Absolutely awful. I will never order from here again. They never have ANY of the flavors, even ones that are supposed to be specialty for the season. This is the third time this has happened. The first time they didn’t have PLAIN VANILLA. Who runs out of vanilla? And they never inform the Uber drivers or the customer of any issue. I suspect they will eventually have to close if they don’t do something soon to improve business.

This store will eventually close due to low business. They never ever have specialty items and the staff is rude. I do uber and each time I go they either dont have one thing or nothing at all the customer or driver is never informed. I refuse to buy or pick up orders. They should really stop accepting uber! Its sad to because if this place functioned like a real BR they would make alot of money

I do Uber eats here time to time and tonight I was gone make almost $30 for a double delivery. But they cancelled both orders without telling the customers or me. This has happened multiple times. Along with staff being unprofessional. All of them use profanity loudly with customers inside. One guy looks like he always has an attitude. The manager is there too and acts just like the employees. Terrible

I honestly cant believe this location is still open and serving people. EVERY TIME i come to this location they are not only slow but never have what you want. how are you an ice cream parlor with no ice cream?? its ridiculous. nothing but kids working here as well which is fine but they do not do their job. save your time and money.

Apparently, the business hours are incorrect on the website. I arrived at 9:17 only to be told they were closed; the website states 10pm. If you stayed open like you should, you might be able to get some Braums business!

Placed an order through Uber Eats only to have it cancelled by the store because they didnt have any of the ice cream that we ordered. They did not even have plain vanilla. How can an ice cream store not have plain vanilla??? I see why the ratings are so low for this location.

This Store never has Chocolate Chip and other Flavors. They should Close it. This is not the Service Citizens of Desoto deserve.

Pulled in at 9:15 and the store was closed...per Google and posted signage time should be 10. At least 7 employees were in the store and all walked out without making eye contact or apology. Thanks! Wont waste my time going again.....

This location is the absolute worst. They take forever every time. We had to wait 30 min for a little sad looking banana split and a milkshake.And the last time I tried to go here it was 9 30pm and they close at 10pm. We drove up to the drive thru and no one answers. So we drive around to the front to see one person inside shuting down. Um im sorry you still have 30min until the store closes. You are costing your store business

Every time (2×) we visit this location the service is sooo slow or nonexistent. We went through the drive thru last night and no one ever took our order. Why even open a store to have such poor management?

This location is notorious for me trying to order something through the drive thru and swearing they dont have a certain thing but then going in the store and have it all day long. When I ask for hand packed they try to pressure me into getting pre packed because theres a sale but they actually they do not feel like hand packing the ice cream. When I ask for warm cookie sundaes, they give me ice cream sandwiches with rock hard cookies. This is sadly the worst location. One time I asked for peanut butter cookies and was told there were none, asked once more and to they go get some from out the back where I knew they were the entire time.

I asked for a mangonada and he said no rude!

Hand packed.. That was only half packed?? The service is less than sub par. I saw the reviews on The Next Door app however I have never had a bad experience with them. Unfortunately, they have teens that are untrained bopping around and not being accountable to the business and its customers.

Awesome experience! Caz was very friendly and helpful. Also very patient, we came in as a large group. We even had a sing-a-long going for a brief moment.

Called and placed a cake order this past Thursday 6/4 at 9:29 am for a Saturday 6/6 pickup at 2 pm. Husband gets to the store and the manager, who did take my order Thursday claims maybe they took the order and someone threw it away. What kind of business is this? Why would you have the customer go through the process of spelling out the name and saying the cake size, cake type and ice cream if you were not going to put in the order? Ridiculous!!

Just left the BB in Cedar Hill because they were out of cones...I get to the Desoto location and they are out RAINBOW SHERBET ICE CREAM! I’m done with BB on the south side. They never run out of anything on the north side. This is poor management and planning!!! DO BETTER!

This is just ridiculous and terrible this place has not even been open 90 days who is the manager poor management has to be the cause of this theres no supply of ice cream are you serious is a ice cream parlor the donuts were stale and far few and in between this is the second time I have visited this location since it has open and it is terrible a bunch of teenagers around playing lacking in customer service skills so busy back here trying to tickle each other the food was deplorable I didnt think you could mess up a simple sandwich but it happened will not be back to this location

Baskin-Robbins is supposed to be the home of 31 flavors. This location may have 15 on a good day. Every flavor I wanted was sold out. Please explain how an ice cream parlor runs out of regular chocolate ice cream. Ok so I settle on whatever flavor they finally have and get to sit at the window. I am at the window for a full 10 minutes before being told that they just ran out of fudge for the sundaes and they will have to warm more up. At this point all I could do was laugh. This location will now have to go on my do not patronize list.

Terrible customer service and they had no flavors for strange reason the had just ran out of every flavor we asked for! I want be coming back that’s for sure!

I went inside this location with the intention of having a warm brownie sundae. That didnt happen. There were customers standing in the store looking confused while not being waited on. I approached the young man behind the counter and he proceeded to inform me that he could not take my order but could give me sample. When I went to the next young lady she was attempting to count coins with extremely long nails. One at a time I watched her count quarters and she never acknowledged me. I walked out without being served. Very disappointing.

If I could leave no stars I would I ordered my daughters birthday cake a week in advance just to get a call the day before the party saying they were out of cake they are a joke they will never have my business again

I spent $45 on door dash for the DeSoto location and they didnt have to flavors of ice cream my kids wanted!!!! Ridiculous! Then when I called and asked to speak to the manager the unprofessional person I was talking to was the manager!!! Wow. Never Again.

The customer service is very bad the black woman working in there with the two afro puffs thats red and blonde was very rude and left me just sitting at drive thru window while she ran to back of store playing and laughing with some guy after she open the window on me then closed it walked away it was my first time there and I will never recommend that store was trying it out for the first time ever

Yesterday on Mother’s Day I went to the location in De Soto with my mother-in-law to get ice cream after dinner she asked for six different flavors and they didn’t have none of them then when we asked for a straw they said they were currently out of straws in all they had were some $.99 straws they got from the dollar store I thought that was so unprofessional and I didn’t even understand why the store with even open because everything that we asked for was literally not available
