Raj was so helpful and attentive. 4 members of our party were interested in the ON shoes and had Raj running back and forth getting different styles, he some how kept it all straight (while helping other customers too) and did it with a smile on his face. I was also grateful he was able to get the shoes I wanted the next day and called as soon as they arrived at the store. Highly recommend!

My familys experience at this store was fantastic! We were immediately greeted by the manager Allie, who very kindly helped my mom find a new pair of Birkenstocks. That specific store didnt have the size she needed in stock, but the store a few miles down the road did. Allie told us that she is at that store working all of the time, so she offered to pick the shoes up for us and meet us at our rental home since we were about 45 minutes from Destin. You cannot beat that customer service. Not to mention, she took about half an hour to talk to me about our shared love for Disney. Such a welcoming environment.

Poor customer service and no longer provides local discounts (actually no discounts...including military). No thanks...I’ll buy my Olukai and swimwear at places that support the local customer or will shop online. No shortage of places that provide a discount in this area. Walked out without spending the $150 for this reason alone.

Said on the website open until 7pm today but when you go to the store it says closed untilMarch 22 which they need to put correct info and if it closes before these outs please post it in this site

I came in to the harborwalk store. It was a beauitful establishment. But when i came in i was greeted by a gentleman that had an accent, i proceeded to ask about the womens chacos and he pointed me in the direction of the shoes but never helped me find the pair i was looking for. Eventually after trying to get the right size and trying to figure out how to adjust them a blonde gentleman came to me and ask if i needed help. I said yes and he then walked away and sent another younger girl over to help. The younger girl was helpful. I was most worried about when i checked out... the gentleman with the blonde hair checked me out... i have worked in retail selling shoes in north carolina and i know that the person that rings you out get the sale if they dont ask who has helped you..All in all i was never asked who helped me and felt disrepected by the 2 gentleman. I hope and pray the young lady that was kind enough to help me got that sale. I was not impressed with the other two. They need some work.

Went in around this afternoon and was greeted with a very busy store only to look over and see an employee laying on the try-on benches, on her phone in front of some of the shoes. I asked her for help and she *pointed* in the direction I needed to go for the desired yeti cooler. I didnt see it so I went back and asked again and without looking up from her phone she snapped at me and got up to walk away but not before I could ask for her name... Anna? not sure if thats spelled right. Okay guess ill be looking for it on my own so by my luck she ends up being the one checking me out... by this point Ive selected a different item I put my stuff on the counter and she doesnt even look me in the eye murmuring under her breath as I have to ask her multiple times for the price. Yeah... ill shop somewhere else from now on...

I was visiting with my family and as we were leaving the store, my cousin was physically grabbed and had his hat ripped off of his head by an employee (maybe the manager). The employee then aggressively asked my cousin if he was in the “habit of stealing?” After yelling back and forth, the employee agreed to check the security tapes only to see that my cousin had PURCHASED the hat from the store about an hour earlier and was just showing us the other options the store had. It was completely unacceptable and we should have called the cops and reported him for assault. I understand that shoplifters are an issue, but asking for the receipt would have been a way better way than physically grabbing him.

Dont waste your time visiting this store. My wife and I went into the store on the evening of December 5th and there were 3 young female employees that never even bothered to acknowledge us. They were more interested in their phones than helping a customer.

I bought a $30 comfort colors shirt from this store. It had a screen printed turtle on the front and the back. When I got back to the house and washed it the front turtle bled onto the shirt. Nothing else in my wash had anything on it and there was nothing colored that could have stained it. Only the front area the turtle could have touched was stained. My mom does screen printing and said if the screen print isnt allowed to set after its done, it will bleed. I went back to the store and they refused to exchange it because they would lose money. They continuted to argue with me over the exchange. It was all very unprofesional. Their return policy does not have any restrictions for exchanges on shirts other than within 30 days of the purchase. Needless to say it was a very unpleasant experience and apparently because they mostly deal with vacationers who are one time customers, customer service is not important to them. Although I love the selection they have, I will never buy from this store again due to their terrible customer service.

The best in Destin! They have the most recent and updated shoe collection as well as accessories and clothing in Destin. Their staff is also always so helpful. If you have not been to one of their three stores in the area, youre really missing out!

Never buy shoes here. I was sold the wrong size and then was not allowed to get a refund. They told me they would ship the correct size to my house because they didnt have it in stock. Also manager was unsimpathetic when I explained to her the mistake that was made by her employee.

I am from the Mobile, Alabama area and I have been wanting a Vera Bradley purse really bad. I just found the perfect Vera Bradley purse while staying the New Year weekend at the Emerald Grande in Destin, Florida. The price was resonable compared to other stores that I have been shopping. I did shop last week at the Object store in Spanish Fort, Alabama and that store had some great Vera Bradley purses but the Sunset Lifestyles store here at the Emerald Grand village is the bomb! I am gonna see if the Sunset Lifestyle store has a website I can order more Vera Bradley products.

Didnt have the shoes I wanted so they called another store of their in a different town and had them the next day.

I think the sales girls think they are working at Saks Fifth Avenue.Ridiculously rude.
