I was able to call ahead and find out if they carried a particular cigar I was looking for! After learning that they did carry it, I made the short trip there and the good things I must say about this place is the customer service, smiles and they have a pretty good selection! I will be returning !

So Im not from Texas and Im driving back through to get to Memphis. Was looking for a vape store place and came across this place. It was a small amount of confusion on what I wanted but we figured it out with them. The woman that works that is beyond nice and makes you feel very welcomed. She let me try the juice before I left to make sure its what I wanted. Needless to say the service, the kindness, and tje smiles she showed was very warm and welcoming. I recommend this place to anyone that wants to feel welcomed and treated beyond nice.

Dude, if you go here make sure its on the weekend when Jake is working. That guy knows a lot about everything when it comes to smoking. Hell explain anything that youre curious about, plus the shop itself has a rewards program when you buy products!

The girl that help me was super nice...( re-review nine months later)Well I had such great service 9 months ago, I decided to come back in..And I very glad I did that super nice girl was there working again and another girl was there as well. If I remember there names are Kaliene and Kylye and there serves is just fantastic! I wall definitely keep coming back for my vaper supplys when Im in town! The stick looks fantastic with those accessorize parts! I just have to say thank you again.

As someone who smokes a brand not carried in most stores they have gone above and beyond to make sure to have what I want. They are friendly, the store always has a great cigar selection and they work to make sure the customer is taken care of. Great place!

Very nice shop w a good sized walk in humidor. Their expanding soon and literally moving next door in the shopping center. Good prices on the sticks and equally good selections.

Friendly staff. they had the acid c-note mini cigars which are harder to find. Cheap torches for any smoking needs. Vape shop as well. Glass pipes and water pipes as well. Hookah material available. They seem to have regular customers. Great aroma as well. I would go back.

Excellent Facility (Great/Shop) . There were three very young ladies there who were quite polite, but there was one in particular who seemed to have a very good understanding of the Cigars, that were in the Humidor .There are people that I happen to know who are Aficionados in that Particular Market of product who I would have to let know of this shop, and their vast aray of Cigars . I highly recommend if you have not ever been.

I bought a Gbox product and it was not what I wanted. I was told if I needed to return it for any reason I had 7 days to do so. I came back 4 days after buying from here with my receipt and the product in perfect condition (only used once to find out it didnt work for me) and they told me I could not return it, even after I was told I had 7 days if needed. This place is not the best and will not refund their own products even after being told they would. Very unhappy with this place!

They are so proud of their vapor products that they mark up a $25.00 tank to over $50.00, and batteries to $100.00+. The tanks are cheap China knock offs, and the people running the shop has no idea what you are talking about. Much less english. They are not friendly, and all in all. The store sucked. Last time going there. Sadly I cant do -5 stars. They earned the negative rating.

Im a truck driver with intentions of spending $100+ on juice and when i called the shop to speak with someone the guy didnt have time to talk to me more than 30 seconds before hanging up on me, ill look elsewhere to spend my money.was trying to ask if i put in that kind of order on juice if they would deliver it 6 miles down the road......update called cool water vapors they deliver and bryan was great to deal with

I was looking for a shop that was open late on Sundays for juice. I came across this place so I decided to check them out since it was right down the street. Biggest mistake ever. The juice was so runny and thin. I cant speak for the other products they sell but DONT BUY JUICE FROM HERE!!!!!
