This bakery is the best around. My favorites are the cinnamon rolls and brownies. I’m definitely going to frequent it more often.

Finding good vegan baked goods can be a struggle, which makes this place even more special. Everything is delicious. I have even introduced this place to some of my non-vegan friends, and they have fallen in love with it as well. It’s clean, reasonably priced, and the staff is so friendly too. Couldn’t ask for more!

We LOVE Cumberland Bakery. I have been coming here for more than 40 years, and make a point to bring my family whenever we’re in the area visiting. Their danishes and coffee cakes are fantastic, and my kids love their donuts. Their prices are beyond reasonable, and it is definitely worth the visit. Highly recommend!

This is the last time I will go yo Cumberland, which is sad because weve been going there for years. Since the daughter took over, the prices have gone up and the quality has gone down.Today, I purchased an Apple strudel and the dough tasted rancid. I also ordered 6 chocolate donuts and 3 of are obviously from the day before because they are dry and hard.So basically, I paid $23 for a loaf of rye bread.

The service was very quick. The staffs were friendly and the food is great.

It was around when I was a kid in the 60s. It was good then and still is great. Its the only shop in this little shopping center that has survived all these years; that ought to speak for itself

Ive never been to the bakery, we had a client bring us some donuts from this location. The donuts were delicious so well definitely make a drive over to this bakery. Donuts were fresh and nicely packed 🙂

I have never been so disappointed. Yesterday we stopped in to grab some donuts to have with coffee after our outing. Only to find out that the donuts appeared to have been leftovers from the day before. The apple cider donuts and chocolate donuts were dry as was the icing on the chocolate donuts.

You might not be able to get what you want everyday but thats because its super fresh. Some breads alternate weeks. If youre lucky, there may be fresh rolls which allows for trying more than one of their breads. I recommend the spaghetti bread! Their sweets range from too sweet for my taste to wow! The main point is different like items, such as breads, actually have distinct different flavors. Unlike some bakeries where it looks different but taste the same.

So this is a follow up review. I discovered this place over a year ago, and have always been quite pleased. In fact, I gave them a 5 star review previously. Unfortunately - lately, it appears that they are selling old doughnuts, and passing them off as fresh ones. That is not cool. Many of the doughnuts I have purchased this summer, have been dry and inedible. I dont appreciate watching people take a bite or two out of a doughnut and throwing it away. Its a waste of my money. The chocolate doughnuts seem to be the biggest culprits when it comes to these dried out doughnuts. I always stop in early in the morning, and I must be getting the previous days leftovers. If I didnt know better, sometimes they taste like they are 2 days old and left out to dry. I expected better than this. You dont do that to customers. I also ordered an Apple Strudel today for the 1st time. Something was off with it, that I cant explain. Ironically, there was another review in the past 24hrs by another customer, basically complaining about the dried out Chocolate Doughnuts and the Apple Strudel. Now what are the chances of that?

Its a small little shop but it has huge great taste! I went here for several items, all of which were great:Doughnuts - granted, its no Dunkin Donuts when it comes to selection, but the few they have are tasty and freshUgly bread - has a sprinkle of sugar and cinnamon (I think?) and nuts & raisons, probably more but definitely a sweet variety of bread.Fruit cake - Im probably the very few who likes fruit cakes - moist, full of nuts, cherries and more. Good eats!Covid-19 restrictions are enforced for everyone, both customer and employees, so wear a mask and observe social distancing, unlike some older man who was there with me and did not distance himself - I had to actively distance away from him. Shame on you entitled old man!

These cakes are hands-down, the most delicious way to treat yourself! The shop is cutely decorated and quality is always 100%. They offer curb-side pick up during the quarantine.

Donuts were great, but arrive earlier as they sell out quickly / fewer choices by 11 in the morning.

The owner is rude, if you want to pay with a CC you have to spend $5 or more which is not posted for its customers to know and when asked of the owner why its not posted she gave a rather crass answer of its not! The service is slow. The baked goods are average and it took forever for me to find out some questions about ingredients. This poor review is because of what I feel is regular poor service by the owner and the staff! You can decide if you wish to patronize this stablishement. I expect better from a mom and pop business!

The owners must have retired, the variety of products at 6:30am was limited and They could not tell me when any new 1 stuff was going to be available.

Excellent food for the money. All is fresh, and there is always some variety present. The treats are where there is the widest variety. The breads are all good, as I have had loaves of each. Service is fast and good.

This place came highly recommended and it was worth it!! The baked goods are huge- definitely could be split amongst a few people! They use sugary cream - not whipped cream - which I personally love. Very nice staff too!

I should take pictures before I eat, but never do and the baked goods are so delicious. The custard bismarck donuts and custard eclairs are phenomenal. We can’t get enough. The breads are great, pastries delicious, staff is extremely helpful and friendly, and everything else made to perfection. There truly is no better bakery in the area that does better than Cumberland!

Order ahead to be sure your favorite item will be waiting for you. Old world recipes will keep you coming back. The 5 star European apple strudel is like no other coffee cake you have eaten. After the first strudel you will keep coming back for more, it is a gourmet delight not offered anywhere else.When you think an Eclair is needed they have mouth watering examples. Take the time to find this slice of heaven bakery and you will turn into life long customer.

This place is great. Family owned for as long as I can remember, and just the nicest group of people. Their donuts are heavenly. If they have jelly filled donuts when you go in, be sure to pick them up. They are out of this world!

This Bakery is fantastic. I am in sales and order donuts and pastries from them weekly to give to customers. My customers rave about them and ask where they are located. They know customers by name and are always friendly. They ask me Jim do you want your usual which is the chocolate éclair with REAL egg custard in it. I cant even describe how delicious it is. They do get busy and there are only two very nice ladies to take care of you on most days, so you may wait a few minutes, but they are efficient and get you out pretty fast. I cant recommend them any higher, and consider myself very fortunate that they are only a few blocks from my house.

BEWARE!~This merchant violates privacy laws by not asking permission for your email address, they do not disclose your email address and other personal information will be shared with others, they are stealing your information if you pay with credit card. I doubt the do background screening on their employees and they state they are a small business and it is OK for them to steal your data and share with others. DO NOT USE A CREDIT CARD TO PURCHASE AT THIS BUSINESS . They also state a small cake is for 2-3 people but their cake is hugh and is for at least 12 people. Such a waste.
