I really wanted to give them a 1, but realized everyone needs a break. I walked in with my wife and 3 of our children. As soon as I walked in I felt I wasnt welcomed. My wife asked the older man to see material for an umbrella. It was obvious he had no desire to help her. It was as if he was inconvenienced. A few moments later the older lady asked me if she could help me. It wasnt rude, but it was not real friendly either. My daughter was sitting on one of the swivel chairs. You could tell the lady was bothered that I had children in the store. She told my daughter to get off because it was sold. I understand they dont want it damaged. However, if you are that concerned, then move the item out of the store. Also, it wasnt what she said to my daughter, it was how she said it. As if she was saying, Get your kids out of my store. My children were not dirty. They were very cleaned and well dressed. Here is what I think was happening. There were people who walked in who looked older and very wealthy. It was obvious they were more concerned with helping the other people than they were us.

We bought our patio furniture in 2004. We are still using it today 2021. The fabric, the furniture it self has gone above and beyond our expectations.

What a great place with lots of selections. The owner helped us put together our whole patio and it will be delivered today! Just an awesome place with super friendly people that bent over backwards to help. So much better than all of the other places that didnt really help us and didnt have the inventory. Highly recommend.

Called for pricing because thats what their website asked of me.When I was given price on almost $2000 worth of furniture I told them of a price for the same item, $100 cheaper in a close by store and the guy said go get it, was totally rude! I would think that if they wanted to stand by their price they would just post it because its full manufacture retail, or simply state that maybe it would be worth doing business with them because of some value added service ( such as complimentary assembly, etc.) or warranty or location or their business reputation. bUT THATS NOT WHAT THIS STORE DID. Good luck.
