Its a great store, nothing over a buck. All kinds of different products for the home or auto great frozen food too ! Especially for a cheap skate like me, I recommend it great experience !

I like this place lots of neat stuff for your house repairs and whatever else you need.

I went into this store this morning to purchase 3 balloons. I live in the Desert View Estates II. I have gone in this store many times over the last 4 years as it is very convenience. Otherwise, I would have to drive to Palm Springs to the Dollar Tree Store.Most items in the store are .99cents, the other items that are not that price are indicated.I asked for 3 balloons, the clerk started by inflating the first balloon, then she rang up the price, it came to $8 and change, I was shocked because I assumed they were .99cents each, there were no signs for any price, and I told her that. She was angry and told me next time I need to tell her while pointing her finger at me. (I am twice her age), Needless to say I was astounded this clerk would speak to me in this manner. I can only think that she has acted this way in the past. It pains me to know that another elderly person or any person to be subject to this type of behavior.Although the clerk was rude, I felt bad that she had started and had inflated the one balloon so far, I offered to purchase it. It took 3 times for me to tell her I would purchase it she continually to tell me NO THATS OK until she finally charged me for the one balloon.I will no longer patronage this store in the future for the disrespect I endured today.

I love this place! Staff is friendly and helpful. I can find most things I need.. Some things are more than a dollar.. But im ok with it! I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because some items break way too easy for what it is.. Hair clippers and nail care stiff shouldnt break day 1. But office supplies, hygiene, toiletries and other items.. Work perfect!

Kate the owner takes pride in her store, clean, organized and has all essentials and more. Just love the fact that is stocked at all times. Their pet section is superb. I go there about 3x week for home essentials.

I love going to dollar or less. I basically go everyday afterschool. It is walking distance from my house and my school. The things are always a dollar or less. I usually get snacks or school supplies. It is a very very great place and I recommend it.

First time I went I was frustrated at lack of food items but next time I realized that I didnt give the store a chance. It had a ton of stuff cheap that was good quality and lots of options for the other items you need.

Just got back from here and Ive been here many times for arts and crafts things. Anyways i have never had a problem or an issue until now! The damn Mexican worker was following my son who knows Fn better than to steal! My son went to go grab some $2.99 headphones to show me to see if I can buy it for him, for his damn Xbox. This damn mother Fer wants to stop us at check out and tell the lady (owner) oh the headphones. The lady asked me oh where the headphones. I told her my son put them back. The damn guy insisted that my son did not put them back... now if his a** was doing his job right he would have seen that my son placed them on the Shelf in one of the damn Isles! We would have had a HUGE problem if he put hands on my kid...trust and believe that!! All for some $2.99 headphones give me a freaking break!!! This is extremely bad for business hope no one else has to go through what I went through today...good grief! And when my son showed him where they were he didnt want to come back to the freaking register to apologize. I would have given him a piece of my mind!!!

At first i was so happy to find this place. they have a beautiful little section for insence and other spiritual supplies. i asked the nice girl up front if it was alright for me to open the boxes in order for me to smell the insence. otherwise, how would i know if i wanted them, especially for $2 a box? the girl said yes it’s fine, so i went ahead and did so. these boxes were only sealed by a blue sticker on both ends. it’s not like i had to destroy the box in order to just simply smell the insence. i’m a person who treats every place with respect, and i reminded myself to neatly open these packages so that i didn’t harm the product, or the box itself.i only opened a few, and then i see this woman come back and forth looking at me a few times, almost like she was taking multiple double-looks. i turned around and smiled at her while she vacuumed the floor. in the process i had gently opened my last box, being that there was already 7 that was in my cart next to me and on the packs for me to purchase. just as i opened the box, she yells at me “do not open the box! what are you doing! why do you damage the box?! you break it you buy it don’t open the products?!”immediately, i apologized. i didn’t get upset or yell back, i just simply told her that i asked the girl, who was then just watching the fiasco go down, if it was alright and she said yes. but no, she didn’t stop there. she didn’t even think, ‘oh well she asked. what else could she do? it’s just a small mistake made by my employee”. nope, instead she yelled at me more, raising her voice saying “how many did you open?! you don’t damage the boxes!!” if they had a sign up that said to not open them, i wouldn’t have opened them. it’s ridiculous that she got this angry with me, a new customer in her store, over some insence boxes, in which the only damage that was done to them was the small sticker keeping it shut. didn’t even touch the product, literally just lightly opened it and smelled.after apologizing multiple times n explaining i only opened a few and there were already a ton that were very wrecklessly and carelessly open by most likely previous customers, she just continued to yell, as did i would assume her husband behind the counter, and even yelled at the poor girl who didn’t know it wasn’t okay.i just said “okay”, got up as she began throwing a fit and aggressively grabbing all the insence i intended to buy, and i walked over to the door and said to the girl, “i’m honestly really sorry for this” and she stood there and just quietly said “that’s okay it’s my fault”, and then i walked out.it’s absolutely ridiculous, i’m not one to type out novel long reviews about stores for 30 min in the same parking lot it’s in, but i’ve never been treated this way SO quickly?? especially after apologizing, i still got yelled at as if i trashed the place. that women needs to learn how to NOT be rude to her customers that weren’t doing anything wrong. had i been told to not open them, i wouldn’t have done so. and still, i hope that girl doesn’t get in trouble, she was super nice the whole time. i wouldn’t be surprised if they mistreated the hell out of her there.as most middle aged white soccer moms would say, i am never coming back!!(just kidding, i’m broke and need good deals. probably coming back. but that woman sucks)

The name is misleading. Almost half the inventory was over a dollar. That being said they get 3 stars because they did have a wide variety of products.

They are Price Gouging ! I use to pay $1.29 for a can of generic Lysol.My daughter went in yesterday and was charged $6.99 for the same can ! She didnt pay attention until after it was to late !! They have lost our business.A customer for the past 6 years !!

I always loved wandering around the dollar market in Hat Springs, it is packed with cool cool things you need in the house. Although I stopped myself in terms of envious eyes, grabbing hands, I still shopped as it should ... I still shook it, which I am incredibly happy about, I recommend to visit !!!
