Lynn took care of our order, she did her job but in very rude and non professional way. This was first time for us doing this kind of cargo import, we were not familiar with the process and paper work and every time we are asking her a question she was answering with an attitude, we heard her saying at the end of last phone call “ OH MY GOD” it was very non professional and not acceptable. This company need to train their employees how to deal with customers.

Wonderful experience with everyone from the gentleman who answered the phone to Larissa and Olivia. I had an emergency and they were able to help me out in just a couple hours. Totally professional and accommodating.

I cannot express how helpful Larissa was! The airline told us one thing then the day of our cats arrival called us to tell us we actually did need a broker just a few hours before we were supposed to pick them up. Not only was she in very close contact with us all day back and forth figuring it out. She got us approved within minutes of closing. This was a lifesaver as we are not from Chicago and had to take off work so could not wait another day to pick them up. I am so grateful for her! Would highly recommend!

They were very helpful getting our dog processed. We were told we didnt need a broker by the Transport company and AAA stayed late to get the paperwork processed on short notice. Very impressed and happy to have called them.

The brokerage did as little as they could to accomplish the task.My puppy made the trip but was not cleared by customs. I could not get Larissa on the phone and she wouldn’t call me back. Customs cleared it after 2 hours waiting and another persons broker clearing both. Avoid.

These people are awesome. So easy to work with!! Had my cat released from Customs in under an hour! I would use them again and they are highly recommended!!

Not as promised. All they want is the bill paid when they are lying and taking three weeks to get our container from Seattle to Chicago. Heck, China to Seattle was faster. AVOID this company.
