Shelves were surprisingly empty... i mean more then normal. Was quite disappointing to be honest! Sad!!!

Michaels is a great place to shop for all my crafting needs.

I had mostly gone to get items for my Cricut. They sold Cricuts but all the supplies were for an off-hand machine

Associates were friendly and knowledgeable. Mother was looking for an item of interest the young lady knew exactly where it was. Considering how much volume and variety of products changing monthly its a hats off to you.

The shelves were full. They have a lot of delightful products. It was not too crowded. Masks are strongly encouraged but not required.

So my girls LOVED Michaels. Tons of crafts and things. Lots of Slime making material as well.

Michaels brings out the arts and crafts person in anyone. I usually find everything I need for my projects. The variety of craft and art supplies sparks lots of new ideas. Although pricey, there are lots of sales for the careful shopper. They also keep a lot of home decor that is appropriate for a beach community.

Bought some wooden crates here, they were 9 dollars. With the wood conversion rate=price per foot x home depot x media hipe= 1000.333% repeating of course....we saved $4,000.00Would shop here again.

Store staff was treating guest terribly today, saw several people literally brushed aside, question ignored... concerns dismissed.I for one after taking to Asst. Store Manager was grateful for her ability to assist me. However this does not make up for other mangers and staffers rude and unwillingness to assist customers.

Does anyone know if Michaels in Destin is still open ? I kerp calling them 4 times now & it just rings until ph gets disconnected & their machine days good bye . On here google ot says they are open and so does their store hours on recording - its Saturday Jan 9th @ 3:58 pm . Calling non stop & was wondering if they are open ?? Don’t want to drive all the way there without knowing & had question if they had something

It does seem to have all the same things all the other Michaels stores have, but it did seem not as well lit and pretty dingy and disorganized in several areas. The register area was a hot mess.

It was ok, service was not very friendly or fast. I asked for a sample of soup at least five times before she brought me a taste. It was just below the usual standards for this chain. The meal was cooked just right and tasted great for myself and my guest.

They had what I wanted and gave good advice.

It was ok. The only reason it was just ok is they only had 3 of the item I was looking for. I had wanted 9 or 10.

The picture albums were in the biggest jumbled up mess. So disappointing.

I cant thank Alma enough for all the help. She stopped what she was doing to help me not once but twice on two different days. Black Friday being one of them and yesterday. Thank you!

Went in after work to find three items. I managed to find one on my own. Three or four associates walked by me and not one of them made eye contact with me or stopped to help. I tried to get their attention but it didnt work. The one associate I finally managed to get her attention and asked where something was, she told me she was new and didnt know where it was. She just stuttered and stared so I told her I would try to find it myself. I did not so I went to check out. I mentioned it to the cashier who didnt seem to be all that concerned and made no attempt to try to get me help. Wont go back there again. Im not a crafter and I dont know my way around that store but I would have liked to have had some assistance. I have so many questions but Ill find another store to kick start my creative side. Its a shame too because they have some wonderful things in there and I would have liked to take some classes. 😪

Good craft store, great for projects or decorating. I get model paints here often. The checkouts are kinda slow, so dont be in a rush.

Great festive decorations. Its a small Michaels store but it has what I need so Im very happy with it.

Its the only Michaels that is close and its still a drive from FWB. The store is kind of confusing as to how they layout everything.

This is definitely the best craft store.. It carries the most happy planner accessories!

Whats not to love. Its Michaels its a Crafters happy place. It doesnt matter if you scrapbook or paint or make jewelry or knit, crochet or any other craft, they pretty much got you covered. I know that if I go into a Michaels I can lose hours out of my day in a good way.

Michaels is just always fun. As long as you can dream it, Michaels can always help you make it. Their selection of small wood crafts is good. The hobby paint selection including for model cars and canvas is phenomenal. I cant help but be inspired to create when Michaels offers so much to work with.

Wonderful, beautiful location. They have a vast selection of goodies for all kinds of craft needs, and the staff are always very nice every time I come in. My favorite part of the store is the framing section. Unfortunately my favorite framing manager has left this location (Kristen Keller), its a fun place with plenty of things to get your creative juices flowing. Have a visit!

Great service and products

I had some custom framing done here, they did a terrific job. Lots of pockets of clearance finds located throughout the store. Good parking, easy to find right off the highway, friendly staff. Plus a military discount. All in all a great Michaels.

Always great visiting here. Check out is a bit slow sometimes, but thats kind of the thing with craft stores. Military discount is 15% and you can combine it with coupons, so the large savings is nice! Teachers also get a discount, which is pretty awesome. We all know teachers arent appreciated enough. Store is always clean and its always in stock of the items Im looking for. Definitely worth the 35 minute drive I have to make to get there.

Michaels is a great place to buy craft supplies. They staff pretty thin, so you need to know what you want and how to find it. Dont forget your coupon! You can always pull up the website on your phone and they will scan it at the register. Beats having to print it and remember to take it with you.I needed magnets that I plan to use organizing my sewing space. Unfortunately, what I bought is so pathetic it wouldnt hold paper to your refrigerator. Ill have to return them.

Michaels has always been the place to go for arts and crafts supplies in the area, it is a great store with helpful, friendly staff. The 40% off - 50% off coupons are always going which helps with those larger purchases and leads to an even better experience. The store has grown to way more than just arts and crafts over the years which is really nice especially with those coupons!

I was quite surprised on the variety of items throughout every department.

Good selection and prices arent horrible. I went to 6 other places in the area looking for a certain paper that I finally found here. Apparently gray cardstock isnt very popular. But they had it. They have a gopd selection of stuff for the cricut. A full isle dedicated to just that. Friendly employees as well.

Always great products at great prices. Only thing is I felt they were understaffed. There was only one person manning the cash register with 6 people waiting.

The store itself isnt bad, but Ive had a very bad experience with the framing department. I completed a very large and detailed cross stitch project and decided to splurge and have it custom framed. When I went to pick it up there were lots of large strings under the glass and they were very noticeable. I asked to have it fixed. Came to pick it up a week later and the previous strings were removed, but there were some in new places. Now Im waiting to have this fixed a second time. Not very happy since custom framing for such a large piece is not cheap.

Small little store with walls packed high. Most things in here look well prepared to be used in in a beach house.

I’ve been shopping here for years until I went in recently and had the worst experience with an employee. Her name was Ash something and I asked for help and she ignored me and walked off, when I followed her to ask her my question again she said she was on break and it wasn’t “her problem”. This is just crazy to me, I’ve Mende dwelt with such bad customer service before in my life.

Do not have your pictures framed there. They are very over priced. I had a picture 10 by 8 and all I needed was new glass. They charged $24.00. My fault for not paying attention.

The store is very well laid out and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

I love this place! They have lots and lots of stuff for crafters and artists. They have clean bathrooms that are accessible for those with special needs. My only complaint is that the aisles are too close together and/or there is too much stuff crowding the main aisles which makes it difficult for those with special needs to shop.

Always find what i need and if i cant the employees are always willing to try to find it for you
