My dad took his jeep up here to have the breaks worked on. We get the Jeep back and you can clearly hear squeaking, there is shaking, and many other weird noises. The dude apparently “drove” it. How do you give a customer a jeep sounding and running like this?? I don’t recommend taking your vehicle to this business. You will probably have better luck working on it yourself.

We had a wheel sensor go bad on our 2016 Jeep, this was our fist ever breakdown on the road. The Jeep would start breaking on its own and the dash lit up like a Christmas tree. So to say the least we were a little unsure how the rest of our trip was going to go. Looked these guys up online and just 5 min down the road from our hotel. We got there before they opened and One of the mechanics Bobby greeted me and diagnosed the problem. The shopMgr Russ worked us into their schedule and had us back on the road in no time. Also they could have charged a ton and I would have been at their mercy, but a very fair price and would highly recommend these guys if ur in the area and need help like we did.

Stopped by on a Saturday and met the owner. I have a 2005 Jeep Rubicon and wanted a Poison Spyder Louver hood installed. He said it wouldnt be an issue, gave me a card and asked that I call back during the week to set an appointment. I did and dropped my jeep off on Wednesday. Chris the service rep was cool, I think he initially thought I just wanted the louvers installed without cutting the hood - apparently there are lots of fake louvers out there. He told me it would take about two ours, gave me a quote that I thought was more than reasonable and away I went. In two hours I got a call the jeep was ready. Chris admitted there had been some slight damage to the windshield but told me to bring it back the next day and they would have a new windshield installed - and they did. Im happy with the quality of work, price was reasonable, and I appreciate they were honest about the windshield damage. I plan to bring the jeep back and have a B&M Shifter installed in the coming weeks.

I asked for my parts (grill and wrench) they only gave me back the grill.. so I went back and asked again he said oh I didnt know you wanted the wench back!!!!Really.. then the lights they added to it they gave me only 1 remote.VERY DISHONEST, DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE!!

Came on vacation from Houston and had an issue with my jeep. Chris was really helpful and professional. Price was very reasonable and they did a great job. They took care of my jeep within the same day, since I had to head back home the next day. If you have any issues with your jeeps or need any after market parts, I really recommend these guys!

I bought a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited sport from Russ. About a week after I bought it (as is) a part that normally doesn’t break went out. I brought it back to have him look at it to find the exact issue. I know I bought it As Is and was expecting to pay for the repair, however, without even asking he said he would replace the part he found at no cost to me because it was so soon after the purchase. Russ is the most ethical dealer I have ever met!This was the 30th vehicle I’ve bought in my lifetime and I can tell you with 100% honesty that this was the best transaction I’ve ever had. There was no high pressure sales attempt, my trade was taken at the listed trade-in value (no low-balling me) and the process start to finish was about 45 minutes.I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from Elite Jeeps! I’m loyal to those that take care of me and the only one who will work on my Jeep is Elite Jeeps and I live an hour away. You won’t be disappointed at all and his Vehicles are priced appropriately.

Chris has taken good care of my daughter and grandsons JEEP. If it wasn’t for him, my daughter could have lost her life. The Jeep she bought in CA and drove across country with my grandsons now needs a New Motor. The Jeep has been stalling on her many time, didn’t know why, since she bought it in May 2019 before leaving CA. The Jeep was Drinking more oil then anyone drinking coffee. Stopped in two weeks ago to look at a 1980 CJ7 they had. I was very interested in it. When I wanted to take it out for a test drive it wouldnt start. No big deal, I asked if they could get it going to call me and I was very interested. I heard nothing, so I called when they were supposed to be open the following Sunday and no one answered. I sent them an email asking if they could get it running. No response. I called a week later to find out they had sold it. The salesperson and mechanic that first served me were clueless. I am still in the market for a Jeep and will stay FAR clear of this place. If you want a Jeep with big tires, over priced and with no support, this is the place for you. Extremely disappointed because I have had numerous Jeeps in my life and wanted a nice restoration project now that I moved to Florida.

Sure, they have good inventory... but youd be better off just getting the work done at a custom shop. This place is WAY over priced. EDIT: Just recieved a sarcastic response from the owner here. So let me be more specific... 1st, reduced my rating to 1 star; due to unprofessional response. 2nd, yes... this is a custom shop, but everything is highly marked up. Based on the response from my review... I would not recommend this place if youre looking for good customer service either.

Bought my 2012 black on white 2 door hassle free. Father and son were very knowledgable and helped post sale with getting a sticker for my plate on the spot and told me they ordered a new led light for my vehicle as they saw some small corrosion on it. I didnt even ask, they just did it. They stand behind all their work and aftermarket products and will deal with any issues for you instead of having to deal with the company yourself. Does it cost more than those aftermarket magazines for jeeps, probably. Is it worth it to have a person and place you can actually go to who will take care of you? Abso-jeepin-lutely!
