. Jose has been doing my upkeeps for a while and hes awesome. Definitely recommend if you want great customer service along with work that doesnt have corners cut.

I bought a used Highlander from Jidd and have been using their auto shop for oil changes. Theres usually no wait time for an appointment if I call the day before, and the service team is friendly and efficient. Thankfully my vehicle has never needed a big-time repair, but if it does, I know Ill be in good hands with the Jidd Motors crew.

Phil handled everything perfectly any issue he was able to tackle out yes and David was there to assist any time.

I have been coming to Jidd for years. Phil is the absolute best and can diagnose things extremely quickly. He asks all the right questions and i look forward to every visit. I am always concerned at the cost of repairs knowing how much a typical dealership costs but they beat everyone in terma of price and a job well done. If they dont know what is wrong with it right off the bat for difficult diagnosis situations they will spend the time and take care of each car at a time. Phil doesnt work on the cars directly but his knowledge is vast and the technicians go to him as backup if needed. I appreciate the outstanding service he gives. He is the reason i remain a loyal customer.

I purchased a 2017 BMW in December of 2020 with 17,00 miles. In 8 months I had to replace the brakes $2K and a seat sensor for $1,200. The dealership wont even respond to my numerous attempts to contact them regarding this issue. Go somewhere else

I thought I made an appointment online but it didnt go through and I showed up 30 mins before. they closed but they still squeezed me in! All of the service staff were great. I will be going here for all of my cars needs!!!

Never buy a car from this guys. I almost did but dealing with them was so bad I backed out at the last minute. Fortunately I did as I later found out that the car I was looking to buy was falsely advertised. It is still there right now...a 2018 Range Rover Sport listed for $72,695 (white Supercharged Dynamic). Within the first sentence of their ad it says 22 Blk Wheels. Well, they are 21 as you can see if you look real close at the pictures PLUS the black rims are not original as if they were original the car would also have black lug nuts. That switch out is a big deal as 22 wheels/rims are worth over $1,500 extra right there. Shady sales practices for sure...stay away!!!

Jen, at the service desk is just full of energy and professionalism! She went above and beyond to help us out with our Lexus. She made sure we are satisfied with the service. The way Jen carries herself exceeds all of the expectations. I would recommend her as well as everyone at Jidd Service.

If I could I will rate this shop 0!I came in to change struts (in warranty) and rear brakes/pads my car was here the whole day. The brakes were never replaced and when I came in and ask to speak to a manager because the work was not done they told me that the manager was not here and I have to wait until they get someone on the phone. At the end they told us that they did a mistake and they are sorry. They are not reliable and they don’t do their job!

They are liers. They dont keep their promise, they will do whatever it takes to just to sell inventories then you will be forgotten.
