Took my dad Kenneth this past week for a hearing aid that he had lost. Being quite a few years since he purchased that hearing aid; Dr. Bauer reviewed all of the advancements that have been done with hearing aids. He listened to both myself and dad regarding his needs. I was impressed with the amount of time and care that was given to my dad. You dont see this type of caring and time anymore. I would recommend Dr. Bauer in a heart beat.

I went to see Dr. Bauer out of frustration with saying huh and what all the time. After being fitted I had a follow up. I went to the follow up with instructions for colleagues to hug him. They were ecstatic that they didnt have to constantly repeat them selves.DO NOT WAIT!! This is a get out of Jail Card, use it. Go see him IMMEDIATELY you will be totally taken care of. You will hear things you havent heard in a long time, like rain drops and sirens before you see the lights. Most important significant others, family, colleagues, anyone you talk with will be relieved.

My mother suffers severe hearing loss for awhile. My father is not as severe as my mother’s condition. Dr. Chad Bauer is fantastic doctor who takes care of their needs. He’s very detail and precise! He provides excellent care for them with their particular condition. Thank you!

My husband inherited a set of Beltone devices that were 6 months old from a family member. Dr Bauer agreed to refit them for a nominal amount. He has done a good job fitting them and programming them for my hearing. He even made me more technology savy by connecting them to the Beltone APP on my smart phone.Dr Bauer is available when I need him and I dont see 3-4 different people.I would recommend any new user to give Dr Bauers Beltone office a visit.

Dr Bauer has 2 locations and is available 6 days/week. He has done a great job fine tuning for both myself and my wifes devices. Patience is the key with Dr Bauer. Beltone and Dr Bauer are great way to start hearing better if you need the help.
