If you are in the market for these types of homes they are perfect. Very well built with doors that are like regular doors and frames as standard. Going to retire and I already have land. This will make it easy to move on to the land quick.

We came in looking for a house and i think this sale guy forgot his name but figure we was joking about paying a house with cash money with land so only gave 2 stars because he gave a chance to show us some houses but we did not like them cause of what he was saying will i did not and my wife and my mom said the rooms was small but he told us they are insulated threw out the house but you know when you go into one home that hold the cold and another home hold the heat on top of that tap the walls and you can tell if it is insulated threw out the house inside and out and the houses he showed us was not bedroom was small prices was to much for those houses and he said would could not do really any changes to the house what you see is what you get basically that what he pretty much told us so my advice make sure you be happy of what you get dont let anyone just pick your house that you think you would like and this is what this guy was doing

I can not express to you what a nightmare buying from Clayton Homes has been. I wish I would have done more research prior to buying. I purchased the Drake model from Clayton Homes in March and moved in in April. Total cost was around $150K . At first it was a few minor things before we even moved in. Its now December, even though they were supposed to come fix the foundation 4 months ago, it has never been fixed. The counter tops are falling apart, the backsplash has fallen off. The cracks in the walls, the water damage and mold growing because of water damage. The list goes on!!! Unless you want to join the class action lawsuit against this company, do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

David at Clayton Desoto was great. We cant wait to start our how adventure there. Especially after visiting other builders, Clayton is the way to go.

I Love my New Home! Our new Double Wide MH is Very Nice and Comfortable. It is 3 br, 2 ba, around 1500 sq.ft. VERY SPACIOUS. We have a lot of room for ourselves and guests.

Our salesperson was unable to answer most of our questions. Went with Oak Creek instead and bought a new home there.
