Terrible service. Parts take longer then expected to make. They have the audacity to tell you they will complete parts in a few weeks. But reality is they will take a few months sometimes even half a year. There is parts that are not always fully deburred. Machines used to manufacture parts are really old and havent been serviced in over 10 years. So half there machines are just sitting there as big paper weights. Instead of investing in quality equipment they try to cut corners and do everything at the minimum. I would definitely not recommend this to anyone who wants good quality service with excellent delivery. If you want fast production with excellent service I recommend checking out different companies around the area instead. No AC in building or new machines saw when I got took on a tour around there warehouse . Looks more like a sweatshop then a professionalmetal production company. Not somewhere you would want to go for professional good quality parts with fast delivery. You can tell a company is working hard to produce good quality parts when they invest the money to make them not just cutting corners trying to pass by and barely meeting minimum expectations. Overall if I could leave no stars I would but need a minimum of one to review. Pretty much explains this company and there production
